It's hard to stuff up chicken and chips but this shop always finds a way. Terrible. Staff were friendly but food was horrible.

I wouldn’t even bother - 1 star is being generous! 2 kitchen staff looked straight through us as we waited to be served and they continued in their conversations. 2 screens broken so can’t even read the menu. When I asked (after 5minutes) if someone was serving they just shrugged and looked at the staff on drive through. With that we walked out as this store doesn’t deserve my money & I didn’t want to continue to wait to be served, let alone then have to wait for a meal…I understand they are “working hard to provide service, please be kind” or whatever the sign in the counter said, but might help to actually provide some minimal service like an acknowledgment, even “we’ll be with you shortly”.

Kids are not well trained don't know how to address a customer or confirm an order just stand at the counter and mumble something at you to take your order then walk off, yes it's busy and they are young and learning, but to the owner put some effort into coaching them so they have reusable skills like your competitors do.

Came through drive through earlier today to grab some lunch for myself and my dad and I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at the staff’s stupidity. I ordered 2 combos and a roll by itself with the total being of about $34.85, I got through to the pay window and requested to pay $20 in cash and the remainder $14.85 on card, the girl serving said ok and then had to get her coworker to help work out how much I’d be paying on card, she first charged me $14 on card which I found already odd because it was already under the total by 0.85c. At this point I didn’t say anything just yet and the girl asked for my $20 note so I gave it to her, then she started taking out change where I spoke up and said I shouldn’t be getting change for this meal, she looked at me as if I were the stupid one and went “no this is how you wanted to pay”, she gave me back $19.15 from the $20 note. I checked my bank card and was only charged $14 on there so I got 3 meals for the price of $14.85. I tried to speak out about it but was shut down so if the tills are out not my fault, also the food we received was very poorly prepared and presented, not to mention I didn’t receive my drinks for the combos. Also please tell your staff they can’t just shout hello through the drive through order screen and expect me to know they are ready to receive my order. Thanks for the essentially free food though

Cashier just useless, We order spicy fried chicken and we are about to use our free voucher for a chicken and chips. And suddenly they said they don’t have enough chicken to serve us , when we are about to use our voucher. Like it doesn’t make any sense. We visited on 2nd of April 2023, at 19:45. Such a waste of time.

I try to redeem our free voucher and the cashier just try to avoid, said dont have enough chicken. And can’t use that voucher, because it is apps. Wtf…!!! Can you read and see u r advertising before reject it.. worse store and the staff just rush to close even tho we visit at 7 n their close at 10… no chicken from 7 o’clock? You selling juice there??

The menu on offer is pretty good. Among fast food outlets, Red Rooster has very tasty bites on offer. I like to eat their chicken fried in spicy batter. This shop has good seating facilities and is close to the main road. Service is good. Worth a visit.

Staff can't do their jobs properly terrible customer service and food all the red rooster in the surrounding area are absolutely disgusting the reputation and quality has declined rapidly over the years do better

We got a lunch special of a mini sub, crunchy wing and small chips. The chips were cold and barely salted. Wing was great but sub was ordinary. Yet the time we had it before everything was fabulous. Must depend on who's staffing on the day.

It's hit and miss. So me days good.then other times there sweet potatoes are half cooked. Then last time ordered chicken dinner and reds burger and chips. My burger was in my chicken dinner and soggy from the gravy. Then other times it's really good

The most flakiest, crunchiest, fried chicken…kfc who? Keep it up guys !!! Also very friendly service! whoever is on the fryer tonight great job🥹

The portion of chicken here is so tiny compared to other stores. The bread is so dry and old. Never again
