- really bad pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. - there was no pizza sauce on top - pizza were dry and it was tasting only Vegetables - no cheese on pizza I had really bad experience with my pizza and cheesy garlic bread. I have thrown away more than half of my order. Can’t they see the cheesy garlic bread without cheese when they are cutting and packing it.

If you wanna pay for ingredients you’re never gonna get this is your perfect store. Their so called 3 Meats New Yorker is basically cheesed bread with a couple of sausages on top. You’ll need microscope to find the rest of almost non-existent meats. Ordered 3 times, each worse than the other. Already reported to Domino’s headquarters.

Disgusting..!! I ordered choc fudge brownies to take to my office for morning tea. When I came home and checked it wasn’t cooked properly. Immediately I called the store and manager Parth Patel was so rude and abusive that he told I’m lying. He was so rude and told me to complaint as if he was overconfident and asked me to do whatever I can. Is this the way that your manager Parth Patel behaves with your customers ? And he told me I’m no one complaint for the order. And when I explained him that not every order you prepare is always good sometimes it happens. But he denied and told I’m wrong and told me I can do whatever I want. I have to throw brownies as I can’t take this kind of food for my colleagues. Very very poor customer service guys don’t order from this store ever.

Ordered 2 extra large pizzas last week. A very tiny amount of sauce on base , toppings were 30% of any other store The single worst pizza order I have ever had from anywhere. Day old toast has more flavour.

Ordered peri peri chicken pizza and garlic bread from here last night. Both myself and my girlfriend were sick and had Terrible headaches not long after eating. As we both had same symptoms I can only guess we were food poisoned.. the garlic bread was also burnt as other reviewers have mentioned. Would not go again and this has put me off ever buying a dominoes pizza.. seems like with most places now the standards are low and hygiene is an after thought.avoid

I’m always ordering pizza from balcatta store. I had good experience with them. Today, I have ordered the same pizza, I really don’t know how it could be so bad. Lots of sauce on its base, which make it very very sweet. Moreover, mushrooms were burned or may be not fresh and spinach doesn’t taste good. I just wasted my money

Very bad customer service, first time visit and front staff was very rude, I asked about tuesday special deal(50% off) he said system don't give us option. I did work in dominos,system always show special deals on first page. It's not a good attitude toward customers.

Horrible pepperoni on the pepperoni deluxe pizza, not Italian tasting at all!! Cardomom and cinnamon was all we tasted. Called the manager, he said "well I can just resend you the same" then finally conceded to giving me a refund and getting someone to pick up the pizzas! He said they use DIFFERENT pepperoni on pepperoni deluxe pizza. Eww.

Very eerie old vibe.... old center, old store. But on the main strip- easily accessible... as long as your coming from the cbd. For a late and very quiet night they didn't seem too much in a rush to fill orders unfortunately. 3 customers on the board and still took over 20min too get 2 snack pizza's. Hay if your in need of a fabulous Indian Grocery Store your in luck as that's the only other thing that seems to be happening here....

Cold pizza, shop is not complying with their instructions on their delivery website. Unprofessional stuff member on the phone who has very bad customer and English skills. There are so many pizza places near balcatta makes excellent pizzas and deliver it to home. Try those instead of ordering from here such as trigg pizza and Marcos pizza.

Bad management, horrible stuff below average pizzas. If cheap prices attracts you, you might as well just buy from mirrabooka dominos which is far more better than here
