I'm so impressed with the prompt service I received at Butler Dental. I came in on Tuesday morning for a checkup and to discuss my options for an extraction and a new plate to be made. This morning, (Thursday 5/10/23, I had the imprints and mould done and this afternoon had the extraction and new plate fitted! Thank you to Dr Emrik for being very thorough, explaining the procedure so patiently. He expertly injected anaesthesia at the front of my mouth, (an area which normally hurts excessively) and I hardly felt any pain. A big thank you also to the dental assistant today, for her calming presence when my body experienced an adrenaline rush! Also a friendly receptionist to top it all. I'll be back. Thank you! CH

I have been with butler dental for a long time now. Great service and always looking after their patients. They always asks for your comfort first rather than being in a hurry for the next patient. I have sensitive teeth and gums so it’s a plus for me to have dentist who truly looks after my comfort.

Thank you for seeing my son Abel at such short notice. Dr Parul was brilliant with my 8 year old who made him feel so comfortable through his tooth extraction. He was afraid of having it done but Dr Parul made it quick and pain free! He now loves going to the dentist! All of the staff were lovely including the friendly ladies at the front. What an amazing clinic, highly recommend if your children are worried about going to the dentist!

My dentist is awesome. I am not good with dental treatments of any type, even a clean stresses me but Dr Graff is excellent. He explains everything and does the best job of trying to make me comfortable (waiting patiently for my earphones to be in place and on full volume) and all with a perfect dentist smile. I would not go elsewhere.

I have just had a tooth extraction done, was very nervous from previous experiences at other dental practices in the past. I must say, Dr Parul was amazing, so was her assistant nurse. They reassured me of what was happening from beginning to end, and were gentle and very considerate to how I was feeling during the procedure. I have avoided going to the dentist for many years. Have visited Dr Parul a few times now and have found her to be very caring. Always feel at ease and am happy to go back until I have my teeth back to good condition. Thanks again Dr. Parul and all dental assistants.

We go every 6 months for the kids’ checkup to Dr Emrik at Butler Dental. He is always so good with them and takes the time to explain and answer any questions. My daughter (6) is always very anxious at the dentist and today she was able to sit in the chair herself and even let him take an X-ray! This really is the only practice my kids feel completely comfortable at, from the smiles when you walk in the door, to the care and patience Dr Emrik and his assistant have with them, this place is second to none.

Made me feel relaxed and friendly staff. Explains what is happening before hand, which helped with my anxiety. I feel a lot more comfortable going to see the dentist.

Dr Graff and his team were amazing! I really really don’t like dentists but they were understanding, kind and gentle with a molar extraction after it broke over the weekend. They really helped with my fear of dentists, Highly recommend 💕
