This was a family box of chips we got from salsa's at the Galleria , not even full for the high price $7.95 and when we went up to complain we were told that was all they had to provide for that serving , how poor is that apart from the fact when we first got them the staff member threw them at us . What has happened to customer service , very poor in this case and what can we expect when you have children running a shop , they haven't even been taught how to be nice . We won't ever go back and would suggest that anyone else not bother either .

The food is quite good but the service was phenomenal. The person who served me was so kind and welcoming. He had a lot of people to serve but still made sure everyone was given the highest quality of service and received their orders quickly. Thank you for showing us what excellent service looks like. 👏👏👏

Located in Galleria shopping centre food court. Chicken Fajita was okay, chips were just warm. Not sure it it's the way things are all the time but was not anything special. Went here on a Sunday not a long wait, it looked busy enough to have chips that are actually hot (temperature)

Not the best Mexican food restaurant but it was ok. I really liked the amount of avocado 🥑 The price was fair...

Got chicken and veg burrito 15.95 got it in a "regular" meal which costs an extra 7.95 for drink and chips, server asked me what drink, I said Lipton ice tea. She managed to charge me 26 dollars, for ONE meal.she's didn't inform me how much it was just so I just swiped my card, I looked at the receipt and ask her why it's 26 dollars for a meal then she explained the Lipton tea is part of a large meal and costs 6.30 for the drink alone. Really? You couldn't of told me this before? I just swapped to a water and now I have 6.30 in change. 30 dollars gets you a family meal at KFC. Long story short, eat at Zambreros. Never eating at this overpriced Zambreros again.

I’ve come here a few times , the food here is very good along with the customer service from the staff. However since it is one of only two restaurant places left in the “food court” at the Galleria now, it’s literally empty most of the time. So you can see it has impacted this establishment with not much foot traffic now. This is no fault of their own and I am glad they are staying

I ordered a chicken and chorizo, and asked if it has dairy as i have an allergy. I was confidently told it did not, and I didn't question it. Until I was eating it and suddenly felt violently nauseous, and had to rush to the bathroom. I asked my girlfriend to double check the ingredients for me, and the sauce was milk based. The food was nice but if you have dietary requirements I would recommend double and triple checking when you order.

I tried the Fiery Carolina Burrito. The burrito itself was very tasty, and was the spiciest fast food menu item I've ever eaten, which places very high in my books. My only issue with the Burrito, though, was the fact that, the entire time I was eating it, I was thinking "humph... I've never had to drink a Burrito before". There was so much sauce, and runniness in the Burrito. Staff were friendly and helpful. The guy who served me even had a laugh with me when I ordered the Burrito. He wanted to make sure I knew how hot it was going to be and if I could handle it. I did ask for cheese on my fries, which I paid for, and never received though. If it wasn't for the liquid state of the Burrito, and the missed cheese on my order, I would have ranked 5, because it would have been everything you would expect from a place like this. Good food. Good service. Nothing fancy. Just a couple of hiccups, that's all.
