    Mums and bubs Pilates is the perfect way to get back into fitness in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. I had never done reformer Pilates before so total new beginner but Matchi made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. I love how she demonstrates all exercises showing a variety of intensity levels to cater for everyone. It’s great even if baby is unsettled you can incorporate them in your workout or Matchi even helps to settle/cuddle them. Definitely a sweaty and intense class at times but any injuries or niggles are catered for with options from Matchi during the class. It’s also great having the option to attend different mums and bubs classes on different days to cater for different schedules.

    Couldn't recommend mums and bubs classes enough! Matchi is a fantastic instructor and also has the added skill of being really good at settling disgruntled wee ones so you can get the most out of the workout. After just three sessions it's become something I really look forward to each week!

    First time trying Reformer Pilates for myself and my mother, I truly never expected to enjoy and love it so much. Matchi is a phenomenal teacher and she truly takes her time to ensure everyone in class is comfortable. My mum has not been physically active for a long time, however Matchi was just amazing, she genuinely cared and was super hands on with us to make sure mum was alright. I used the 2 week special and stretched it out over the 3 weeks. During the 3 weeks, there has been incredible results! I cannot believe how toned and firm my arms have become from doing Reformer Pilates. All round I am feeling physically stronger, and more flexible. At F45 I would occasionally injure myself, especially my neck but Reformer Pilates has not given me any issues at all! I am definitely addicted now and NEED MORE!!!

    Mums & Bubs Class Could not recommend the Mums & Bubs class more. I was so anxious about exercising after birth but Matchi was fantastic at making sure I was comfortable with all the exercises and exercises that are catered to postpartum. It was so nice to meet other mums and be able to take my baby with me to exercise.

    Mums & bubs classes were great! Same time each day & you can be flexible with days which is great when you've got a bub. Matchi is so lovely & helpful. She is really welcoming & every session was different which was great. She is so good with the babies too- really great way to get back in to exercise after having bub. Thanks Matchi!

    Love Matchi’s Mums and bubs class. I never knew you could do so much with a reformer. So much variety in the classes, you really work every muscle. U can moderate each exercise as it suits you. And Matchi is always helping with the bubs so you get the most out of your workout. Really do enjoy these classes.

    Mums and Bubs pilates has been just what I needed!! Suitable for Mums and their babies from 6 weeks / birth. The instructors are so supportive, helping distract baby when necessary, and laid back around mum stopping to tend to baby. The music is always kind on baby ears - not too loud. And the instructors will often show how to do exercises with a baby in arms if you have to ♡

    Love Matchi’s Mums and Bubs classes! So great being able to bring bub along and there is no judgement if baby is unsettled. No joke when Matchi says sweat and burn but there’s always options to make the movements lighter or heavier depending on how you’re feeling. Matchi is friendly and professional. I like that she demonstrates each set first - then talks you through the set as you go which is super handy for the mum brain!

    Such a lovely welcoming studio with fantastic welcoming instructors who give a great workout. Always feel amazing after the class and look forward to returning, thanks to Matchi and Rory who make it so special

    I find it hard to get motivated to excercise but Element Pilates has been incredible and is the first times in years that I've felt comitted and excited to regularly exercise. And Matchi and Rory are awesome teachers.
