I’ve been to a few Subway’s and this one always seems to have the fresher bread, friendlier service and just an all around good feel. One time the manager even made my order and drive it to where I was working. Now that’s what I call going the extra mile for the customer. In a great location of the business district of Bassendean, right on the intersection of Collier Road and Grey street. As they’re in a semi industrial location, their opening hours may differ a little from the other stores. So if your driving past it’s well worth the effort of dropping in for a sandwich.

There’s a guy @ this subway, OMG he talks way too much (chatterbox) He knows him self. The world ain’t the same as it used to,there’re a lot that’s going on these days. I reckon all open fast food restaurants must go back in wearing masks. Preparing a customer’s food and talking to everyone that enters the store is a no no and disgusting.

Same old story... As soon as I walked in the shop I knew they wouldn't take AMEX...🙄 (No surprises there) It's genuinely a worry.. if the owners don't want to absorb a few cents surcharge then it makes me extremely worried what other things they are scrimping on. $12.50 for a veggie footlong. It absolutely has to be 500% mark up. 99% of all fast food restaurants accept AMEX.. it's just normal and expected. I'm more concerned about how stingy the franchisees are... Think about it... !!

Unfortunately I didn't find this restaurant very good, the sandwich lacked fillings and the staff weren't very friendly.

Amazingly friendly, polite, and welcoming staff. The great food is just a bonus. It's great customer service that keeps me coming back. Thankyou
