Pathetic Service - I called store minimum 6 times and no answer and I ended up ordering online. I added special instructions for the pizza that never happened. Finally my phone was answered and was very rude service over the phone. Onions were not fresh, some of the slices only had cheese and sauce as you can see in picture. This wasn’t cut properly - I had video but was unable to upload it. When we called the store they were unable to make a replacement and they advised you can call tomorrow and speak to the owner. Will NEVER MEVER GO Back

Made this pizza and then says we cannt do anything about this. Nobody replied to my online complaint as well. Instead of being nice, one of the guy says I cannt give you free pizza voucher, which I didnt ask for. I dont need free food from you. If you had some sense how to serve customers, you should have apologised.

Tonight we order 6 pizzas 2 chips 2 garlic breads. Only got 4 pizzas, 2 g/b and only 1 chips delivered. Rang up and got told the missing items would be delivered in 20 mins. 50 mins later got 2 pizzas delivered but still missing the chips. Really how hard is it . . . Only $5 but still can I get what I actually order. Can attach receipt if needed to verify.

Disgusting service, I wanted to order more but they were in such a hurry to take my money they kept pressing the EFTPOS button before I was finished ordering. Put the wrong sauce on my pizza (tomato instead of bbq) and FAR FAR FAR too much garlic. All I could taste was garlic. Charged me extra for mushrooms and put 4 mushrooms on the whole pizza. Also charged me full price and when I went to the website to leave this review I found a half price Tuesday special. So I paid double for pizzas that were disgusting and service that was extremely poor. I'll drive further to go to a different dominos before i ever come back here.

the worst dominos store. i ordered delivery for dinner after working a 12 hour shift because I wanted a nice dinner and my order was wrong so i asked nicely if the driver would get it fixed and he said yes and said he would be max 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, nothing. i call the driver and the store MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS i keep calling them for about an hour AND NO ONE ANSWERS THEY STOLE MY PIZZA AND WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. i am sick and tired of this store, probably the WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. DO NOT order from here if you actually want your food.

My order delivered late And Pizza was Not hot, was tasteless, was not looking fresh, was smelly and ingredients used were not fresh

I genuinely feel bad, i refunded my order because my food wasn't here, then the delivery guy came after 2 minutes that i have already refunded. I informed them about it but they still gave the food, is there any way i could reward this guy for my stupid mistake? If that employee is reading this I should of waited longer. Thank you for your kind service.🙏

Tonight we ordered three pizzas and garlic bread and two drinks and they've got delivery driver forgot the garlic bread he said he was going back to get the garlic bread but time went by and he didn't come (talking over an hr) I have Ms and can't drive down to get the garlic bread I got my son to call as I'm not feeling very well to Only for the manager to put him on hold for ages so I called to speak to someone started to talk to him and then get put on hold for ages too. I am so disgusted in Belmont customer service skills. I had an austic child wanting his garlic bread for his dinner no we didn't want a credit I justI wanted the garlic bread I paid for. I wouldn't recommend Belmont absolutely no customer service skills or service. I am very very upset and it's not garlic bread I am human being and the way I was treated disgusting to put me on hold hoping I would go away. I am taking this further to Domino it's not just about the Garlic bread I am human and tonight you didn't treat me like a human at all. Next time don't be guttles putting people on hold and hoping they will go away because you don't want to fix your stuff up.
