I
agree
with
earlier
reviews
-
this
place
is
a
gem.
We
should
support
places
like
this,
as
they
bring
variety
and
interest
to
the
strip.
It's
not
the
typical
"cheap
and
cheerful
noodle
house"
or
"bubble
tea"
place,
so
please
support
them.
We
need
this
variety,
don't
we?
The
menu
is
small
but
perfectly
formed.
The
ambience
is
modern,
restrained
and
stylish.
The
service
was
attentive
and
friendly.
The
more
senior
staff
clearly
set
a
good
standard,
because
the
youngsters
were
spot
on
too.
On
the
day
we
were
there,
ordering
was
"self
serve"
at
the
counter.
I
am
not
sure
if
this
their
usual,
or
was
due
to
shortage
of
staff.
Personally
i
think
this
is
a
great
idea
-
it
frees
up
the
staff
to
do
more
important
things,
rather
than
waiting
at
your
table
while
you
think
about
what
you
are
choosing.
It
also
means
they
can
cope
with
the
difficulty
in
recruiting
staff
right
now,
as
they
can
cope
with
a
full
house
even
with
lower
numbers
of
staff.
And
it
must
keep
costs
down,
which
helps
them
keep
their
prices
in
check,
and
make
a
profit.
And
we
do
want
this
place
to
succeed.
Both
dishes
we
had
were
lovely
-
spaghetti
with
crab
and
prawns,
and
swordfish.
A
few
more
prawns
might
have
been
nice,
but
it
was
still
delicious,
freshly
cooked,
and
perfect
consistency.
The
food
is
not
cheap,
but
in
my
opinion
you
get
what
you
pay
for.
The
wine
selection
is
small
but
good
-
I
was
impressed
that
they
carry
a
few
unusual
wines.
Notably
a
yummy
"Pecorino"
which
is
an
unusual
variety
from
central
Italy,
which
i
discovered
on
holiday
there
not
long
ago.
It's
not
what
you
expect
from
Aussie
whites
-
it's
quite
fruity
and
fragrant,
yet
still
carries
enough
dryness
and
acidity.
Worth
a
try
IMO.
Why
not
give
this
place
a
go?
