I used to love this store and the service. Just went in today and the girl at the counter was too interested in a personal conversation with her co-worker. I moved further down the counter so she would get the hint and she rolled her eyes and walked down with the worst customer service. If you don't want to work with customers don't work in retail, pretty simple really.

Went in there the other day to buy a pair of reef thongs, majority of them were all jammed in a big cube shelving and not many were hanging on the rack, gave up after 15 minutes of trying to go through them for the right as there was no order to it, completely ignored by staff who were either too busy talking to each other or staring at their phones, went into the Rip Curl shop where I was greeted straight away and found the right size straight away, need to hire better staff at your Joondalup store

Sales person totally useless. Had no idea what they stock, when I asked her: " Do you have..." Really, if you work at a place, know your merchandise!

Attempted to return a top, still with tags on, because I had miss placed the receipt and despite providing proof of purchase from my bank statement, I was told computer says no. Not impressed with the lack of customer service at all 🤬😡

Customer service non existent. Staff will literally do anything else except assist a customer or see if they need any help.

This would have to be the most poorly managed store I've ever been in. You walk into the place and are practically tripping over staff members, boxes, coat hangers, signs. Yet when it comes to getting served. You could be waiting there half the day. I have walked out twice due to frustrating wait times. The place is a joke.

Thank you thank you thank you, to the amazing staff at Joondalup City Beach. They are all doing the very best they can considering the rude and entitled customers they deal with. These are young kids most in their first casual job, and the way I heard customers speaking to them was appalling. I bet those customers don't speak to their own children like that. Again, nothing but excellent service here, keep it up guys!

I don't usually write reviews but I was so infuriated about ny experience today. I went in to get a hat and a phone charger cable I seen online. Found the hat, got to the front of the line, the young boy was much to busy with the conversation with the two young co-workers to serve me properly. I asked I'd they had this charger. He just replied "properly not" Then continued his conversation. He called up the hat I was buying Said $25, without looking at me, I put my card down. He continued his conversation. My toddler was fighting to get out of my arms while ny card sat their as he laughed with the other two girls. Didn't look, not once. Like I picked it up and put it back down a couple of time. And nothing. I ended up grabing my card said don't worry about it and left. It was disappointing. It's Christmas everyone is stressed. I'm all for having a good relationship with co-workers, have a laugh etc,but do not expect a paying customer to wait for you and be treated like an inconvenience, no thanks I'll do elsewhere.

Thank you City Beach Joondalup store! I came into purchase my first pair of Rollerskates and the two guys on the counter [even though they were super busy] were very helpful with getting me sizes and also told me all about the current sales available too! I really appreciate the service and help 👏🏻

Im not someone to often write reviews but I was not happy with my experience at this store. After going out of my way to return to the store to get my money back that I was overcharged with, I did not receive a single apology from the person who overcharged me.
