I thought it was mostly about offering affordable clothing to lower income people, while raising money for the organisation 😕. Vinnies is my favourite to donate but not this one. Very very expensive. When did charity stores become premium priced "boutiques"? Vinnies are generally good, but I would not recommend this one. With their prices you might as well just go on Ebay (where you may find something cheaper), or to a commercial secondhand dealer.

I'm cutting all my tags off from now on when donating clothing after seeing this store. I thought it was mostly about offering affordable clothing to lower income people, while raising money for the organisation 😕. Vinnies is my favourite to donate but not this one. Oh so just reading some of your responses, I understand people have to go through one of your programs to get affordable clothing in this store. So essentially its a designer seconds store and not an op shop to help all people struggling... I think some people need to get off Google and stop putting the prices up 😐. I mean prada flats for $150 that look like they're falling apart, come on...clothing brands for $45 were $4 at other vinnies stores. I was just looking to buy some plain t shirts and couldn't, boy did I get a shock. Sadly i feel some of these op shops have become all about brand labels instead of people....

Great clothing but the staff is awful. The blonde with the short hair was talking loudly the entire time to another lady with long black hair. They had just had a customer shoplift and we’re discussing it so loudly it was really unprofessional and obnoxious. Then when my friend and I went to try on clothes the blonde was guarding the clothing that we were to take in 3 at a time. She asked me how many pieces my friend took in and I told her I wasn’t sure, she made some snarky remark about how she can count? It was bizarre and rude. My friend ended up spending almost $200 but the entire staff was so unprofessional and had such poor customer service it was actually appalling. The woman at the register was also trying to avoid ringing up my friends total so she could know how much she was spending to decide if she wanted to put things back. The whole experience was terrible and it’s honestly just that generation of boomers that lack customer service and treat anyone younger as if they’re thieves. So yeah nice clothes but not worth the buzz kill customer service.

The prices are expensive but the staff are excellent. The atmosphere here feels more friendly and genuine compared to the other nearby op shops (especially Salvos Stores).

Way too expensive. They get their stock for nothing so there's no reason to be so dear. Cheaper to buy new!

I had to buy requested 2 'vintage shirts' I had no idea what to get. Could not have bought them if it weren't for Renee. She was the assistant that obviously had true love of her job. She was amazing. and D

One of My Fave Op shops when I’m in Fremantle .The window dressing is always a standout . Staff are friendly and handle the shoppers with humour & grace. Prices are above the average but so too are the funky vintage outfits and you can tell the staff really care about the condition of their store. well curated op shop, ever changing - a must see

Way Overpriced. More worst than the Anglicare shop. Total rip off! unfortunately they are NOT ashamed of themselves about the exorbitant prices. Would give zero stars if i could.

As long time op shoppers, we have our favourites. Vinnies Fremantle never disappoints. Always beautifully displayed with excellent quality goods. Many thanks to Keri and Helen who are always available for a friendly chat or advice. We can highly recommend this store for an enjoyable experience.
