I've visited to store in Westfield carousel on Christmas eve 2023 for a review of specs. They were able to fit me into an appointment with the optometrist on very last minute, and was able to review my prescriptions. All the staff were super fantastic and helpful. They gave me all the options for the lenses, and told me it'd be about 10 working days. Given the price, and my budget, I wasn't quiet sure if wanted to go ahead on that day with putting an order. On boxing day I revisited the store and went ahead with my order, there were able to give me some fantastic discounts which allowed me to go ahead with getting all the bells and whistles I wanted. The staff were again really good at giving me recommendations on which frame I should choose for a multi zone glasses. I got a text message saying they are ready to collect after 3 days later! Considering they get made in the East, I was very impressed with their quick turn around time. The best specs I owned so far! Thank you :)

Purchased frames and lenses, tried on when getting eye test, frames fitted perfectly so decided to get them. I have trouble finding frames that fit me right as the legs are always bowing out. When I picked up my glasses, they were very tight, Apparently, people had been trying the display pair and had widened so much they fitted me well but the brand new pair were so tight that I though they might have been a smaller size. Brendan was working that day and he spent a very long time heating and changing the frame until it fitted right. Really happy with my frames and the great serviced provided by all staff involved. Price for my purchase was also very reasonable as they usually offer discounts. Will be back for sure.

I’m so impressed with their service because I didn’t book an appointment, the male staff in the counter accommodated me straight away, then the optometrist until the end of the transaction, so quick and easy.
