Update: in all seriousness this HJs made me sick. Proceed with caution. First and last time ever. Every food item was cold and stale. Which is weird since we had to park up and wait. I can only imagine they were participating in some kind of crew-wide folk dancing ritual because they certainly weren't cooking our food.

Update - really one of the worst HJs I know. The rubbish strewn through their bin area and countless ravens and ibis picking through it is indicative of the standard of care here. This is less a review of Karawara HJs and more a review of the new Jack's Fried Chicken burgers. This is the Spicy Jack's Fried Chicken. It tasted even worse than it looks. The chicken patty almost tasted like tuna and the totallity of the dressings was a tiny amount of limp lettuce. Disgusting.

Excellent, half cup coffee served when one paid for a full cup. Beef looks like steamed when one ordered grilled. Do I need to explain any more than what the pictures tell? Waste of time and petrol and money. My mistake for not looking through the reviews before coming to this store. Does anyone think there is going to be a second time? Probably never, no more confidence in any stores.

Pretty disappointed in quality of burger. Wasn't made quick and still looks like a blind handless person has made it. Luckily I had Lettuce at home. But plus side I ordered minus tomatoes and they successfully did that

The staff in this store do not look happy, and it shows with the quality of their food. Cold soggy burgers and cold stale chips.

Very bad customer service. The guy who served us on the check out window on 11Jan 2022 a 1:01pm - 16 did not understand English. I advised him one small chicken Royal meal on the the voucher for $4.95. I gave him my bank card with the good intent. On my return at home, I checked, he charged $7.30 the full price for the meal. Be careful people.

They reckon it takes two hands to handle a whopper but I reckon it takes a cast ion stomach to handle one from karrawara hungry jacks. My burger had white fury stuff on it.

Went in late on a Monday had experienced probably the fastest service i've ever had at a fast food chain. Food was well cooked and flavourful. Chips are super well done and seasoned well. The Mega Jack is humongous and super tasty. Probably my favourite Hungry Jacks at the moment.

just went through the drive thru for the worst customer service experience of my life. didn’t say hello or anything, shoved the eftpos machine in my face before handing out my drink incredibly quickly. very very disappointed

Went through the drive through a few nights ago, the girl taking the order sounded so unprofessional as if she was doing us a favour. I get it, it’s late, you were probably tired but is that really an excuse? Had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get the fries and nuggets. Got home and checked my burger only to find the buns were stale, barely any veggies in there and the patty was cold and undercooked. Disappointed but not surprised actually.

Wait for 30mins in drive thru and still cannot get the order correct. Will make you pull into waiting bay at least 90% of the time even for the most simple order. This store really needs to get their act together....do yourself a favour and go to a different hjs or just goto maccas next door i was watching in awe with all the people flowing through there with ease whilst i waited stationary excessively

Everything I've ordered here so far has been stale, chewy or incorrect. Not enough thought is put into their food and it really shows. I agree with the reviewer who said they are probably doing some kind of folk dance instead of cooking good, tasty food.

Most delicious scrumptious meal i have ever had in my life( i found no bugs in my burger) highly recommend, you will not regret due to the crispy and juicy chicken, tasty and quality beef, i really don’t understand why everyone is dissing this hungry jacks

Rubbish, absolute rubbish, I was told to wait in the parking lot for 1 coffee even though there wasn’t anyone in front or behind me only to get a coffee with about 6 or 7 sugars in it!?!?!? I’ve had milk shakes with less sweetness then that. I didn’t even ask for sugar, and they didn’t ask me either, I obviously didn’t want any. If it was like 1 or 2 sugars I’d let it pass but that was a piss take. This might help the people working there, put as many sugars as you have brain cells, which is a big fat zero! Also might add I asked for oat milk, now that may have been oat milk (probably not tho) but the sweetness was way to overpowering that I couldn’t tell!

Disgusting service burger was too dry. I raised issue with the manager (Jalin) very rude didn't care at all. I left both burgers there. Don't waste your money here

Service was excellent. They honored my free birthday whopper even though another store had deleted it from my app accidentally. Food was prompt and the whopper was exactly what I needed for a late late lunch.

Order online and the app glitched so it didn't give me an order number. Team Leader Jack and Netheki who was handling the drive through window were super helpful and got a food straight to me.

By far the worst fast food outlet in Perth! I ordered a bacon deluxe meal and got charged double the amount. The lady in the drive through never repeated my order or told me the price of my meal so I only realised when I got home and checked my net banking account. I went back and they refunded me however I did mention that the employees should tell customers how much the meal will be before paying and the worker didn’t even want to listen to me and didn’t seem to care either and shut the drive thru window in my face. Definitly won’t be going back! Horrible horrible service.

As a customer, I expect to receive food that is freshly made and served at an appropriate temperature. Unfortunately, this was not the case with the Hungry Jack burger I received. We give this particular franchise a shot every 6 months or so, unfortunately it's our local and it usually takes about that long to forget why we don't go there often. Tonight's adventure? Well, it started with a drive through attendant who clearly didn't want to be there and could barely get out the words "your food" as he handed over our cold meal. Speaking of said meal, while it was drive through, it is less than a 5 minute drive home and when we opened the bag, the chips were cold to the core, as was the burger. Almost like they'd made the birgers up at the start of the shift and forgotten to throw it in the microwave before serving it. No receipt or napkins were either offered or provided with our order, and being drive through, we had no opportunity to grab our own napkins. Hopefully next time I think "the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks", I'll remember they're not and go to the competition next door.

Ordered instore and the staff were so lovely and served me straight away. The chips and nuggets were fresh as hell and i was in and out of the store within 2 minutes even though they were also serving a few cars in drive through. Slayed <3

Been trying to give HJs a go for breakfasts, idea of a wrap is better than the McDonald's options to me at least. Sadly only around 1 in 10 chances you give them is any good, not worth the gamble.. a average coffee is worse odds, round 1 in a 100 haha.. Lift your game Hungry Jacks

Have been a few times here and sometimes the food is great however the consistency is just not there. Last time, I got a burger for lunch that had so much oil dripping out of it, I could have used the oil to deep fry the entire burger, veggies and all. Maybe then I could have put more than a grain of seasoning in it, so it had some actual taste... I went for brekky this morning, the drive thru line was dead quiet which should have been my first warning sign. Maccas next door was very busy. The coffee was a disgrace. It was bitter, it had a chemical taste and it tasted like I'd been given a coffee shot that had already been used several times. The brekky wrap was crispy and cooked to a nice and hot temperature however there was more flavour in the fly that I accidently ate last year, than this meal. This HJ has plenty of potential to be better however the quality control is just not there.

Very happy with our experience here today. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was served quickly. The meal was tasty and fresh. Much better than the HJ we had in Cannington where the burgers were just drowned in sauce, tasted old and they got the order wrong. Will try HJ again.
