The slowest “fast food joint”. Been waiting half an hour and Ubereats order isn’t ready yet. Wow, just wow. Update: It took about 45 minutes for them to prepare and give the food that I was delivering. There were at least 6 people working and not many people order food in-store. I also observed drive through customers being directed to the waiting bays. I was painful to watch the extremely slow pace of their work. I am never going to that place ever again either as a customer or a delivery driver.

They were so backed up and slow that they had a pair of new kids running the orders out to the overfilled carpark. They were neither quick nor apologetic about it either. Final product was a stale, cold mess that tastes like it had been through a microwave. Just don't.

Totally discussed, my husband and I both had whoppers that had next to no salad in and was stone cold. I have not ever had such bad meals from Hungry Jacks and even had to wait was excessive. 14/8/2022 at 3pm

So I went to this store at 11am on sunday 17th July and I ordered my food. The staff looked at me as if they were either frustrated or they did not want to attend me and they were just doing it for the sake of their job. The staff was extremely rude. I don’t know whats their problem but this isn’t the first time I have seen that attitude.

Got a "Carolina" burger and all I got was a standard whopper. Was supposed to have crispy onion rings and smoky BBQ sauce and the rest that was advertised. Haha what a joke!!!! No wonder you guys got a 2.9 star rating. Absolute disgusted. Worst HJ burger ever. Avoid this place.

Not sure who is managing this place but when simple orders get messed up or burgers that meant to arrive to arrive is mind blowing. Not sure how this place is still open. They need to pay these kids a little more so they can put a little more effort into peoples orders.

Not a good HJs, you always have to park and wait when using the drive through. They missed my onion rings in Angry Whopper even after I waited for burger to be made.

For those of You who want to believe Me.This message is for You. Please check your burgers when its given to You.The young staff members are either not experienced or do wickedness by not supplying you with a burger that must feel like a burger.They refuse to add sufficient amount of toppings and you land up eating a dry burger. I don't recommend the dog swamp outlet.Seems the owner has trained them to cheat customers. Worse staff i ever come across.

Used to be nice and fast, but don't know what happened to the management team, it shouldn't be called "fast food" anymore. Minimum 15 mins wait via drive through

My daughter has been working at hungry Jack's Yokine since October 2021,she is only 14 years old and the way she has been treated by one of the manager's is appalling.I have personally msg this manager Rose on her personal phone with no reply.I do not want my daughter working in this toxic environment under Rose anymore.Rose is the reason why staff are leaving good luk with keeping staff whilst Rose is a manager there.

I have been a fan of Hungry Jacks since they opened their first store in Inaloo as a child. Yokine Hungry Jacks needs to step up. Bland, no sauce, no mayo.one slice of onion. Half a tomato. One shred of lettuce. Tasted more like a Macdonalds which is what it shouldn't. A bit rich for the price. Very disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience with my service experience with crew and management team, fast friendly and with a smile. Would love to give recognition to their hard work and super efficient customer service.

So i just came through the drive thru and they immediately told me to go and park up. The drive thru is clear, so i asked why. She straight up told me theyre trying to keep their drive thru times low 😂 bro just serve your customers in the times youre meant to or adjust your KPIs! Im the 4th parked car waiting on food, just had another 2 after me park up waiting - we've officially taken up all the parking spaces out the front 😂 whats the point ordering ahead on the app when im sitting here like the rest of these chumps anyways?

The worst service, they don't cater for people with allergies and charge extra If you want it altered. The manager Nisha was really rude about it and she said that's how it works. Will def not be going there wouldn't recommend dealing with their staff find somewhere else to eat specially if you are paying money for food suitable for you.

I went to the drive thru today and a sweet girl who's name was Lisa, (if I remembered clearly) asked me very politely what I wanted to order. And as soon as I reached the window she paid off my order and handed me my food and drink. She also apologized for the EXTREMELY long wait. She was fast, kind and accurate. We need more workers like her!! Keep up the great job!

hungry jacks wants to position itself as a fast food restaurant for aussies. its not. and this restaurant does not care for customer service. if you mess up and order, you can believe the customer. we're in a rental crisis and a cost of living crisis. a meal costs cents to the company. it matters to us. making the customer explain themselves, taking a month to get back, then only doing the bare minimum is a complete disgrace. won't ever be back, to either hungry jacks or the restaurant.

This is our local Hungry Jacks. Unfortunately the food is average, not always as fresh and hot as could be, when driving through they often forget stuff and on top of that, we just got there after a concert because Google Maps said they were still open, but only the drive in. They didn't want to serve us because we weren't in a car. Think I'll avoid it from now this was the last straw.

The food was really tasty, and good value for 💰. The ladies at the counter were friendly and prepared the order pretty fast. Although the tables, floors and bathroom were a little bit faulty. Overall, Hungry Jack's offers good food, I will definitely recommend it 👌

I've got heaps of food from here and it has been ok. Now i order a spicy jack's burger. Chips are burnt. The patty is zero flavor but doused in chili powder. Surely with a franchise they have generic patties they send out... everything up til now has been good. What is this you are churning out it was disgusting.. i will never order again from this place.

I can say it's very poor service, poor customer service and the food are cold. There wasn't anyone but they tell me to wait at the parking bay. They give people wrong order and it's not the first time.

Only customer in the restaurant this morning. Waited 10 minutes for shop service (in store) and after ordering just a small burger waited another 10 minutes for my burger. Girl at front on till and doing the drive-through was friendly and efficient but the assistant didn’t seem to be doing anything, just talking out the back…very poor.

We ordered a few things but our burger hadn’t come out yet, we went to ask them about it and straight away a young man of maybe in his 20s apologised before we even said anything, quickly got us our burger and asked if we wanted anything on the house and made two of the best m&m storms we’ve ever had, every bite transported us to food heaven. We absolutely felt so valued by this man and his team, and he was so so sweet, great service!! Made a simple order of two chicken burgers. Waited 20mins for the order with only three customers in the store at the time. Finally got our burgers to find out they are not our order. Went back to the counter, to the staff who didn't give two damns, and asked for what we had paid for and then had to wait another 10 mins. We finally got the second burgers to find they are cold and inedible. Staff were sour and made no attempt to help when asked for assistance at the counter. Each time we went to the counter to ask how long or for help the staff looked and walked out the back. Will never go here again.

Very poor service, had to wait for my drink, I think they had too many orders at the same time. But other customers were also complaining their orders taking too long. I will be going to a different store next time

BEST HUNGRY JACKS EVER! THE GRILLED CHICKEN BURGERS re soooo good!!!!! the female staff were lovely. and I cannot recom enough. especially given how bad the kfc was next door. so happy and satisfied. whole heartedly recommend. 10/10!!

The chai latte at Hungry Jucks was a disappointing experience. The flavor lacked the rich, aromatic spices that define a good chai, leaving me with a bland and forgettable beverage. Additionally, the drink was overly sweet, overshadowing any potential for a balanced taste. Definitely not a chai latte I'd recommend.

Racist girl at the counter at 8.30pm on Thursday (29/06), don’t know her name thats why I am sharing the time at which we went there, hope there is some action taken against her! This is a diverse society, I think hungry jacks should be mindful of everyone’s differences.

Ordered the boneless chicken pieces as well as $70 worth of food. When the chicken was bitten into it was completely raw.. not just a little bit pink. Soggy super uncooked and was about to be given to the kids. No refund was offered just to remake the order. Very bad work that could of been life threatening

Went for a quick bite yesterday. The place was clean and parking is plentiful. Ordered two Whopper meals with drinks, medium size. Over the years the food was really good at these fast food outlets but yesterday was a disappointment. They had run out of lids for drinks but managed to fit a slushy one on The Burger's were quite pathetic. The meat was quite cold, hardly any salad and the chips were skinny and pathetic. (fully aware their is a potato problem at the moment). Service was okay, shame about the food.

Probably the single WORST burgers of ANY HJs store in all of Perth!!! The people on boards making burgers are ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS 💯 Cold & old meat NEVER FRESH, borderline pathetic vegetable quantities & thrown together like dog slop. To make it worse the fries are not even warm & always half full. Meaning you have to walk back in & asked for them to be topped up

Ordered a Grilled Chicken burger and it was disgusting and dry no sauce a huge chunk of tomato and the bun was soft and dry this place has slowly gone down hill not happy at all. Onion rings were ok and nuggets were just ok. We pay for food not slapped together stuff pick up your game Dog Swap HJs

I'll certainly taste my food( if I go there again) before I leave as my order today tasted as if it had been cooked yesterday ,& reheated. And so much for fast food,always have to wait.

Just had the best whopper I have had in Perth. Hot, fresh and put together perfectly. As far as HJs goes, this was top class.

Dine in and drive through store nestled next to Dogswamp with some parking near the front. Burgers were a little sloppy with loose ingredients and sauces skewed to one side and up against the wrapper, even though we ate instore. Otherwise the taste overall is ok quality for Hungry Jacks. They have ample indoor seating, a playground, and acceptable but possibly in soon need of renovations toilets. Service was ok but unemotional.

The worst of worst hungry jacks ever on this planet. The staffs are like tortoise and are completely unprofessional. * if your are doing Uber eats, never accept order from this place. You will waste almost one hour just to get a small bag of order. You will kept unattended despite of repeated request. * never go to eat to this place. I have seen many customer waiting in a line for a long time with a full of frustration. Concern authority should take action ASAP.

Waited over a hour in the drive through to be given cold nuggets and a drink that tasted like soda water. I had ordered a coke. Could just been a off day for the staff but left feeling disappointed.

Absolutely the most useless store I've been to. I wait 4-5 mins at the intercom before they even speak to me.. I finally order a toastie and a coffee... There's nobody in front of me at all. I pay..then am sent to waiting bay... 15 effn mins I'm waiting..for stuff all at the start of the day. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN. That is next level incompetence...

Both Whopper and cheeseburger buns were stale, and cracked at the touch. Completely dry at the edges. Minimal salads, even when I'd asked for extra lettuce to compensate, knowing what they're like.

I went to this hungry jacks today and the boy working at the window and also a boy named sam gave the most perfect customer service. Their attitudes were positive and they definitely deserve recognition. I was there Monday 24th jan, around 11.45. Both of these boys clearly know what they are doing and know how to give amazing customer service.
