I have been buying season passes and coming to adventure world regularly for over 15 years, unfortunately adventure world has now lost my family’s business with the new weight restrictions. I completely understand the safety side of things but it’s more so the fact they have not advertised this at all prior to reopening for this season and let people purchase season passes when a lot of people would not be able to use everything, some of the weight limits are ridiculously low so if you are overweight or even just a man you probably won’t be able to use everything. Highly recommend checking weight & height restrictions before going as you will be weighed.

Last couple of years we have bought season passes. With season pass Get there early and you can have a pick of seating. Our kids tend to be drawn to the Kahuna park. So we get a couple chairs together right at the front. We usually have a big trolley, haven’t had any issues with valuables. Food is dear but still a great experience. We do usually have an esky with water and juice boxes. Peak periods line can get long but doesn’t bother the kids. Great fun.

A 15 liter botle of water costs $15 which is too expensive compared to Ausie Watter, Refresh....if bought from retail shope $17 in dirty water, how can it be called pure water...customers must consider before buying.

Visiting from Queensland and haven't seen my daughter in ages so we booked a cabana by the pool at dragons den. Was a scorching hot day so it was nice to have a shaded area with a fan, friendly host, fridge and sunlounges, plus a safe. It can get quite pricey with the cabana, fast track and tickets but if you intend on having 6 people it could be worthwhile. An enjoyable experience.

Even on a weekday, the place was quite crowded. Wait time to get our turn at the rides, especially “kraken” and “Grand Prix”, was long. We had to wait for about 45 minutes for some of our rides. With so many rides to take and activities to do, and the long queues, there’s no way you complete everything in a day. However, rides were fun and even torturous sometimes. Some of the rides definitely aren’t for the faint hearted. There are rides and play areas specifically for children. Taking a dip in the big pool with “waterfalls” was a great relief from the blazing sun. Overall, the thrill and experience you get is definitely worth the money. Take sunscreen and hats to protect yourself from the sun. Most lockers at the venue require coins of up to $8 but you can walk around and trade your notes for coins from stalls. Entry to the venue appears faster if you already have your tickets purchased online because there are different gates to enter depending on how you obtain your tickets.

My fit and healthy nephew couldn't ride on the Rapids the other day as he weighs just over the 90kg cut off. He had taken my sons (his cousins) to Adventure World and could not accompany them on the slides as a result. Adventure World owners and management need to change the weight restrictions by making their rides stronger and safer for people over 90kg. This will make a visit to the park safe and fun for the whole family.

$200 for a Family Pass. It is a Royal Show experience without funding animal exploitation. We've lost our boys once and it is raining but the boy's are having a good time. There is expected, over priced takeaway on offer, however, their fries are Vegan. A very nice family day.

Bit pricey, and always a bit crowded. Quite worth it however in big groups and with kids, just shop around for the less crowded times and get there early. Great view on the ski-lift thing!

The queue for pre-booked tickets to enter Adventure World was much longer than the 'buy at the gate' line. Great day out for all the family!

us, my sister Visited at the end of December (December 28) and the beginning of January (January 2); both times were amazing; however, the first visit had long lines because I arrived when everyone was just starting to open, but the second visit didn't have those issues because I arrived really early and I had a fast pass (which is excellent). Overall, this was a very good waterpark/amusement park. The drink (the green bottle) cost nearly $20, but I didn't regret it because Adventure World allowed refills. The employees are nice. Always respond to enquiries in-person. From my perspective, I believe I suggested this entertainment and water park to those who want to visit on the summer holidays. People have bad reviews because that’s there “point-of-view”.

Pre-Book, buy fast Pass, hire a locker! We then had a trolley for all the picnic gear and could carry all our food! Amazing time! The rides were incredible, even for adults! You gotta be fit to get up that hill a few times. But there's plenty more if you can't. The staff are chirpy and professional. The fresh dohnuts were a huge hit! Plus Gluten Free hot chips for us of those who can't have dohnuts. Such a great family day and well worth every cent. Highly recommend.

Enjoy coming to Adventure World. Tickets have gotten a bit more on the pricey side. 2 adults and 1 4 year old was $170. The waterside are great fun, the huge lines not so much. They could use a few more water slides and update the others, maybe put up more shaded area for family's on the grass. The Cafe, hot food is priced as you'd expect, pays to make a lunch.

We had a great day at Adventure World in one of the Cabanas. Our host Jess was amazing and made our time there so much better. Slides were great for kids and adults. Everyone was exhausted when we left

We purchased discounted tickets through RAC, not realising they couldn't be used Good Friday. After a couple of calls, Mia made an exception, making our teens very happy. Cheers Mia!

There was hardly any waiting line on each rides as it's not holiday season and kids are in school. Also, uni students gets discount so make sure to bring your ID card :)

Best place in Perth for family fun, definitely recommend buying tickets in advance as it get super busy during weekends on school holidays, and getting there early as the queue gets longer and longer at the front gate Some rides and the cafe you have to wait over an hour so some patience needed. Overall its the best place to spend summer weekend or holidays.

Fabulous family fun! We went late in the season for a whole day (10am - 5pm) and couldn't have had more fun!! Slides, pool, Kahuna Island, Waterslide Mountain, Inferno (best ride ever!), go Arts, speed slides and more! Gotta say the food was great too, from the perfectly cooked kids chips, to the chicken schnitzel roll. Price was ok too, given the food quality. And the staff were amazing- smiles, helpful, fun attitude, safe feeling, tolerant and even a little flexible at times, which was really appreciated. The whole team made the experience even better. So, go there, have fun, be tired!

Five star awarded for the amazing service we received by our host, Dani. She was very helpful and always happy to accommodate our needs. We had booked a table at the Kahuna Balcony above the Cafe and Dani greeted us when we got there. She took our order for lunch, and checked on some of our dietary requirements. After we had a few rides and came back, Dani checked on us again about lunch and was extremely nice about it all! Well done Adventure World for hiring a great person who goes above and beyond their job to make the experience extra nice, a rare find in the hospitality industry. We would go back just for that experience alone, thanks again Dani and I hope you see this review.

The rides that are there are fun, but would be nice if there was a bit more on offer especially considering the entry fee in comparison to other theme parks in Australia.

Went down on a school day to avoid the queues. All the staff were fantastic. The park has copped a lot of negative publicity in the last few months in regards to safety limits on rides. Nobody I saw there yesterday had an issue and neither did we. Cant wait to head back with the kids.

We went for a Jan summer night open and had really great time. Such an experience at night but can get very crowded as the night open is only for January. Lots of fun rides, food truck which we didnt really get time to try and entertainment and open space to sit in grass. We got to try only few of rides due to huge queues for the rides. Overall great value for money and the staffs were great and very helpful. Secure lockers are available to rent as well. Would definitely go back but daytime for more rides.

Adventure World was a fantastic day out with the family. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rides, the park is well maintained and the lines moved fairly fast throughout the day, most of the rides are centrally located so you don't have to go too far in-between each ride. The change rooms and bathrooms are near and clean, there are lockers of different sizes available, the parking was easily accessible and near enough to the entrance, I would suggest to take your Esky with cold foods and drinks. Arrive early to get a good shaded spot and enjoy your day, there's a ride for every age group so you can't go wrong.

Great fun, kids always love it and the pizza at the bar is next level

The map was simple and the rides were interesting, fun and unique. However, there was one individual who kept touching my friends and was later escorted out by AW staff. I recommend increased security in the AW grounds, but apart from this, my stay at AW was adequate. It was worth the time.

Great day out with the family. Our 4th visit to Adventure World and our grandkids have so much fun. Purchase your eticket online to avoid lining up. Great idea to purchase the platinum seasonal passes for 50% discount.

Always a great place to be for young and old. Our kids had a blast, some restrictions on height of riders as you would expect for safety but there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is lots to see and do so I would suggest going early so you can make the most out of it, especially because some rides there can be big queues. You can hire Cabanas for the day but these will need to be pre-booked as they go quick and you can get Season passes which are definitely worth it if you plan on going regularly.

For an older theme/water park adventure world ticks all the boxes when it comes to family days out! Get there early find a nice spot to set up near kahuna if you have younger ones and the weather is warm to hot biggest downfall is running out of time to ride everything! Only slight negative was some of the smaller rides the kids love are definitely aging and could do with a little TLC other then that we like the place

Adventure world is so worth the money if you spend the whole day there when it’s nice and sunny. The rides are amazing but i would recommend buying your tickets in advance or buying a season pass because it’s way easier to get in and with the season pass you get to go to adventure world unlimited times and you save money rather than having to get a ticket every time you go.

Fish and chip review: The fish were nice sizes and thick. The batter was crispy and the fish had a nice taste. The chips were chips and served its purpose and the salad was nice and refreshing. Great that lemon and tartare sauce came with it as well. Overall the fish and chips were decently good however it was way over priced as it was $17 for that portion size so value wise it would be a 1/5 but overall a 3.2/5

The Best Theme Park/Water Park In WA! (No competition) However there is 1 glaring Problem Queuing Times For A Local Season Pass Member there is No other Que for For Rides except for the entrance and for around $40 dollars (PER PERSON) for fast Passes for the rides which is a feature they should remove and instead add lines for Gosh Darn Us PLEASE but otherwise it is Amazing And Would Totally Recommend Every Person That Visits Perth To visit here!

It was on a Friday so less crowded straight up. Cost about $350 for 2xAdults and 1 kid. Lunch was average for the 2 mortgages I had to use to pay. The rides were spot on, quick to get on, quick to finish. Overall it's a good day out, little bit expensive and if your 50+ don't try to keep up with a 7 year old!!! I'm still hurting.....

Great place to go for a day of fun. Lots to do. Great for families. Obviously a little on the pricey side. If you're vegan/vegetarian (or don't want to sell your first born), I'd definitely recommend bringing your own food. But we had lots of fun. Great variety of rides/activities. Make sure you slip, slop, slap.

I had a very good time at adventure world. All of the employees were really nice and friendly. Marcus was especially helpful as he helped me get my tube for the sea serpents ride. He also made the whole experience a whole lot better. Ai also kept us entertained while we waited in line for the Kraken. Lincoln was exceptional at keeping everything under control even when we were really excited. Overall, the park was such a blast and I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful fun day for the family! Lots of variety of dry and wet rides. Prepare for lots of walking up steps/hill for slides! So glad we went. Staff super friendly!

I used to go to Adventure World with my children (now adults), who loved it. I haven't been to AW for years, and when my grandchildren invited me along I was expecting AW to look like it did in the past and perhaps a little 'old and worn'. I was pleasantly surprised. The grounds are lovely and green, well maintained, and the attractions certainly 'attract' all age groups. The staff are amazing, they are very patient, and pleasantly interact with visitors. Well done AW staff. I am looking forward to returning !!

Went in on Sunday with a big group and got the cabana with Jessika helping us. Such a good day out, she was a legend. Honestly 10 stars for her, so nice and accommodating with a big group! Would suggest the cabana’s and ask for Jessika. The water slides were the winners for sure though.

Had a great day there today, so much fun on the rides and reasonably short wait times. All the staff working in the heat were absolutely fabulous 👌

Long queues and waiting times at the main gate. If you want to get in early and have the best shady spot for the family then buy your tickets online then go through gate A or B 😊... Otherwise, a really great day awaits the patient! Water slides, Rides, Karts, lazy pools.. there's something for everyone to relax and have a fantastic time on a beautiful day! Bring your picnic basket, chairs, sunscreen and chairs. Have an ice cream to cool off if Kahuna Falls didn’t do the job! The kids had a blast.

Great family attractions park, mostly with water games. Easy to go in, access for all of type of Mobility. Facilities all around, food and beverage options. About the games: Amazing place for kids, mainly prepared for them. You have one rollercoaster pretty good, just a little short. The rest of the extreme games they are quite flat but funny enough for one time.

Awesome day out for the family and kids, the slides and rides are super fun and the kahuna falls are great entertainment for children. The food and mercy, as well as tickets can be a bit expensive though, especially for the quality of the food. And sometimes there can be very long lines for rides.

This place has definitely picked up the rides since I was here 15years ago. Was a great day. Only bummer was that there where no bbq's. As a family event, I expected and catered for the BBQ option. There was no mention of this on the phone conversations I'd had or on the printed tickets. I would definitely go back

Fantastic day. A great family atmosphere with families having picnic lunches under the shade of the trees. Children can roam freely between the rides, making friends along the way or meeting up with others they already know.

We visited this weekend with family and hired a cabana the service we received was absolutely amazing our host was so attentive and caring and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience possible we had the best day out as a family they had a time of activities and having all of our stuff secured while we went and explored the park was fantastic! Highly recommend a cabana hire for anyone that can but even so just coming to the park for a family fun day out is worth it! Thank you to our wonderful host Jessika you were fantastic and thank you for ensuring my niece who is coeliac had a safe lunch to eat ! Your service was amazing and really made the day perfect !!!

  • 4/5 Micle L. 2 years ago on Google
Great to visit this place again! Make sure you put on sunscreen! The water will make you feel like it's not necessary, but slip slop slap (and whatever the slogan says nowadays). One comment would be that fastpass priority lines would benefit from either MORE CLARITY about the process or rules; or the fastpass line gets outright priority. Too many times did the fastpass line get ignored. E.g. Kraken = Fastpass line ignored when staff asked for "are there any 2s" but did not take anyone from the fastpass line. E.g. Grand Prix (gokart) = "we only allow 2 people from the fast pass line per round"
