Great spot in the middle of the Perth CBD.... Also a part of The Wesley Quarter, where I've posted a few more images of this magical & quiet place... The gardens really are stunning.....

What are people in this building eating? Every time I go to use the lavatory it’s like someone’s had at it with a chocolate shotgun.

I regularly have lunch there. It's quiet and shady. There's benches or grassy spots to sit and chat and the pigeons are very polite.

Great shopping precinct. High fashion area. Great for lunch or a quick bite. Three levels of shopping. Ground level, mainly clothing and fashion. First floor, shops and dining / eateries. Woolworths supermarket in the basement. Entry from St. George's Terrace or Hay Street Mall. Pleasant, clean and welcoming venue in the city.

Lovely building in Perth cbd, the upgrades are going to be amazing. The park on hay street side is lovely to sit during lunch. Plenty of choice for eateries nearby. The concierge was very helpful when I needed assistance.

As far as office buildings go, this is one of the nicer ones. Hemingways has a good vibe to it, and building management has invested in building renovations that have turned out quite nice. End of trip facilities are very good and the gym together with a variety of food and beverage places makes it nice and self-contained. If that's not to your liking, it's pretty close to other options. Central, some might say 😉

A really nice place to be in the middle of the city. Looking to have a lunch break then this is a good alternative to sitting in the office.

If this is concerning WESTPAC BANK,, they continue to be obstreporous. Sorry wrong spelling. They have been impossible to deal with, so far, over the five months of this year.

Might be showing my age but $33 for 1.5hr parking, really! On the street it's like $6/hr!

Right in the heart of Perth CBD. Offices, eateries, shops and cafe. Public transport and the free red cat.

Good food court with several options. Pricing was decent, for Australia.

Was visiting a company. One has to decide who to visit on a screen at ground level. The elevator then takes you directly to the right level without pressing any buttons in the elevator

It's a building with lifts and floors and hidden stairs... As for the working arrangements, WeWork provides great services (which I'm sure my company pays for) I'd provide 5 stars if I could work from home everyday

So grateful I no longer work the CBD. What a waste of my life: - driving into & out of the congested the city, - to find expensive all-day parking - to then still walk to the office building - to go & up down in lifts, just to sit at a desk in front of a computer...

Stongly scented reception area. Lifts very busy. Can take 5 minutes to get to your floor

Central Park is the centre of the universe. The big bang happened here ... i found faint traces of Theta radiation ... not harmful thought. Pigeons friendly ... had a good chat to one of them and alleviated their fears of 5G. One zombie sighted but he left after we threw a shoe at him. Went home with cold left foot. Note to self ... calm your jets.

It is one of the main buildings of the Perth CBD and does hold an excellent location in the heart of the city as well as great facilities. It is very clean, secure and close to dining areas for grab some lunch. It also helps that it has some greenery to relax.

Great place to work or visit! Amazing renovations are finally complete. The foyer has been transformed and is now open and full of light. Great place for coffee or to have a chat now available on the ground floor too.

Nice little spot to feel out of the city whilst in the City. A very popular lunchtime spot for professionals and high school kids. Plenty of room on the grass but not so many bench spots free. There are blow up seats too. But few and far between (they may be bean bags... unknown due to unavailability). A later lunch or after 1pm is a good time to go for it to be less busy.

My Dad had a fall here recently and the care and support he got from the staff & management was amazing. They organised the ambulance the first aid support was there within minutes and an angel, Im pretty sure he was from Rio Tinto, kept us both calm while he helped my Dad up. A HUGE THANK YOU 💕 Its also a very pretty calming space to have lunch in the gardens.

They have amazing coffee machines, went there for training and a catch up with a mate, but the coffee was definitely the highlight.

There is a nice little grassed area that is lovely in summer to sit on. Lots of food options nearby. Aside from that it's a business centre and I don't think I've ever been inside.

  • 5/5 Simon A. 1 year ago on Google
It was kept very tidy, and provided some green to sit and eat lunch with colleagues. Would recommend
