It was sunny and windy when I visited Bathers Beach. It's a small beach in the heart of Fremantle with a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean, and panoramic water view. I love the sandy beach and clear waters. The beach is extremely close to public transport. Since it's inside the city, there are restaurants, shopping mall, and street shops all around. The WA Shipwreck Museum is near by.

A small little beach in Fremantle - not the best one around but nice place to take a walk and get some sand between your toes. Much to see close by with museums and shops

Bathers Beach has always been one of my favourite beaches, with the fishing boat harbour eateries and other restaurants not too far away. It is a beautiful beach to walk along and easy to get to with ample paid parking near by. It truly is a magical place for watching sunsets. Also, a great viewing place for seeing different vessels leave or enter the Freo harbour.

There are longer beaches and beaches with prettier surroundings, but they donโ€™t all have such a good sunset. Plus, good bars and food immediately on tap after the sun drops down.

There was a really cool display on when we went to this beach. One of the nicest to watch the sun set on I think. Some of the displays were top notch and some were meh. But free is free baby.

Lovely beach, although not the best in WA, it's a great place to watch the sunset. There's a nice bar just next to the shore and there's quite a few places to get some food and drinks nearby aswell. Good amount of parking nearby for roughly $2 per hour.

We visited the stretch of beach in Fremantle. It is just next to the WA Shipwreck Museum. There are cafes nearby. Just the place to relax and enjoy the sea and breeze.

As always 'Daisy' looked after us today at lunchtime, the ambience and table setting for ten was perfect, along with the order of food which everyone enjoyed. We will be back, great place to relax.

Nice place to go for a swim. Thereโ€™s a restaurant on the beach where you can have a drink or food, either inside or with chairs and umbrellas on the sand. Sand and water are pretty clean but not perfect as would be in Leighton beach, for example. If you go to the other side of the beach, across the rocks, the sand is full of natural dirt (seaweed and sticks) so itโ€™s better to go to the restaurant side. Amazing sunsets

Great place to relax in the sun with some food and drinks, soaking up the chilled Freo vibe. Watch the kids play on the sand while enjoying a coffee or lunch; meet up with your friends or family; or just lay back under your umbrella and listen to the lapping of the waves and the sea birds around you. Definately a no-shoes zone, so you can feel the sand between you toes! You can book a place on the beach or inside, or try your luck with a walk in.

(Translated by Google) There are many great beaches in Perth, but Buzzards Beach in Fremantle is a beautiful beach with views of the Indian Ocean. Fremantle is a port town that can be reached in about 30 minutes by train from Perth Station. It is a town that you can enjoy throughout the day, such as eating at delicious restaurants and cafes and shopping at Fremantle Market, which is crowded with local residents. Buzzards Beach is a beach facing Buzzards Bay, which can be reached in about 10 minutes from Fremantle Station. It's easily accessible from the center of the city, so it's recommended if you want to take a break on the beach. The water quality is also very clean, and it seems that you can swim with confidence. You can enjoy the sunset if you visit at sunset time. Buzzards Beach is Fremantle's recommended beach. Ironically named as it is not a particularly nice beach for swimming - the water looks a bit dirty, there's only a small stretch of beach and some of it is now taken up by food spots with beach access. Parking can also be hectic. If you want a beach head a little further north or south for much nicer spots.

Great back for families, protected ocean, restaurants next to the beach. Have a beer, while the young people enjoy the water. Good also for sitting quietly during those dull winter afternoons

Not a bad little place. Could do with a bit more shade on the board walk area, however, other than that, it's worth a visit.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ An amazing place to take your dog. This beach has lovely turquoise water and a really dog friendly atmosphere. It is located a short walk over sand dunes from CY O'Connor Reserve which has two shaded picnic table areas, BBQs, a drink fountain for humans and dogs and showers and toilets.
