The Elizabeth Quay Pedestrian Bridge is a spectacularly unique, dynamic and contemporary destination for tourists and Western Australians. I was here on March 11, 2018. The iconic 22-meter high cable-stayed suspension bridge is a remarkable architectural feature that spans the entrance of Elizabeth Quay inlet. As part of the recreational routes in Swan River, the 5 meters wide and 110 meters long bridge has enough clearance for pedestrians walk, run, cycle, or ride a Segway. It sits high enough for moderate sized boats to pass underneath. The bridge is a gateway to the central business district, and provide links between the promenades, the island, and the Barrack Street Jetty. This beautiful and impressive structure will give you the amazing 360 degrees view of the  Swan River and Perth Central Business District.

I happened to see an aerial photo of this bridge in the Cruise terminal when our ship arrived in Freemantle. I had no idea where to find it, so I was thrilled when I saw it along the riverfront in downtown Perth. The design is really beautiful, and unique. Fun to think how they went about designing it. Bottom line, it is just a foot bridge and bicycle path which allows boat traffic underneath. But it is fun to walk over... and provides for many interesting photographs.

For being a simple bridge I'm giving it 5 stars because it's just so amazing to be stood in front of the city, over the water, watching the world go by. It's a really lovely spot.

This is a lovely tourist spot. Have chance to take family photos. Then a coffee isn’t far or a local beer. It offers a breathtaking view and offers more. Definitely recommended. Also there’s a kids playground along the way. Toilet is available and wheelchair accessible.

Most beautiful spot in Perth. The views over the harbour and Quay are amazing, even more so at sunset which I would highly recommend coming for. Perth by night is also incredible from here with the building lit up. Top tip: sit and enjoy a drink at the 'The Island at Elizabeth Quay' outside and take in the views.

Lovely walk along the guay. Plenty of nice restaurants and views of the river and boats. Playground for the kids and a nice place next door for the parents to have a Beveridge. Nice views from the walkway over the bridge. Good views of the river and boats going by

Loved this beautiful piece of architectural art. Combined with the Quay and the buildings surrounding it, well worth a night walk to enjoy the sights and sounds of Peth.

Nice extra to the city of Perth, a lot crammed into a small space but looks good and attracts heaps of people.

My first back to Elizabeth Quay in a couple of years and I was amazed at all the new buildings going up. It’s a pity as they are now crowding all the airspace.

Great place, but nothing like Circular Quay, in Sydney. Love it as it's home.

Elizabeth has some nice places to eat and drink. However it is becoming a bit of a concrete jungle and an ongoing building site.

As a student who study Civil Engineering, walking on this bridge just hits so differently. You can feel the strength of the structure (Hundreds of people stood on it to watch firework in the previous new year eve 2023) while truly appreciating its curves and edges. Besides, this place is GOLD at dusk, best place to enjoy the afterglow.
