This was a decent restaurant that I visited for a work lunch. The staff were friendly and we ordered the Cheeseburger, Chicken Burger and Chicken Parmi. The Cheeseburger was average and the patty was a little dry. The Chicken Burger was the opposite and had way too much sauce. The Chicken Parmi was dry and the sauce had dried up and felt like a layer instead of being cooked into the chicken.

You're supposed to be a pub and that's what you classify yourselves as. You don't advertise that you DON'T SERVE HI-VIS at the door but will quite happily turn away the service. How rude and disgraceful are you. Guarantee you wouldn't turn away an officer in a uniform. Advertise it rather than hiding behind the bar.

Got refused service for having high visibility shirt on. Will never support a business that won't allow a worker to have a beer ar 4pm after work. AVOID.

We went as a group on Friday. You would need to make a reservation if you are going for lunch. Also when you get into the restaurant you will need to look for your table your name will be written on the tag. The restaurant gets really busy. You will also need to order the food from the bar. The food is good, the portions are very generous. I will go back and try other items on their menu. I had the scallops and chorizo dish on the specials, the serving is generous for the price it costs.

Went there with my wife for dinner She ordered Fish and Chips and I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. We also shared a Coleslaw. She had a Lemon Lime Bitter and I had a House White Fairly average tasting food overall. The wine was good. The price was good also. Service average

As a licenced bar manager myself..... Rude staff and poor quality drinks. Very disappointing service. Ordered a cocktail that didn't even half fill the glass and was told tough luck by the staff when queried.

Had the fried chicken burger. Must have been designed and cooked by the janitor. Chicken wasn't fresh. No salad in the burger or on the plate. Half a bottle of sweet BBQ sauce in the burger. Disgusting. Only reason I didn't demand a refund, order another meal or leave was this was a work lunch. I wouldn't eat this if it was given away free.

I went to Gramercy Bar on 18th of July 2022 before 12:00. I ordered 2 whisky -Yamazaki 12 and Springbank 15 years- Even they don’t have Glencairn whisky glass. And I started nosing and tasting. I felt both similar smell like bowmore  character. And Finally thought “these whisky are fake one”. I left all my whiskies. Recently some fake whisky found in China. I have worried about coming through in Australia market. I am so warning you ~ do not order single malt whiskies this bar. After I went out this bar~I thought I will be never come back anymore in my life~ I am drinking single malt whiskies many years and everyday. I have in deep understanding and knowledge about whiskies.

Went for a Friday lunch with work friends. No table service (no issue with that), orders taken at the bar. Despite been told there was a 30min wait for food (which I wasn’t surprised by how busy they were) food came out in 20min and was delicious! I had the Steak Burger with chips. Steak was cooked to perfection if you like your meat rare. I hate it when I order a steak burger and I get cardboard because the steak is cooked well done to eat. Not in this case. The meat was rare and juicy. Chips were a little light but I ate them all so no wastage. Recommend for afternoon lunch!

The fish & chips looked good … a little disappointed as it seemed it hadn’t been thawed completely prior to cooking … not too bad but I had better … nice environment and location is great. Polite staff …

My partner went to get us some drinks amd they said they wouldn't serve him because he was in hi vise but could stay outside. So I went to purchase drinks and the bar tender said sorry let me get my manager. I asked the manager to show me where it says that. To his credit he did HOWEVER his mannerisms and rudeness were beyond belief! Told me I made his bar staff get him when I didn't, spoke over the top of me and when I went to say 'just a tip, there's no need to be rude to someone who hasn't caused a fuss' he just cut me off and said YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED, LEAVE' I do not recommend. So appalling!

I ordered a beer and sat down at a table outside to wait to catch up with my cousin. He arrived and sat at the table with food purchased from elsewhere. Was met with the waitress who said he can not eat that here. As I was a paying customer I have the right to sit and finish my beer. The manager then approached from behind and took my beer and told me my cousin had to go! He then carried on to pour my beer out that was full and did not give me a refund. Found this very disrespectful as there was many seats/tables available for other guest. Would not recommend this place as I have never been treated with such disrespect.

Been to this place a few times and we were served by the same person. A humble request please at least say "Hi" or smile to your customers while serving them. Horrible customer service, never going back there!!

Great food and really central location overlooking the park. Staff are friendly and attentive. I will be going back again.

The Gramercy has a clear and visible happy hour sign on which states spirits. I went to the bar and asked if happy hour was on. The reply was yes so I ordered my house spirits to find the bill was charged at full price. I went back to the bar and the supervisor (English guy) on day stated that spirits are not on happy hour for today. I went back to check the sign for the happy hour sign for spirits which it did have. I tried to question the supervisor behind the bar and he dodged me. I cornered him out on the tables and questioned the fact that the sign states spirits are included. His claim is that the management have elected to change the happy hour drinks from week to week but it's too hard to change the sign on the blackboard behind the bar which is how it's been done for many years but now they have a printed sign. Clearly the Gramercy have very little training in hospitality as the supervisor on the day could have diffused a situation very easily. Instead, he's stuck into us and argued with us that no one else complains, but I would argue that no one else really checks their bills as they probably should. They trust the bar to provide the drinks as per the pricing on the wall. So in effect they are misrepresenting or being dishonest to their customers for profit and deception. we were all shocked at the attitude by the supervisor. I understand that it's hard getting staff now, but if you're going to put somebody in a supervisor position they should have the very basic hospitality training. Rest assured we will be telling everybody in Central Park and thats the last time I step into that bar again. We will not be coming again. This bar has changed names many times in the time I've lived and worked here and clearly it seems like they're due for another change. #SHUTDOWNGRAMERCY

It’s a great place to sit & enjoy a coffee in beautiful surroundings... Whether you are just after a coffee, a delicious meal with a pint of Craft Beer or even if you’re just after something small, the staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to The menu, always recommending the best of meals & beverages. Great for sml or lge groups & also great for dining alone... Wonderful Atmosphere..!

Went there for the Wednesday lunch special.....oops!!! The only good thing about the meal was the price, or was it? Batter on the fish was too thick, and the fish was too oily, the salad that came with it was also drenched in oil, really not tastey. On the other hand, the service was friendly and efficient. Won't be back🤙

We clearly made poor choices, the lamb ribs were just a greasy unrendered offering with a small limp salad sitting in the pool of fat draining from the ribs. The pork belly bites also unrendered and covered in a strong sauce that didn’t enhance it. We didn’t have the heart to complain to the staff who were busy and doing a great job.

Went there last night, I got charged $5 for soda water (not bottled) as I was the designated driver. On top of that, I asked for Tabasco sauce and because they don't have Tabasco, they wanted to charge me $2 for just chilli. I understand that inflation is high but this is over the top. Never again. BTW the chicken burger was very very average with the smallest piece of chicken.

Was very busy when I rocked up, but managed to get a table still. Decent selection of beer and wine. Spirits and cocktails range was very good. Drinks are at the high end of pricing. Only had something small to eat which was ok. Service was excellent didn't have to wait long at the bar. Plenty of toilets and a few TV screens to watch. Heaps of windows to the outside world for people watching. Overall experience was great, will go back again for sure.

Had a team lunch today, group of 13. I made last minute change of seating arrangement and Dylan was kind enough to accommodate the request. Food was delicious and my team had great experience. I had fish and chips and it has nice crispy batter. Thai salad was also another favorite on our table. Will be coming back for sure!

Standard pub affair. Competitive prices, decent though unexciting menu, quick service although a bit of a language barrier at the bar. Food was good, gets the job done without breaking the bank.

Decent range of beers on tap, good simple food menu and usually plenty of tables to sit at.. there's sport on the tele also but usually no sound. Fridays after work are very busy especially happy hour from 5

A nice pub next to Central Park open area on Hay street. A big space with lots of seating options and good specials. Clean and tidy place with friendly staff that are very attentive.

Nice venue ... good staff. Nice scotch fillet burger . Chips spot on. Calm environment. No zombies sighted. Perfect location.

A good stock of beer and spirits and a healthy number of bar staff ensures a short wait while having a good choice. Management helped us with a large table despite no booking at a peak time. Food was great, service excellent. A good time had by all which is what it is all about.
