One of the places I visited when I was in Perth was The Globe. I found this place while walking around the city and it looked so nice! So I went here for late lunch and we got a few items between 3 of us: 🍗 Chili Fried Maple Chicken 🥦 Sesame Crusted Cauliflower 🦑 Salt&Pepper Calamari 🦞 Prawn & Lobster Rolls 🍟 Rustic Fries This was probably the best feast we had in Perth (out of the 3 restaurants we visited)! Although we only shared the small plates but all the dishes we shared were so delicious with perfect portions 🤩 The service was quick & efficient. The place has indoor & outdoor seatings, but I’d recommend to sit outside to enjoy the warm sun & cool breeze. I definitely highly recommend this place ‼️

Held an event here. Staff were very helpful and responsive in the weeks leading up to the event. Food quality is high and bartenders take their time to explain the options available. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to host an event!

The Globe was phenomenal. We received a warm greeting from the female guards who received us with bright smiles. The live entertainment boomed through the front courtyard pleasantly with acoustic renditions of crowd favourites. The footy was on TV front and centre which is always a must for me. My brother and I ordered beers from a very decent selection on tap, went to our reserved seating and ordered from their menu directly from our phones. Super convenient! Wishing to try a number of items, we ordered the chilli fried maple chicken, the sesame crusted cauliflowers with hummus, 300g porterhouse steak with fries and baby gem salad, and a sticky date pudding to top it off. All of the food was incredible. The steak and chicken was juicy, the fries crispy, and the pudding sweet and satisfying. Service from Darcy was excellent as he was efficient and knowledgeable, with a sunny disposition which brightened an otherwise dreary and wet day.

Had cute Prosecco bottomless brunch with my friends at Globe, it was very cute, the venue was decorated like a secret garden - it was seperate from their regular bar so it felt much more exclusive and cute vibes. The fountain has option of Prosecco and rosé wine, and then they provide some fruits and syrups, and juices where you can diy how you like your drinks (I made mine Bellinis!). I love that they also have a virgin drink option so one of my friends who does not drink alcohol can still join us (they said their mocktails were great!). The food options looked so good! I couldn’t even make up my mind. AND to top it all off, our server Snaz was THE FRIENDLIEST and super nice, they were constantly checking in on us and having good chats. Highly recommend for a good day out with friends!

Good selection of on tap beers, food has always been tasty and nice inner city outdoor area. Ordered the special there and the person who served me didn't know it was on special (think they may have been newer). Anyway I didn't even realise they consequently overcharged me, but a few minutes later another staff member came and found me at a table and gave the difference back in cash. Gotta love a place that has staff with integrity ?

Delicious for share foods or a meal. The pan fried gnocchi and share foods were awesome! It was a very busy day for the venue with the Run for a Reason on before the event so the fish and chicken parmigiana took a while to come out. The fish was much to be desired, very muddy, small and not a lot of sides with it so it left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. Would return for a drink and share food.

Service was quick and polite. Found us a table quick. Steak was outstanding and the half roasted chicken was pretty awesome too. I would recommend going to the globe. They had some live music on to which I think is quite pleasant

The grill steak was cooked perfectly, both as medium rare, and was perfect leather for my well-done friend. Steak sandwich was fantastic, pink on the inside and melting in my mouth. Chips are crispy and gorgeous. Compliments to the chef. The live music and volume level was not too loud, and not too quiet. Fantastic level. Definitely a great place to go!

We went on Sunday for the Prosecco bottomless brunch. We were served by Charles which made the whole experience very welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere was great and the food and drinks were awesome. We’ve already been twice before and definitely going back. I would recommend trying it out!🥰

We’ve tried so many restaurants in the city and this one is the worst. I came here for a lunch meeting and it was a total disappointment (and waste of money). The chicken of the parmigiana was clearly out of date, very dry and without any flavour. Also the Caesar salad was full of mayonnaise (not salad vinaigrette), didn’t include croutons or bacon, just bread crumbs. Horrible experience and I don’t recommend taking anyone to this place.

Great place for a terrific lunch. We had quality food at amazing prices it’s really worth a visit. It was very easy to get to by train and the atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. We had chicken schnitzel chips and veggies, calamari, lamb shank pie, lamb fillets mash and veggies, chicken parmigiana salad and chips all portions were large and the quality was excellent. Been here a few times just for a few drinks . But today had a small feed . Wow the chili malple chicken was amazing . We also had the prawn ,lobster rolls . Nice and fresh on the palate . Atmosphere with the tunes was just a nice Sunday session . All good and drinks delivered quiet quickly. All n all great work . Especially to the chefs !

Went for a quick dinner and beer before heading to the basketball. We pre booked a table which is a must, especially if you go in the afternoon. The phone app wasn't working, but it was easy enough to order food and drinks inside at the counter. The cesar salad was amazing and a more than generous serving.

We pre booked for Christmas lunch Unfortunately the food came out very slowly We had only received 2 of our entrees in an hour and a half The food was very enjoyable, but parts of it were missing There was no antipasto as promised with the Turkish dips, no Yorkshire puddings and no salad entree. We finally finished our meal at 3.15 pm The next sitting was 3 pm and there was a huge queue of people waiting to get in for their meal. The waiter worked exceptionally hard to accommodate us all and kept up with our drink orders I'm not sure I'd return for another Christmas function

Booked Christmas lunch here on actual Christmas Day. Seven of us. Was supposed to start at 3pm. Didn’t get seated until 3:45. We had to awkwardly lerk around the outside courtyard in the heat. Finally got seated and the food took so long to come out. By 5:30pm, which was 2.5 hours after we were booked for, we had only been served bread and a little peach salad. We had some kids with us and they were starving had get them some McDonald’s to tide them over. In almost 3 hours we were only served three entrees of the entire 3 course meal bread and two tiny salads. The other entrees, main course and dessert were no where to be seen. Tables around us were also being served so slowly. It was clear the day had become a logistical nightmare for them. Felt really bad for the servers who did the best they could. We ended up leaving after the three entrees because at the rate the food was arriving it would of been 7pm by the time we finished. Completely ruined the Main meal we were supposed to have on Christmas. Not sure what went wrong but looked like they took way more bookings than they could cater too. Over $700 for the booking for some bread, wine, salad and a ruined Christmas Day.

I had a Christmas function here yesterday. The food was amazing, compliments to the chef! I wanted to give a special thanks to our bartender Tay, she went out of her way to make sure that everything was exactly as we needed and her friendly smile was infectious. Definitely will be coming back!

Smoked salmon and garlic bread was really nice, pity they ran out of Steak. Maybe next time I will get the beef and reef.

Staff food and drinks were great. Only negative I had was the hoodie of my. Jacket and my hair was sitting in the water catcher of the living wall and I didn't realise. A little frustrating but I'll let it slide because the snake bite was tasty

Rooms available for all sorts of events and TVs to watch those sports games. I love coming to The Globe and getting a bev from the great team who greet you. Check it out!

The Globe is obviously one of the more popular spots in Perth's CBD. There are lots of places to sit to watch the bustle while sipping a wide variety of beers. Of special note is the beautifully-presented and delicious food … definitely closer to the fine-dining end of the spectrum. Highly recommended.

Stopped in for dinner and the food was great. My partner had steak sandwich and I had the chicken burger. Staff were superb too and very friendly and helpful.

Had the Bottomless Brunch recently. Starter cocktail was very delicious but portion size of food was tiny - only one small piece of toast for most dishes! Refill of prosecco and spritz jugs on the table also required prompting quite a few times. Ordered additional food and the sausage rolls are great!

It is a nice pub with good staff but a bloody RIP off $12.70 for a pint of Murphy and all pints were at least 12 dollars they have to be kidding.they must not have heard it's a recession.

Bottomless Prosecco brunch was great, food portion I would say was reasonable but not huge, service was spot on and the orange vodka cocktail on arrival was lovely.

Sunday bottomless brunch should be an experience ...however I was left extremely underwhelmed. Staff a little bit all over the place, breakfast is EXTREMELY basic, don't expect anything fancy, best thing about this is the spritz on tap, would purely only come back for that

Has been my friends and mine favourite place for pre dinner drinks.for several years. Not so any more. Prices for drinks have been going up steadily. Tonight I asked for a large glass of a dry white house wine. I was charged $21! I paid and queried that this was the price for a house wine? I was told this was not a house wine, as there is no dry white house wine. I said I didn't want this wine and was told I had paid for it....bye bye Globe as our regular pre dinner drinking place 😪😪

Food is horrendous! Chicken clearly been cooked for days and then re heated / cremated! Bar staff are beyond rude, very un welcoming and clearly have no interest in being there! One person working the bar during a busy lunchtime period. We were asked to leave our table after 2 hours, but never once told this would be the case - we were a table of 15 that had been booked way in advance with no mention of a time restriction - not once did they apologise for this instead simply said "this is whats happening so you need to move, deal with it" - another member of staff completely agreed with us on the fact it was ridiculous we were being made to move and that clearly they had messed the booking up and it was not our fault! Customer service is shocking, food is un edible - plenty of much nicer places to visit in the city, dont waste your time going here thats for sure!!!

Great location, ambience, friendly staff, quick service if you use the QR codes on the tables to order online. Knocked a star off as the live music was great but too loud to have a conversation over.

Very disappointed. Their covid app only took Apple phones and was NOT the SafeWA app. Then there were no written menus, (but we found one eventually and shared it with other tables) only online menus that didnt list ALL the beers. The online protocols were laborious and painful to negotiate. Many other elderly and middle aged patrons, of which there were many, were also grumbling about the system. It seems the hotel is set up to serve staff NOT patrons. Trying to settle our bill at the end took 15 mins because the set up behind the bar was focussed on mixing drinks and cleaning. Eye contact was avoided at all costs. As we left a staff member finally posted the Safe WA app. I hope future patrons get a smoother experience than us. Food was fine, beer was cold, Rose very passable.

Today our group of 4 plus a 15 month old turned up at 1700 and Harry wangled us a table out of not very much and little space so thanks very much for that mate! He also made sure we had a high chair and the food came quickly! Even though it was busy for after work drinks from the city slickers it wasn't over loud and the food was also very good! Really happy with our experience here for the Bottomless Brunch with my best friend! We were offered a complimentary cocktail upon arrival, service was fast, staff were friendly & food was amazing! Loved the idea of the Prosecco/Rose on tap. Went on a busy Saturday morning too, with only 2 lovely ladies working, who did well to manage the area on their own! Thanks & will be back again.

We had a pram and the girl was very good in clearing the way from the busy crowd to our table. The scan and order QR code menu is amazing! Food was also nice, short waiting times too. We had a great Father's Day lunch, staff very friendly and helpful.

The globe is a great place to go to catch up with mates for a drink. On Wellington Street it is easy to access. Can can get on the train and pop up right in front of it. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly. It has a nice outdoor area. Thanks guys

Every time I've been to The Globe, the staff have been really friendly and welcoming! They have awesome happy hour deals and the food is great. It's super close to the train station which is always convenient!

A bit expensive for the beer. $11.80 for a pint of Great Northern! Went elsewhere and paid $8.80! Food was good, bar stools look good, but uncomfortable.

Brilliant experience. I have some severe allergies and the bar staff / chef were fantastic at dealing with these. Great outdoor seating, super tasty burgers.

What a gorgeous venue. There was nothing better than sitting in the Beer Garden with a glass of red on a chilly winters day and watching the world go by. We decided to stay for lunch and were so glad we did as the food was delicious. The music played by the live band definitely added to the ambience, all of this was then topped off with excellent service and friendly staff, Will and Ellis went above and beyond. Definitely a winner, I will be back.

On behalf of the BSC Curtin club, we were able to host an amazing careers night at this beautiful venue in Perth. The function space had a lovely atmosphere, the food was fantastic and the bar attendant, Tash, was brilliant. Thank you to the Globe for helping the club run such a smooth event.

Not sure if the child dessert was edible as the cream looked not good. Maybe don’t serve it with cream or add it right before serving. I would also cut off the brown salad parts. Rest was average Pub food.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Globe in Perth and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by bartender Flynn. From the moment I walked in, Flynn greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. As I perused the menu, Flynn was attentive and patient, answering my questions and making recommendations based on my preferences. When it came time to place my order, Flynn expertly prepared my drink and even added a few special touches to make it extra special. Throughout the evening, Flynn continued to provide top-notch service, making sure that all of the patrons at the bar were well taken care of. His friendly and approachable demeanor made him a hit with everyone at the bar, and I left feeling like I had made a new friend. If you're ever in the Globe in Perth, be sure to ask for Flynn. You won't be disappointed!

Everything food wise was on par,great venue. The only drawback was the pricing of the food, heavily inflated for a pub lunch in comparison to other great pubs.

A conveniently placed bar at Globe lane opposite to Perth train station. A cute outdoor seating area and an interior that feels decorated to cozier standards than one might expect from a sports bar (because they do show sport on TV). Personally, sports bars are not for me, but I enjoy the Globe quite a bit. Also,I can really recommend their chicken tenders! They are simply delicious.

Monday night Schnitty Special - $20! - perfect chips (just the right amount chicken salt), fresh, nicely balanced salad with a zesty dressing, and a big ol' (350g) chicken schnitzel - clearly prepared from scratch - with a crisp, crunchy crumb and just the right mix of tomato to cheese. Last Wednesday the 21st of Dec I came in and I was served by the best waitress that I have ever had. In a long time. Her name is Grace, and it was a stunning pint that she served. She had a big, smiling face, and a good commentary to complement the service. I fully recommend her to any employer, and she is a godsend to your company. 😊👍

Had a fantastic meal that I enjoyed served by a very sweet & thoughtful waitress by the name of Taylor. I dropped my utensils & she was more than happy to help me out. Excellent service & I’ll definitely be back.

Went with a group of friends for brunch and loved the beautifully decorated high ceiling room where it was setup. The service was great and the ladies regularly came in to check in. There was a prosecco tap which was self service. At the table we had this delicious gin cocktail that I would highly recommend for it to be as an option instead of one of the spritz on the tap that wasn't as popular. The food was a bit underwhelming. We had the waffle chicken and Korean chicken sandwich. The chicken was overcooked and the Korean sandwich salad was delicious and helped to make up for the chicken. There is no Aircon in the room and it got really warm in the afternoon. It would be great to have fans in the room which would really improve the experience. We did provide the feedback back to the staff and they were open to receive it and pass it on. I would still go back for another experience

What an awesome place in the heart of Perth city. Its is quiet, and has a great vibe. The food is amazing and very timely from ordering to receiving it. The bar staff are impeccable. Overall highly recommended. If you don't go, you wont know......

I recently joined my sister and friend for a bottomless brunch at the Globe and it was such a fabulous afternoon, we couldn't rate it enough. Our host Elysia was exceptional and deserves all the praise (and promotion at that) for her hospitality. She had a huge smile on her face from the moment we walked into the busy room and although rushed off her feet, went above and beyond to make sure our two hour brunch experience exceeded expectations - and that it did. It was clear Elysia took pride in her brunch functions, from the beautiful floral layout of the room and tables down to the spread on offer including the garnishes (a huge variety of cut fruits) and juice flavours etc to go with, we were overwhelmed with choice (in the best way possible). The free flowing prosecco tap was a highlight, what a great idea for all the fizz fanatics + good photo opp with friends too!! After much toss up between what to order for lunch (so many delicious mouth watering menu options to choose from) I committed to the chilli fried maple chicken waffles and was certainly not disappointed. I've been to a few bottomless brunches in Perth now and this one was by far my favourite - I will certainly be back and will be recommending to others!

Went in for a quick lunch after seeing those Lamb Shank Pie posts on insta. I don't usually leave a review but I feel like I need to do it this time around. The food was ok, the table was a bit dirty but I did not want to bother the staf. Was served a pint of solo on a glass that looked so scratched and looked like there were still some dishwashing detergent left on it (as pictured). Waited until staff came over to serve my food. Informed her about the problem but she just nods ok and goes away. Other guy comes over so I told him to look at the scratches since it looks so scratched and it looks like dishwashing detergent residue are on there. I politely asked if it is acceptable to drink off that glass for the price I am paying for? and I really hated to ask him to replace the drink. He did apologise and replaced my drink so all good. I just feel disappointed about my overall experience being my first time having lunch at this place. The food was ok but I think the place isn't just for me. I felt unwelcome as a solo diner and the staff seeming to think twice before replacing my untouched drink when I can see other people on the other tables having a clean glass is disappointing.
