Always plenty of tables free during the week however weekends can get fairly busy especially on a Friday evening. Service is good, food is OK however I have had better at other pubs for similar prices. Decent selection of drinks, plenty of seating inside and outside. Only problem for non-smokers is smokers are allowed to smoke on the outside tables so be aware if you are a non-smoker. Definitely a pub worth a try

Went here for lunch on the 8/04/23. Excellent meal. We had a Mates platter & was sufficient to feed three of us. Great service & quality food. Enjoyed our meal here.

Popped in for a lone dinner tonight (going for "man of mystery" but probably getting "ooh, look at that lonely old man - all his friends must be dead") with pretty low expectations. Ordered the fish & chips and is was excellent. Good fish, perfectly cooked and much more fish than chips. A really nice little salad was on the side.. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a way I could get another beer without getting up and losing my table. Highly recommended.

Huge portions, nice selection of beer. Food was ok only. Even though massive, the Beast Burger was missing a kick. Ordinary food, but does the job.

Good bar with great food. I had the Cumberland pork sausages which were delicious.

Very good Gastropub, always busy but the staff are good, beer is cold and meals are *excellent*. Amazing how they turn out such good meals quickly even when absolutely packed out. Very impressed. Try the Cumberland Sausages with smashed potato, Asparagus, diced roast pumpkin and a sauce of your choice. Really really good.

A lovely hotel with a great active vibe, good food and a well presented outdoor area. I had meals and beer. Great selection of both. However I think the food is expensive for hotel style meals. I would return.

I'm pleased this iconic pub hasn't changed over the years and the decor has kept pace, although a little noisy in the main dining area. We had chicken schnitzel with Salad and Prawn Caesar salad, tasty and good servings.

Realy like this place, staff were orsum, we tryed a sharing plate 1 night which was great, thn tryed the Scotch fillet another night which was cooked perfect, highly recommended this place , has an orsum atmosphere, definitely worth a look

Lovely place for dinner. Heaps of seating, both indoors and outdoors. The service was fast and friendly and the food tasted amazing. Honestly some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Average range of tap beers, more commercial without supporting local. Cigarette smoke from outside filled the place when we were there for a social meeting after training so definitely put a dampener on things. 2 stars for the lovely bar staff.

Great spot for Sunday lunch a birthday . Best service had in a while . Nothing was a problem even candle on the cake. Will be there for our next family get together. Worth a visit

Always a good spot for a cheeky bevvie. The outside is super shady and comfy seating. Love that it's always kept to its roots with the old school pub vibe. Definitely recommend for a pint or two. A good selection of beers on tap.

Went for our annual pre-Christmas lunch. Had pre-lunch drinks in the bar first where there is a good selection of beers and wines to choose from. Food in the restaurant is well cooked, tasty, there's plenty of choice and variety to choose from. Prices are as expected for a pub / restaurant. Very enjoyable.

A jewel. Re-worked historic pub. Great food freshly prepared in a well run kitchen. Excellent steaks. Pizza as well. Staff are professional, attentive and caring. Prices are reasonable given that there is no real local competition. Watch out for wet floors.

A good pub meal is guaranteed at the Grosvenor - been around for many years and still serving good food at good prices. Beers and wines are also at reasonable prices, on any night of the week expect it to be busy. Staff are friendly too!

It was a Friday evening, very busy but still had good service. The surf & turf was disappointing. The pork sausage dish was better than the surf and turf. Not value for money.

We popped in for a quick lunch and it ticked all the boxes - food was clearly fresh but arrived quickly, they had a good selection of drinks, and it was quick, efficient, and friendly service. Special mention for the chicken in the wrap which was nice and juicy, unlike a lot of places that serve it dry. Smiles all round (including from the staff!).

I love their variety of beers. Always those best brands from Perth. Cheers! Still my favourite pub in Perth.

Great selection of beers and pub food, good service and nice staff. Reasonably small and quiet front bar and much bigger back sports bar with multiple screens showing various sports. Good outdoor area too. Easy to get to by various buses down St Georges Tce and a short walk and not too busy before the footy.

Good beer, not really much vegan options on the menu, but I nice pub for a cold beer and the best wedges.

I came here on Sunday night for a couple of beers and a meal. I arrived in Perth last Thursday and fly out on Wednesday and wish I'd found this place a few days ago. The food is hard to beat. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices aren't bad either. It's a pub so the atmosphere is relaxed. It's not fine dining but it's perfect for what I was looking for. If I'm ever in Perth again, I'll definitely be back.

Pretty nice spot amongst the CBD. Plenty of room and dining options with outside, inside bar and inside dining room. Many beers on tap with a wide variety of food offerings. I would happily go back for another feed again

The food is good, but they let people smoke outside and the fumes waft inside through the open doors! That being said the door staff are very efficient at throwing out loud and annoying drunks, I have been thrown out on numerous occasions!

Pad Thai was lovely. Wanted to go outside but too many smokers.

We were recommended by someone to come here. At first we could not escape the overpowering cigarette smoke in the dining room, moving outside for fresh air only to be inundated by cigarette smoke there as well. We moved back into the dining room. After waiting a long time for our meal it came out burnt and inedible. The steak was ordered medium and came out well done and burnt black on both sides. I had to cut the top and bottom off to eat the steak without tasting charcoal. My partner ordered the chicken and it was burnt black on both sides and dry. My children ordered spaghetti and fish and chips. The spaghetti had nearly no pasta and was a bowl of mince with raw onion in it. The fish was so over cooked. Definitely will not be returning and I would not recommend this pub to anyone.

One of my favourite pubs in Perth! Consistently tasty meals, great range of beverages, friendly staff, heaps of seating indoor & out. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

My husband and I just had dinner at the Grosvenor Hotel and unfortunately it did not live up to it's great reviews, which is what we based our decision on. I had chicken which I amended to have salad and fries, unfortunately the chicken was extremely dry, considering we were the only people in the restaurant I would have expected close to perfection, not a dry choking hazard. Tired of paying good money for mediocre food.

Nice place but way too many smoking tables outside means that the minority smokers spoil it for the majority of non-smokers. Banish the smokers and make the beer garden more enjoyable. Good selection of tap beers was pleasing to see. We had a salt and pepper calamari and chips. It was chips with a peppering of uninspiring calamari. Pub grub can be much better.

Had the best burger and the family all had different meals, they were all spectacular with big servings! Best pub meal I've had and the family agrees. You must come and try it out!!!

Great pub with great service. A couple of work mates and I stopped in here on our last night in Perth for a few ales and a feed, couldn’t be happier. A very good selection of tap beer was on offer and we ended up getting 3 different pizzas to share. Pizzas were fantastic, presented perfectly on timber boards and absolutely delicious. Comfortable atmosphere and seating, watched the Friday night AFL match in style. Definitely would go back next time I visit Perth.

Monday night in Perth CBD. Grosvenor was open and welcoming. Little Creatures hazy on tap and a chicken wrap for dinner. Sat in the sports bar and watched some tennis. Food was quick and filling.

Great spot. Cold beer, friendly service. Who could ask for more. Food was priced well and tasty.

Pub was really nice. Atmosphere was great, food was fantastic and staff very helpful. Im gluten free and they catered with a seperate menu and no issues for me after. Will be back.

Do not order the Beast burger. $24 for a burger which you could understand being in the city. At least if it was worth eating. It’s all for show as it come out looking big and great only the patty, which I’d assume is the hero of a burger, let’s it down. A round clump of meat that means you can’t hold the burger and eat it, you have to use a knife and fork. It’s supreme dryness is a result of it having to be cooked to death. Save your $24 or opt for something else.

As a retired chef the service was great, meal superb and price range was spot on. Well done all. I'll be returning again. Many thanks once again.

I've been to the Grosvenor a couple of times so I'm aware of the quality food they are capable of delivering. Unfortunately last night we didn't receive this standard. 4 of my group had ordered steaks ranging from rare to medium rare, yet all were served well done to boot leather dry. I had to send mine back because it hurt my teeth to chew it. Then I had to send my friend's back as well because it hurt my teeth to watch her eat hers. These were definitely not $42 steaks, they were budget cuts that were tough and sinewy and well over cooked. My replacement steak had decent texture on the first couple of bites and the staff checked on how I liked it, but I spoke too soon when I said it was good, it was in fact terrible. $168 of steak that was worth about $30. Really disappointing.

Great pub in Perth City. Finished a training course and needed a place to refresh my thirst. Nice cold Pints, good drink specials and a nice outside drinking area, if I'm in the area again I will definitely some back here. Keep it up Grosvenor.

The hotel is a gorgeous blend of old and new. The two Pizzas we ordered were large in size and delicious. The staff were friendly but scarce in the dining room. The front bar area was better staffed. Over all it was a pleasant experience. 🙂
