Not what it use to be. Pizza was a bit burnt but still good. The drinks are still good. What seemed to be missing here now is the hospitality. As a previous regular here, it seemed a bit soulless now. Staff didn't really want to banter. Maybe I went on a quiet night but I miss the Alfred's of old.

This is kinda sad I have been wanting to try this place for so long becuase I heard of how good this place is. Not only did I get met with attitude as the top door was opened so I went in thinking it was opened I apologised for the obvious inconvenience I had caused and was told 3pm. I came back at 303pm opened the top door again went down the stairs she came out and gave me attitude saying there you go we are open now! Again i apologised saying it's my first time here there is no sign saying open or close anyways clearly I upset her because as per my photo can someone explain to me where the middle of My pizza is there is not even cheese like $25 for a pizza surely this isn't how you would normally serve the pizza is it? I know I wouldn't!!

Been to this place so many times now. I always love it. The pizzas are great, good selection of spirits and craft beers and the service is always very welcoming.

What a place. I visited Perth for a week for business. I had the chance of walking around the city center and I came across this place.An amazing rock bar with great music and not only that but they serve an amazing variety of drinks and pizzas. Second time here and it does not disappoint! Great selection of original pizzas on the menu which is frequently updated. Their cocktails are also awesome and the bar staff are very attentive and friendly. Not to mention that they have a REALLY good selection of bottles and craft beer. The general ambiance of the restaurant is really cool and I love the layout of the entire place. Will definitely be returning!!

OLD STYLE LOCAL SECRET I wasn't sure about putting up a review as it is soooo good and we wanted to keep it to ourselves. The pizza is not pre made but made to order. Absolutely delicious. So good that we ordered a second! This pizza is the best Perth! The decor is 60's/70's rock style and worth a visit just to check out the old newspapers, LP's, photographs and retro artists. There is even a Pac-Man!!! The music is hard rock but it suits the atmosphere. The staff, especially Dan and Riley, were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They offered suggestions in what to eat and drink and were spot on. The only recommendation would be to add a Merlot to the drinks menu!

Cozy, atmospheric bar with an extensive drinks menu and excellent, fresh pizzas! Their selections of beer are great, and the barstaff seem experienced and make real tasty cocktails. The standout here is definitely the pizza, their by the slice deal is good value, and if you're going for a full pie theres some delicious options to choose from, I reccomend the Rocky! 100% worth checking out, I personally think this venue is best on weekdays when it's quieter and you can enjoy the decor and space a little more.

Honestly this place is such a vibe and they serve the best pizza in Perth! We ordered the cheeseburger pizza and it was to die for! The value was also super cool with great music and the staff were super helpful and sweet! Defs recommend coming here for a nice out in Perth

Alfreds Pizzeria is so good it's worth getting out of your PJs for at 8pm Sunday night and walk there. I've been here a few times and it never disappoints. The Suzy Quatro aka the 4 cheese pizza is sweet baby cheesus heaven. You can dine on this while experiencing the atmosphere of a basement bar that is usually busy and never fails to deliver a good time. Good tunes, eye catching and conversation starting decor with a wealth of drinks on offer. If staying at the Ritz or the surrounding areas, do yourself the favour and walk down.

I didn’t want to rate this place when I lived near it because I wanted to keep it a semi secret. It’s that good. Every time I go there it’s time for a beer and something more. This time was a dirty martini. Great vibe. Great staff. Great drinks.

Great friendly service, was handed the menu as soon as I walked in, I got to decide what I wanted whilst the bar tender was serving the couple in front of us. Was able to buy pizza by the slice. Didn't wait to long for the pizza, and it tasted delicious. Highly recommend this place,

Lovely basement bar and pizzeria. A friend recommended Alfred's pizza claiming that they have the best pizza in Perth.... Did not disappoint 😉 fair prices, a wide range of beers and spirits, thin crust pizza full of flavour. We're definitely coming back to try other flavours 👏🏻

Alfreds Pizzeria is a very small intimate bar hiding downstairs through the red telephone box on Barrack St Perth. Serving great pizzas, tasty drinks with good tunes. Our pepperoni pizza was delicious! There is great atmosphere in this quirky bar, with a fabulous selection of spirits - we loved it! #officially_perth

A noisey cosy basement bar in Barrack St opposite the treasury building. They have a very extensive range of beer and cider served with pizzas made on site either by the slice or as a whole. The entrance is not well sign posted and easily missed.

Cool wee joint. Quite a reasonable pizza to be had, a large selection of tasty bevvys and interesting decor. Nice staff. A bit quirky but an honest small establishment and reasonably priced.

This place has plenty of vibe. The pizza was unreal. Had the pepperoni 👌 It is a small venue though and probably just a little to packed for me. But everyone had a great time.

Small, intimate bar. Decent pizza menu and friendly staff. Shame they don't have beer on tap! Great selection of cans anyway... and other options. A bit warm as it's in the basement but open late and always a good idea!

Bar staff were great, the drinks were OK, but the place was packed and it was a million degrees. I've heard about it having a good vibe and great pizza, but I wasn't really feeling the vibe, and didn't get to try the pizza on this stop, so I will definitely come again and give it another go!

Great bar for late night hang! The best pizza I have had outside of Italy. Headed back to Perth in three weeks and I will be stopping in again for sure. Staff very happy to swap for vegetarians which is not always a pleasant experience but the bar staff were lovely!

This was the perfect spot to both begin and end a night out :) from beginning with a super tasty cocktail to ending on a high note with a tasty pizza and the great atmosphere, we can't say enough good things about our night here. Thank you Alfred's 💖
