If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Staff are quite rude and security has an ego as big as the moon. You have wishy-washy rules and standards and your security think it’s ok to manhandle and be misogynistic towards patrons. Honestly, you’re better off staying home.

Really unprofessional staff. We went with my mates the past Sunday. We just wanted to have fun. It was around 1am (we knew we where late) but we asked to more than 3 different places what time they where closing and all of them said 2am for 15aud but this nightclub. The guy in the entrance said we open until 4am for 25aud. We came upstairs and we asked again and the response was the same “we close at 4” We where looking for this and we paid. We also expend Money at the bar. Around 2am they shot the music off and all the staff started to kicking us out. We asked to speak with the supervisor or manager whoever was there and the guys refuse to do it… we where really polite to them, we just where trying to make them know that made a mistake. After a few minutes, a guy came (100% sure he was drunk) came yelling at us and start pushing us! That’s when I got mad. This guy came from nowhere to pushed us out of the place along whit more people from the staff. Long history short No one gave us a response no even a “sorry guys, was a mistake” I really no recommend this place very unprofessional!

The DJ doesn't mix the music well. There are plenty of new music in the market as of 2018 but the DJ somehow manages to play the same old songs from 1981. Its about time to spice things up.

There is a difference between doing your job and abuse of power. The blonde lady with a folder refused to listen to me and my sister to join our group in line after going to public toilets while waiting to enter for 1 1/2 hours. We explained our situation with respect but she kept interrupting us explaining that we should have told her. She told us that she saw us in the line and we should have known the policy that once we leave the line we should notify them. We’re not psychics or gods to know that but we explained to her a sign would’ve been reasonable. It was humiliating and degrading and straight up rude and unprofessional. We have been respectful and respect is mutual. Never coming back to air we have given this club several chances but this was the last straw. Sometimes being reasonable, respectful and humane goes a long way. She should learn to listen because we listened to her. The insult to injury is that she saw us and didn’t say anything. 0/5.

My friends and I absolutely love this nightclub! Only problem is it takes a while to get served at the bar and the toilets are a bit yuck but other than that they have great music never any fights everyone’s always nice security are great too

Had to pay 10 bloody dollars to get in and then once your in all the drinks we're overpriced the music was dull and the dance floor was very small the place was alot to hot

Me and my mates were there last night having a couple drinks and dancing for the first time. We were both sloshed but my friend more so. This guy started to get all over her trying to buy her drinks, feeling her up. Security rushed right over and got us out of there, told us to get home while they make this guy wait so he can’t see where we are going. The female security guard was lovely and she had this really nice chat with us about our self worth. I felt looked after and that was the first time I’ve ever seen security actually interfere with someone getting felt up.

Love this venue, always a great service. The bartenders, door lady and secuirty are always so nice and friendly. Always making me feel so welcome. The music is always good too!

The behavior of the security (skinny female with tattoos on both her arm, dark hair) at the entrance was so disappointing. The security personnel was not only rude but also used offensive language. Upon arrival, my friend was verbally accused and subjected to inappropriate language, including offensive slangs based on her assumptions thinking that my friend was cutting the line. This conduct was completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional, especially in a public setting. Security personnel are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Regrettably, this particular staff member failed to uphold these standards, resulting in a negative experience for us. So disappointing !!

The venue itself is pretty cool, it has a lot of potential, however the demographic that attend really bring the place down, dress code is not applicable, pretty disgusting, people wearing dirty clothes, just not very inviting, think it needs a new cleaning staff, new management and a stricter dress code, it has so much much potential but its just such a let down. Also very creepy people there.

The music wasn't great, and the people there are generally pretty sketchy. Not good for a nightclub that has paid entry.

Location is good but the venue is a lot smaller than pics make it out to be also a lot of uppity people their (something that the venue can't control) honestly if your young goto avirays way better younger crowd there air night club is small and the quality of people aren't great to be honest. The venue is very deceptive in making it look bigger then what it is think 1/4 of the size as what you maybe thinking and that's air night club. Avirays is a way better the place to be awesome large open space venue with lots or lovely birds there.

Got kicked for laughing!rude staff My husband and I visited this club with some buddies. danced nonstop and was relaxing on the couch next to the bar. I laughed uncontrollably while we were talking and drinking coke. Immediately after, an Asian security guard told me to get out because he believed I was intoxicated. I was so disappointed and felt ashamed in-front of my frens.I understand that they are performing their duties, but this is not how they ought to act. won't visit this club ever.

Went there few days ago with my friends , worst place I ever been , horrible music and the staff was rude, I don’t know if they are racist or what but anyway we paid and got in the club , than we left because was empty. After an hour we came back and the security man told use that we cannot get in because we were drunk , but the funny thing is that we were not cause we don’t drink at all hahaha . So after a big argument we just left because we knew that we wouldn’t get in anymore. I strongly recommend to don’t go there And spend your money in a better way. Last thing to say is for the Asian guy at the entrance that was very rude with us and it never happened to me before something like that . I felt really bad for the way he treated me and my friends . The music of this club is awesome, but the prices of the berage are a little higher than other clubs, it's a ticket payment entry club, so the qualities of the customers are be better maybe just in my opinion, the music is great, by the way, you guys can get free tickets before 10 PM from the promote girls on the opposite street, but if the owner of this club wanna get more money from ur customers, u shold think about what are these customers' background, it's better to hire some bar boys or bar girls are from their country who can speak their language and English both, like French, Germany,Dutch Japanese, Chinese, Korean backgroud staffs,it's easier for them to buy the drinks when the staffs speak their language, it will be better.

This venue is a great place for anyone that wants to feel safe, listen to some great music and drink some quality cocktails in a nightclub setting. While I was in Northbridge on Saturday night, I was handed a free entry pass by one of Air's promoters - so I decided I would check it out. I'm glad I did. The security staff were friendly and quick to resolve any problems. The bar staff are speedy and knowledgeable, and there was a large selection of cocktails to choose from. There was an area on the balcony sectioned away for smokers which is great if you want to get a bit of fresh air without having to breathe in cigarette smoke. All in all, a great night with reasonably priced drinks and excellent service.

I get a pretty "eh" vibe from here. Staff seem alright but it almost feels dated? Now its appealing to the uni student crowd with kpop nights and bubble tea, which I cant blame em for, but its not my thing at all.

I visit this club frequently and I have to say the security and staff there an exceptional and friendly and remember you and make you feel welcomed with every return. They greet you and are very polite I think because they see you so often and they know you will behave and act responsibly at all times. It’s a good venue to party at and I always feel safe

Got kicked out for moshing at a dubstep event where the whole club was moshing, been in the scene for a long time and always look out for my fellow club goers making sure to pick up anyone who falls over. Security decides to kick me out and they don’t even know why, $70 event. Unfortunately leaves a bad rep on air. Saw some poor fella kicked out for nothing ten minutes earlier too. Avoid air.

I generally think this is a great club. I am only writing this negative review specifically in regards to Air Nightclubs VIP bottle service. Kayty Smith has the most appauling customer service I have ever seen in my life. Only will speak politely to the person who made the booking (person with the money) and have a rude demeanor towards the other guests. Is absolutely arrogant to the highest degree and carries an attitude like she doesn’t even want to be there. Considering this is the most expensive club in perth for a bottle it amazes me how astrocious the service is. Air you need to make some changes seriously. I have no idea how Kayty even holds a position as a VIP hostess with her behavior and treatment of guests. On a positive note, there was female staff member who was new to your venue working at the VIP bar upstairs. Her service & attitude towards her job was outstanding and was noticed by everyone of our guests. She deserves to be promoted to being a VIP hostess because clearly your current one has no idea or interest in doing her job. I have been a regular VIP customer at air and I don’t think I will return until you get this right. I’ll advice others of the same

If I could give negative stars I would bouncer staff were rude as you could get refusing most males but if you look like their type of Gal your in no doubt had 8-10oice officers try to arrest me after one of their bouncers put their hand on me yet I'm arrested for being to intoxicated considering I had had less that 6 drinks before getting refused

This place is very average, but still better than the majority of the clubs in Perth. The music is typical stuff and the size of the place is OK. Mostly an Australian born Asian crowd who shifted from Metro City to here, with some changes that make the club unpleasant, such as very sleazy looking European backpacker type guys who come to this club to specifically target Asian girls due to having yellow fever. On Christmas this place is not bad though, but on a regular night you'll probably see the same sleazy characters (regulars) week after week.

I been in this place with my friends 2 months ago and it was very good time but tonight I invite to another friends to share that experience with me but was completely different coz in the entrance they were very sexist!! They banned my friends from entering. They want only women go to inside to the place!

Great music... Numbers haven't been good of late... One of the last places to close so if yoi are still up for a good time when all the other places close this is the place to go. Very friendly bouncers 😉

I love going to this club when I visit Perth and I do every 3 months. The security team and the bar staff are friendly and welcoming whenever I visit. It is definitely the same service I get when I’m back home in Singapore. The music is also fantastic, such a great mix.

Went there with my friends last week and loved it, we have had a great night. The club is packed when we there yet not overwhelmed and service was attentive, security were seen strolling around, making sure a safety environment for all patrons which I personally think it's important especially on a busy night. Music was great with a good mix, and we were attended well by the team despite the busy evening. We will be back.

Experience was great, considering this was my first clubbing experience in Perth with friends. For me, it has been better than Melbourne. Mixed crowd, everyones welcome. Entry was a bit expensive - $60/person! I read on their website that membership was $50, with free entries and perks! Lol. Could have sold me membership instead. 1 star lost for this. Else everything was top notch! 🥂

Have not been here since 2018, came back today and got kicked out for smoking in the line??(there was no people in the line except friends). At least put some sign there for people to acknowledge it, not just straight up told em off when they lit a smoke without knowing. A warning would be justified but this is straight up abuse of power.

Very good staff.Beautiful venue and the staff are professional also friendly. The best dance floor in Perth and non stop good music. My friend and I experienced public criticism from a female security guard at the entrance of Air Night. Despite the false accusation that my friend had cut the line, she had not. The security guard, who was approximately 162 cm tall and had a tattoo on her right arm, proceeded to verbally abuse us in a public space. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting Air Night if this particular security guard is on duty, as there is a significant difference between advising against certain actions and openly abusing customers.

Me and my friends went to air night on Saturday, and upon reaching there, we have experienced the worse situation ever, like the security guard( the female security with black hair with some tattoos on her hand, who was about 163cm) was being super rude and unprofessional. it was really disappointing to see that as I believe and know for a fact that it’s important for security personnel to be respectful and create a safe environment for everyone. It was a total shame how she didn't uphold those standard and treated us like we were some kids!! Like fr no one deserves to be treated that way!!!

Came here on Saturday the 9th for a mate’s birthday in a VIP booth. Service was great, security did their jobs very well. The two dancers on stage really helped brighten the mood by interacting with anyone close and clearly having fun themselves. Drink’s aren’t too expensive depending on what you get, venue is small but when it gets lively it’s a great time. DJs were fantastic, great music and atmosphere down on the floor.

I went here on Saturday night and had an amazing time. The staff and security at the door were lovely and the music was good. Definitely going back there.

Went to Air Night yesterday and I am not really sure but I think I heard people calling her Chloe Asian lady bouncer needs to let her ego down. I was smoking in the line and I did not see any no smoking sign. She could’ve been nicer when confronting me. Very rude.
