Not been to this venue in awhile, but wow. Great decor and atmosphere. This artwork on the walls really gives inside personality and light. Food great and very filling. Plenty of spots to sit, eat and drink. Sports bar open and roomy, with great pictures around the walls and access to TAB. Oh yeh, staff awesome too 🙂

I love going here to eat the wings and chips because they are really good and also the customer service is good as well but today I am so disappointed with the staff working tonight.They kicked us out claiming we are under 18 yet we showed them proof of ID. Their argument was it has to be Australian…Australia has immigrants from all over and it is so ignorant of someone to think everyone owns an Australian passport. We had to leave our drinks as we were given 10 minutes to finish it. So disappointed with the staff tonight. We ended up eating outside…You guys should do BETTER!!!!!

Handy location with plenty of car park. There's separate dining and drinking sections. Outdoor and indoor sitting options. Quite big venue and nice food. Enjoyed it.

We have been going to the Belmont Tavern over the years for lunch and called in today. The Tavern appears to have had a facelift with new carpet and menu which reflects the increased prices for the makeover. The previous menu has been replaced by a much more trimmed version and I must say the food was disappointing. I had the beef schnitzel and the bread crumbs were a little burnt giving it a hard texture and the meat was quite tough, I swapped out the potato salad it normally comes with for chips, these were near cold and tasted like the had been warned up. There were two gherkins and some shredded sauerkraut on the plate. One of our friends had fish and chips which came with a Kale salad which was quite bitter and with Grapefruit and Orange segment (non existent). Grapefruit is or can be dangerous to those on blood pressure medication and should not really be included on a Seniors menu. The meal took a little while to arrive, the service was good as usual. This could be just our experience on the day but, I don't think we will be going back.

(Nov ‘21)Pub had a great atmosphere , food was very nice, and decently priced. Thought the drinks were well priced too. Service was great. Best of all, was the air-conditioned kids playground that is in a glass room, that took a lot of noise away. Happy to have picked this pub to take hubby to for his birthday lunch, shame we were just driving through and not local. Edit: (April ‘22) just returned for a 2nd visit. Belmont Tavern did not disappoint. 10/10 again!! Great feed and great service. Also food was out quickly.

We ordered Salt & Pepper Calamari, Fish Tacos and Pulled Pork Loaded Fries. All 3 dishes were below par in my opinion. Calamari was tough and not very tasty. Tacos were passable but didn't say number - picture showed 5, only 2 on plate. Loaded fries were cold on top and pork was tough. To finish on a positive Tandoori Skewers were very nice.

How come I didn't know this place? Well set inside and out. Family friendly place. Loved it. Good place for a catch up, a bite and all occasion sit down meal time.

Tried the Belmont Tavern for the first time last night, and WOW. The service I received from Lucy and Audrey was impeccable felt like I was at 5 star restaurant, but the food is fairly priced! Lucy especially has just left me in awe with her service with a smile definitely would be having internal chats about a raise…

Waitress was rude with bad attitude. My wife and I wanted to sit next to the empty table next to the playground so we could watch the kids play. The table needed cleaning so I politely asked if we could get a cloth to wipe the table. She gave me attitude for asking. Then she gave us attitude for changing tables whinging she'd have to fix our order when we hadn't even ordered. The final straw was when she took our menus off us and then gave us attitude when we asked for them back. It's a pub. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but I don't accept being treated with attitude. She must have lost her job at Karen's Diner. She ruined our Sunday dinner out. If she doesn't want to do the job she should quit. Not coming back. There are far better pubs to go for a family feed.

Great day except for small children running around whilst people were eating and drinking. Melbourne Cup should be adults only. Older children jumping on the play equipment and making lots of noise. Notice said all children must be supervised, of course not enforced.

Excellent service. Caring people. Happy to deal with whatever comes up. Food was great too. Not too noisy. Great for kids and adults. Have indoor playground to entertain kids.

I've been travelling for a couple of weeks and this is one of the best meals I've had in that time. I love the QR code ordering system on the table, easy to use and accurate, meals and drinks came promptly after ordering. Onion rings were terrific as a starter and the Caesar salad was undoubtedly the best one I've had....and I order them regularly! Wine and food were great value and the wait staff were friendly and efficient. A minor criticism is that the main came before I was finished the starter, maybe you could factor in a small gap? Keep up the good work and I'll see you next time I'm in Perth!

I have aways loved eating here, but after the menu change and prices I will not be going again. I went last week with a friend for lunch looking forward to my meal. On looking through the menu and seeing prices like $24 for a burger, I enquired about the seniors menu and was told they no longer have it. This is a disgrace, the food is not worth the new prices, how can you expect seniors especially to afford this.

Classic local pub with the usual food menu and layout. Delivers - Really delicious parmy (they have a few loaded parmy options). I got the classic and it wasn't stingey on the ham or cheese, the cheese was sooooo good and crispy on the edges - drool! Can't wait to go back again.

After reading the owners answer I feel I need to add the following: It was the way the waitress looked at me and told me I needed to eat more salad that gave you the one star rating. What gives her the right to judge me? And I didn't even mention that my partners Barramundi with Sweet Potato Mash wasn't a great combination. On our way home we decided to have a nice dinner out. But unfortunately we picked the wrong place. I don't remember much of the food or anything else, but what I do remember is that I ordered a salad with my steak, as I didn't like the choice of vegetables. I asked for the salad on a separate plate, which didn't happen - and wasn't a big deal - just very mildly annoying. However my salad included carrots, which I hate. When I mentioned this to the waitress the only reply I got was that I needed to eat more salad. Not impressed at all with that rude service. I do not believe she has the right, or qualifications to advise me on what I should or shouldn't eat. However I do know I won't be back there, and I would warn anyone from going there if they don't want to leave annoyed.

Food and service were impeccable. The kids had a blast in the indoor playground.

Came here for our famliy dinner on a Friday evening great astomphere wonderful indoor playground for the kids, we had a brilliant waitperson called faith very friendly and efficient someone who actually cares about her job and it showed with her customers service skills , meals were reasonably good well priced. Great friendly staff. Loved the menu with lots of variety. Nice cosy pub with good parking. Good for families as well. It has a kids indoor playground. They have thought of everything. Looking forward to returning.

Really impressed with the presentation of this Tavern and there is incredible value for money as far as the food is concerned. $15 seafood basket was an absolute winner. Food was delicious. Drinks prices are what stopped me awarding 5 stars ($10 for a glass of Coke. $13 for Lemon, Lime and Bitters) but the $8 beer pint special did catch the eye. Staff were friendly.

I had an immaculate pork belly dish here. It was balanced well with the sauce and vegetables. One of the best pork belly dishes I've had. My partner on the other hand ordered the southern chicken burger. It was ok, but didn't really match the description. The chicken crumb wasn't southern. Great service and food overall. Would recommend.

One meal was served and finished before the other two were were served. Food was great except for the over cooked parmi.

Fantastic food. The pork belly is amazing! Get in for happy hour as well if you can!

Went for lunch public holiday Monday, place was absolutely jammed full, and I was SERIOUSLY impressed with the level of service. Drink and food orders were taken promptly, and arrived in a decent time. All staff were friendly and helpful, despite how busy they were. We shared a bunch of stuff from the shares menu, and everything was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back! :D
