The
food
is
absolutely
delicious.
The
Wednesday
night
Steak
night
is
just
perfect
-
great
portion
and
great
value
at
$20.
However,
customer
service
has
to
be
important
as
well.
The
mobile
website
says
that
the
customer
has
a
choice
of
chips
and
salad
or
mash
and
vegies.
However,
the
staff
have
been
instructed
to
only
offer
chips
and
salad.
On
3
of
the
past
6
occasions
I
had
to
show
the
website
page
and
the
Manager
agreed
to
the
change.
However,
on
my
last
visit
the
bar
staff
member
was
particularly
rude,
before
the
Manager
allowed
the
change.
I
then
wrote
an
email
to
the
Carlisle
and
was
told
a.)
the
website
is
wrong
and
the
staff
member
is
right
and
b.)
there
must
be
an
issue
with
my
cookie
cache
because
this
was
removed

months
ago.
Obviously
the
website
can't
be
'wrong'
and
I
had
to
screen
shot
step
by
step
how
I
got
the
menu
on
my
mobile
to
which
the
person
can
now
see
that
it
is
up
for
all
to
say
and
will
get
IT
to
remove.
This
is
a
rather
long
story
but
what
happened
to
good
old
fashioned
customer
service?
The
Carlisle
replier
could
have
just
said
"I
am
sorry
for
the
inconvenience
and
I
apologize
that
our
policy
and
what
is
seen
on
the
website
do
not
match.
In
any
instance
you
should
not
have
been
treated
with
disrespect
and
she
should
have
called
a
Manager.
To
stop
any
confusion
we
will
have
the
website
modified
by
IT
so
that
it
is
just
chips
and
salad.
It
was
so
good
of
you
to
provide
the
feedback
and
hope
you
come
back
soon'.
Instead
I
was
told
the
bar
staff
was
right
and
my
cookie
cache
is
out
of
date.
Just
poor
service.
I
just
wish
places
would
remember
customer
service
is
number
1.
