Room was well equipped for Karaoke. That's about as good as it gets. Staff were, for the most part, friendly and helpful. However the booking was misinformed. We were told the room would cost $500 and that this cost covered the food and drinks. We were a group of 8 people and unfortunately we were unable to order the food and drinks that we wanted. Sadly, we felt like 'just another customer'... I'm not sure what sets this karaoke bar apart from all the rest. Perhaps the decor?

Incredibly disappointed and actually quite frustrated with this place. I booked a room for my 21st birthday a few weeks in advance, also confirmed the room via text message a few days before the night. Spoke to a staff member over email whom told me the room "OPENS AT 9PM". I arrived at 10:30PM as I was lead to believe since im paying $700 for the room I can come whenever I want & I have it all night. *SIDE NOTE* I get I came 1.5 hours after 9pm but no body ever told me I needed to be there at 9 otherwise the booking was void 🚨 When we arrived the rude bouncer told us we're late and our room has been given to someone else. No where do they tell you that you need to arrive at 9pm or this will happen. Obviously because they do not ask for a deposit they kick you out if you're not there straight away. Something I would never have known as a first time customer and something I definitely have to write about to warn first time customers. Also 1 missed call by unknown number 20 minutes before we arrived was enough for them to pull the pin on the room . No text or warning this is how their 1920's system works. Absolutely Horrible Service and woeful system. Went across the road to dragon karaoke, $130 cheaper & amazing staff.

Would give zero if I could. Had booked for our birthday and confirmed with multiple emails to the manager and turned (15mins early) up to find out that they gave our room away because they rang the wrong mobile number the previous day to do a final confirmation. They didn't bother to even try using the email they were given when I booked (and had previously messaged us on) to try confirming. Furthermore, the attitude of both the door staff and the manager (Wvendy) were disgusting. Not even so much as an apology. I, and all our friends who were with us, will never go there again. Try HITT Karaoke over the road - they were amazing.

Great experience! Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very easy to book unlike other places which I appreciate. Bare in mind a bottle of spirits will cost you around 200. So be prepared to pay. Despite this it was worth it!

Classic Karaoke lounge clean and tidy. With hood range of music installed unfortunately no rap music on the playlist. Food was not too bad either and a large selection of drinks both alcoholic and not alcoholic.

Cool place, but full of old men trying to touch young girls I actually felt sick at the end of the night. Needs to be regulated more

This place does not even deserve one star. No one come here. The bearded man at security needs to be fired. He man handled me and my friends and accused us on trespassing private property when he was unaware another security guard had already let us thorough. He was extremely physical and was completely out of line. He was 4 times our size which he took advantage of- trying to assert his 'power' and dominate us when did nothing wrong except walk down a corridor we were told we could enter from another one of his colleagues. Would highly advise you to reconsider your staff. It appears after reading the other reviews I am not the only one who has had issues with this disgusting man.

Great service, but please make the entrance accessible for all to enjoy your amenities. No use having disabled toilets when patrons with disability cannot get into the venue.

The staff are always happy to help. The rooms are great. Location is perfect. The only thing that needs improving is my singing.

Most songs had good subtitles, drinks were expensive but you got the whole bottle of jacks. Staff were helpful when I had far too much to drink, just make sure you don't throw up in the room :)

Hahaha what happens at Galaxy stays at Galaxy. It's always a fun night busting out tunes at Galaxy.

Great rooms and reasonably priced to other karaoke bars. They also have entertainers for anyone interested. Only downside is that you get a credit for food/drinks etc with a room booking and there is no transparency with how this is spent and how much you have left.

Lovely place to go

We came in a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. The security guy greeted us and verified our booking. We were then led to our room. Once settled, we ordered some food and started karaoke. Halfway thru, the system stopped working. They tried to fix it with no luck. The manager is kind enough to set us up with an upgraded room and a working system. We ate, we sang, and had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended for group fun with a bunch of friends.

Charged $200 bottles to our tab without the card holders approval. If you're going to charge so much for a bottle of jacks or gin, surely make sure the person paying for it approves of the charge and cost

Great place for karaoke. Room is more spacious than other karaoke places. The food is a bit expensive for the portions but is worth it when you get a room when you hit a minimum spend. It's also unlimited time. The staff don't seem to have the same rules. One staff member will say we're allowed something and another will say we're not which makes things really confusing. There's also no BYO.
