Good karaoke place, bit expensive but good vibe. However we booked this place because it was the only place that would be open late (3am) but because we were the only group of people there (group of 8) they just decided to close early and cut our night short. We said we would pay to stay later but they only allowed us 30 mins and charged us an additional $45! The longer we stayed the more drinks we would have bought and they would have made money but they kicked us out. Won't be coming back here based on this experience.

Willis, Cherry, Rei and Chris were so good to me and my partner when we came to just kick back and chill. I love their customer services, they were straightforward and very helpful. We appreciated the drinks being brought to our room by the boys and Cherry herself being the front house face and wonderfully explaining how the credits work in getting our drinks. Thank you for having us!

We booked the 12 people's room from 10 pm to 2 am, and some of us were hungry after work and hoped to get something to eat there. We couldn't order food around 11:30 pm as the kitchen was closed! I wonder what's the point of opening up so late and can not serve the customers on their needs. Plus, the customer service was terrible since we got into the place, especially the lady who served our drinks, that we found very intimidating. Only one time for me and my friends here, and that's it.

Really disappointed with the service attitude, get ignored whole time and when we ask questions we got eye rolls also told us if we don’t like the service is better we head to other karaoke🙂

Spent 20 minutes waiting for a room to finally be told awkwardly that we could have a room but no drinks. When I proceeded to say that was a waste of 20 minutes of my time staff rudely stated that I should have asked, though I asked for a room when we first walked in and was told okay. Won’t be coming back, terrible customer service. Far better places for karaoke.

Happy hours till 8.30pm is the best price. They have their own parking spot. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and helpful, she's a one good staff for sure. However songs options need to be updated. Some new songs are not available yet.

Newly renovated since I last visited more than a decade ago. Hygiene and cleanliness are on point. Price POV is considered high and the sound system was disappointing.

$100 ish per hr then drinks all $15 each. Didn't have a lot of songs (Baby got Back, Disney, Musicals) Clean, drinks can be ordered by app and delivered.

ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE! Staff here are extremely RUDE especially the 2 ASIAN LADIES WHO WORKED LAST SUNDAY 20TH of JUNE. No breeding. No customer service knowledge. No good manners and right conduct. SONGS IN THE KARAOKE ARE SO OLD! Place is VERY DUSTY! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Dont book in this place. F*** HOLE.

Had a great time, the place was clean and the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again. Edit: have gone back since original review, still had great service and the place was again clean, definitely still a 5 star place.

Went here for my birthday and it was a fun experience! I wish they had a larger song selection but I really did enjoy what they had to offer.

Staff here are extremely rude. The woman at the front counter on Friday 23 July was scathing of us for just being there. We spent $500+ and were treated so badly. I was told off for not listening properly when being explained how to use the kareoke system which is outdated.

Amazing place. They went out of their way to fit us in after a terrible experience at Galaxy Lounge. Friendly staff, great equipment and excellent range of drinks. One bonus is (unlike most other karaoke places) that your entire room charge goes to drinks and food. None is wasted on the "room fee".

Very poor customer service. I saw a lot of bad reviews on how bad the customer service is. I thought it had improved but no. Staffs are still rude. Maybe the owner/management should look at this. You are losing customers.

Karaoke system outdated with only old songs. Needs upgrading. VIP Room was ok with space, but definitely not kept very clean. Drinks and food was expensive. Not a great experience, unlikely to recommend.

I'm a pretty well-known metal vocalist so I spent most of my time here practicing my vocal-fries, pig squeals and most importantly, death growls. Me and my friend sang the hit Korn song "Freak on a Leash". To be honest, lately I've been feeling like a little bit of a freak on a leash myself. I'm a dark, gothic, quirky person but deep down I feel like society has had me tied up like a poorly treated house-pet, not letting me be my crazy, dangerous self. Ive got an urge to go a little crazy sometimes, but I feel like the matrix is holding me back. One of the friendly bartenders came in and said "can you keep it down in there" So I lowered my voice a little bit. My outfit? Chicken treat Tshirt, cuffed blue denim jeans, converses, finished off with a heavy amount of mascara and green eyeliner.

It was my daughter's n her partners Birthday dinner party. I had a fantastic time with everyone who was there. The service was perfect couldn't complain about anything. They were fantastic. All the food was yummy as. We all had the best time ever. I highly recommend this restaurant and I would definitely go back there again. Took a party of 25 people here for the last stop of a hens party, prepaid for the booth in advance the day prior and everyone bought drinks at their establishment. They phoned me 1 hour after we had left and accused us of stealing a microphone stating that there 5 microphones, yet we only ever saw 3 being passed around. I was not happy that they would straight up accuse of us stealing without even asking us if anyone in the group had seen it. We waited for 30 minutes out the front of their studio so they had every opportunity to come ask us in person before we left and instead we got an angry phone call. After I advised the lady that we had just been sitting out the front of their studio for 30 minutes and that no body had a microphone in their hand, her response was “well maybe you should check their handbags”. It just left me dumbfounded at her audacity. I don’t know what we’d do with a microphone that connects only to the silly song machines were extremely hard to use. They also need updating.

It's what you expect from a karaoke, but I feel like putting in just a little bit more effort into the technology would go a long way into making it enjoyable for everyone. Keep up with music trends, make searching for music easier, and make consistent lyrics. It's really difficult to make a perfect karaoke software and honestly this was still tons of fun.

This place has been my go to Karaoke place for 5 years, and used to have updated Japanese and English songs. No new songs since 2020 and I heard from a worker that they'll have trouble updating it from now on.

I'm glad they still have Indonesian songs (it's classified under Malay language in the menus!) - and even though I'm not sure how up to date it is, they definitely have some good classics like Bento - Iwan Fals!!

Hit studio was absolutely amazing, thank you to ivy the manager, we unfortunately couldn’t get the room we wanted but ivy made sure we got the best service out there🤗 also my partner did not pay me the $125😂😂😂

Terrible karaoke system. Spend half the time trying to navigate the options. Can’t search for the song you want. Total waste of time and money. Just don’t.

Song selection is pretty terrible, wasn't shown how to use and select songs (which is more difficult than it should be), and often the words were out of sync with the music.

Cheap and fun! The perfect place to end up with friends on a night out. The cheapest karaoke rooms in Northbridge and fully licensed with a vast drinks menu.

Not the best. Very limited choice of sons and artists and we found it a bit tedious and complicated at first to navigate the system. Microphones didn't feel great quality and they added surcharge after surcharge. Rather dingy rooms too. Would not go back or really recommend.

Good, affordable fun in the city! Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, good food, BYO availability, and a wide selection of songs. Perfect for a birthday party, work party, hen's/buck's night, or any occasion! My friends and I had a blast and will definitely be back soon.
