Very authentic Cambodian - South East Asian cuisine. A lot of favours, aromatic and tasty food. Laksa is a must-order, not your typical heavy/creamy/salty soup but very well-balanced. Oysters were fresh and served with heaps of garnish, 30 bucks for a doz definitely a bang for my buck. Their menu is quite extensive, will definitely visit again!

My experience at My Bayon. Overall, it's a good experience with some minor annoyances. The food is well seasoned and tasty. You won't be disappointed. The restaurant is well decorated. Fully covering the ceiling is a number of traditionally decorated parasols. I've never been to Cambodia, though it reminded me of a happy period with hundreds of colourful parasols enjoying a sunny day. This and a number of other decorations made a great atmosphere for dining. Perusing the menu and ordering is by a QR Code. I didn't see a paper menu. You pay as your order, so ordering takes a bit of coordination with others for which you're paying. This is good for adult groups that want to split the bill. Be aware that the QR Code system requires you to enter card details to check out. The staff are only too happy to assist you through the process. For me, ordering became a small annoyance.

Everything here is super delicious. My favourite is the vegetarian Laksa The ingredients are fresh and wholesome The taste is authentic to the Asian experience. Their deserts are sooooo amazing and unique. They put alot of effort into every order. Important to me is that the place is fairly clean. Been here a dozen times and they are consistent in their quality. The waitresses are absolutely Devine so friendly , helpful and efficient. Don't miss this place as their meals are addictive.

This restaurant was the place where I first tried Cambodian food. I Previously came here earlier in the year to do a takeaway and decided to come back for dine in. Wonderful wonderful flavours. Had a very tasty and enjoyable meal at My Bayon. The dishes were all very delicious, colourful, full of textures, flavours from sweet, tangy, salty, spicy, a true flavour fest. We were a party of 9pax. The service was pretty good as well all in all was a very enjoyable and memorable meal here. Highly recommended!!

Tasty food, pulled pork was delicious, fish was fresh and well made. The pancake was flavourful. Good complex flavours without being too spicy. Also it's a licenced restaurant which is great. Book ahead.

After reading good reviews, I decided to check this place out and was a little disappointed. The chicken entree was meant to be pepper and garlic this was served luke warm and didn't have any garlic taste. The combination fried rice was plain in taste and the chefs recommendation barramundi curry was dry and very small portion.

If I sum up my experience here in one word, it will have to be this… amazing! 🤩 Attention to detail is the name of the game that will bring this restaurant to greater fame! The waitress who served me was polite and knew the menu very well, offering the specials of the day; a lemon grass fried chicken and durian with sticky rice (both of which were exquisite!) Ordered tonight was: Cocktail - Ankor Sunrise: delicious with a bit of bite from turmeric and ginger Cocktail - Khmer Pina Colada: beautiful blend of rum with the standard coconut cream and pineapple 🍍 Their fried tofu dish - stir fried tofu with bean sprouts in a light soy sauce. Simple ingredients but done to perfection; bean sprouts tasting super fresh! Tofu was fresh too! Beef stir fry with a sour sauce was super yummy! I can’t fault the taste! Tender beef stir fried with onions dipped into that amazing sauce sent me to heaven! Durian sticky rice with ice cream was delectable! You’ll have to come and try!

Authentic and excellent Cambodian restaurant. Please book a table in advance because it does get busy. I tried their Tom Yum and I’d say it was one of the best I’ve tried. Also their fried rice was also one of the best I’ve tried. I tried their Khmer steamed veggies, very unique. I tried similar dish in Vietnam but this one was different. Anyway, they were all good. Great portion, great price and great staff! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our date night here at this Cambodian restaurant. The food was very delicious and the service was excellent. Loved the crushed fresh chilli provided on the table as we would love to add extra spice to our food. This is a licensed restaurant, so they have a decent range of drinks. We had a pot of tea and also had the lychee cocktail, which had crushed mint in it, which was refreshing. We ordered the beef satay sticks, which I highly recommend, and some dumplings, which were also delicious and fresh oysters with their house made chilli. We also had papaya salad and duck curry. Everything we ordered was very good in their own way. They have a kid's menu, too. We went on a Friday night, so it was busy, but food came out in a timely manner. It's not a big restaurant but they have decorated it nicely. The only downfall would have to be the bad smell in the toilet corridor area. We will return again!

Had food from My Bayon food truck at s&r blossom festival . I had Khmer lemongrass beef satay skewers. So delicious and because they were flat and not chunky pieces of meat and so tender they were easy to eat. Served on a half bread roll of some sort and pickled vegetables no sauce really but wasn't needed as was moist and juicy too. 3 skewers for $14. Daughter had chicken skewers with rice and salad with a nice peanut satay sauce which she really enjoyed! Not spicy at all either if you're not into spicy.

Went to Northbridge and came across this place, checked the menu and saw loc lac. I was like omg! That's the food that i had when I was in Cambodia. So decided to get in. The place was busy, very clean and great vibe. The staff greeted us and very welcoming. Overall my experience was absolutely delightful 😊. The food, the drinks and the service 👌 😋 We will be back and bring more friends to join in.

I've been here a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Great food and atmosphere will be back foreshore. I also found it to be very reasonably priced for a great meal.

Beautiful Cambodian restaurant serving great tasting food. Staff were super friendly and attentive. My favorite was the 5 spice pork - enough for 2 people - meat falling off the bone and the juice was brilliant (suggest you order ahead for this one as it goes quick)....All four of us loved this place and will be back again to try the rest of the menu....real soon

When you walk through the door, with very little effort, you could be transported to Pub Street in Siem Reap. The decor and the ambience are unique, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is....out of this world. Packed with flavour yet not overpowering. Lots of choices and options. Definitely the best Cambodian place in town.

First time visit My Bayon and I’m absolutely loved it! All the food we ordered were delicious and rich of flavour. I ordered combination laksa for my main, it is not disappointing. You get all the meat they offer from chicken, beef and seafood. My first Cambodian restaurant and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. I will definitely come back again.

As a first-timer trying Cambodian cuisine, my experience at My Bayon in Perth was absolutely delightful. The flavors were an exciting new adventure for my palate. Each dish was a harmonious blend of unique spices and fresh ingredients, capturing the essence of Cambodian culinary traditions. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was warm and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. My Bayon is a must-visit for anyone in Perth looking to explore authentic and delicious Cambodian cuisine. Highly recommended!

Visited My Bayon for dinner on a Saturday night. Great ambience, very friendly staff and excellent, tasty food. The place was buzzing. We started with the vegan tom yum soup which was hot and flavourful. We followed this with the siem reap rice paper rolls which were so fresh and delicious. For mains, we had the vegan fried rice with extra tofu. It was absolutely perfect - spicy and tasty. All in all, we had an enjoyable dinner and will definitely visit again on the next visit to Perth.

The Laksa I ordered was much sweeter than Laksa usually is but not spicy at all. Maybe it's the chef's Khmer twist on this Malaysian or Singaporean signature dish. It's fine as long as other customers like this twist, but I think it's better to make a short note on the menu for customers. What I didn't really like was the request of tip. I walked in and waited for one minute before a guy assigned me to the table facing the door. Then, I ordered my food by scanning the barcode, by myself. There was no warm greetings (as I always had in Cambodia) or extra service that deserved my tip to encourage the staff. I can see most staff members were busy in serving big groups. So, if you go with many people and get warm greetings or extra service, do give some tips.

Where do I begin? We walked in, and we were instantly greeted warmly, and we got allocated a table. The menu was explained well, and we ordered our drinks and food. I had the Pork Leg (it just melted in my mouth), and the wife got the Beef Salad, which was very flavourful. We got the Lort Cha to share, and boy, do I say, it is one of the best ones I've ever had, and I've had it quite a few different times in Australia and Cambodia. 12/10 would recommend you to go and enjoy this hidden gem in Perth! NB: the only place in WA where I have found Angkor Beer! 🍺

Food was so nice. One of the good southern east Asia restaurant in perth. I would like to try other food next time. Good location. Restaurant was a bit dark but it was not a big deal. Thanks.

It's a nice place to get some Cambodian food. I really liked that the wait staff asked to confirm which sauces to use once they realised I wanted vegetarian food. So they removed oyster sauce from my dish. Would recommend.

My friend wanted to take me out for dinner. We came here we shared the wontons, and a fried chicken dish which was quite a strong taste not sure if it was fish sauce but then you get this peanut aftertaste was nice. And a glass of wine each. Service was fast. Nice ambiance good for a date or just a nice meal out

5 stars really deserves so much more. Taste sensation on every dish, service on point with a casual relaxed welcome all matched to an absolute gem in Northbridge. Bang on value.

Yum, yum, yum. I had seered beef salad. Delicious. When ordering waitress asked what degree of spiciness I like and I said "absolutely none". The mildest spiciness was the result and it was absolutely divine. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Not Malaysian but as the sign says outside “South East Asian” My Bayon is a Cambodian restaurant in Northbridge - was going to go to Ceylon or Jom Kopitiam or Tak Chee but all were closed. The Curry Fish was super yummy, the fried rice delicious, the laksa was perfect and the papaya salad had a great kick. Definitely worth checking out especially as they are open Mondays when other places are closed.

It’s small Thai restaurant, and not many seats in it. The decoration is amazing. My favourite is dessert, Mango Sticky Rice, texture and flavour was special. And must try their spicy sauce, it’s soft not strong one. Waiters were friendly and nice. You need a bit patient, cause they are short staffed, might take time for service.

Will be coming back! Very tasty dishes on the menu and friendly staff. Reminds me of mums cooking back home. Nearby paid parking at Wilson Parking made the trip in and out very easy.

We were a bit iffy about booking this place but we were really glad we did. Our table was booked for 8pm, they were running a little over and made us wait outside until 8.15pm. When we got inside, we asked the young lady to just Feed Us! What ever she thought was good, bring it! We were not disappointed!! Everything was fantastic, the chicken wings, noodles, the curries, the spicy beef salad (was top notch) A great experience, will definitely be back to this little beauty.

Dinner with a friend, we were advised as soon as we sat down that even though we had a 530pm booking, we had to be gone by 730pm. Thanks, but if we are there 2hrs later that'll be on your service not my slow eating. Cambodian restaurant with pretty good food. Experience was pleasant. The back of the restaurant near the toilets made me glad I was wearing a face mask...

Saturday night dinner and decided to give My Bayon a try for something different. We had the omelette, pork dumplings, Lort Cha Noodle and the Papaya Salad. All ok, not great but still tasty and satisfying. Service was very friendly and attentive but only downside was its just a bit dark inside which is ok if you are out on a secret date but not if you like to check out clearly whats on your plate!
