Dear Mount Street Breakfast Bar, I ordered the Roasted Mushrooms, Walnut Pesto, Poached Eggs + Sourdough plus a flat white coffee and it looks amazing, wonderful, fabulous, excellent, spectacular, marvellous and it must taste truly remarkable and awesome. The Mushrooms are cooked to perfection, Sourdough bread is crunchy the middle and crust and moist in between, poached eggs are boiled to perfection and flat white taste so incredible. Hospitality is just awesome and atmosphere is terrific, thanks to you approximately 6 to 9 staff members on Australia Fathers Day. 😀 :) Plus it cost $22.50 but will pay them $30.00 an increase of 33.333334% for their friendly service and hospitality and others plus lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic but they didn't accept $7.50 due to EFTPOS machine and their system so instead I gave $50 extra tip on top of $22.00, total cost $72.00, it is worth it. This is as of Wednesday 29th September 2021 at 7:30am AWST. I ordered Salmon Pastrami Omelette with Goats Cheese plus Spinach and Avocado for $23 Hot Chocolate for $4 Ordered at 7:17am on Wednesday 29th September 2021 and the drink arrived first then the breakfast came at exactly 7:25am. It looks delicious and cooked to perfection. It must taste awesome, magnificent and fabulous. Ultimate unconditional greatness love and kind regards, Steve Chong.

Located across the bridge from Woodside building, this cafe is very close to Kings Park and a short walk from Perth City. Very popular especially for breakfast. They do dinner too but not every night. Great coffee, food and drinks. I was at this cafe a week ago. I had delicious grilled halloumi and mimosa. Price was so reasonable. I was there again this morning for a cup of latte and scrumptious chilli crab scrambled eggs for breakfast. Staffs were all friendly. Definitely will come back. Fully recommended!

I’m so glad we stumbled across this hidden gem during our time in Perth. The restaurant is situated on a hidden enclave right next to kings park. It’s open for dinner service on Thursdays and Fridays and is so well priced for the quality of food served. Flatbread and hummus were delicious (za’atar was so goooood!!) Barramundi was the highlight - extremely fresh. Brocollini was cooked perfectly. Potatoes were extremely crunchy and served with a tasty aioli. Carrots were also very tasty, served with toasted almonds. Steak was different, olives were a nice salty touch. We ordered medium rare and were served well done, but this was quickly resolved by staff who were hugely apologetic and even offered a free dessert. Brownie was warm, soft and gooey. I haven’t had a brownie this good before. To top it off, every cocktail we ordered was delicious, especially the mocha martini and elderflower martini. Love this place and a shame that it’s not in Sydney. A MUST TRY for dinner!

Love this place for breakfast when I visit Perth. It is open early even on a Sunday when other cafes are not. Service was friendly and waiters seemed genuinely interested in our plans while visiting Perth. The place seemed popular with cyclists being located just a stone's throw away from the bike path along the highway. We will return again for sure.

Lovely spot for brunch, and I’m very interested in trying their evening menu. We sat in the outdoor area on the front deck. The architecture of the building is beautiful and the greenery provides a lovely atmosphere. The staff were attentive and prompt. I ordered a chai latte and the Turkish eggs. The latte was tasty was well made. The star was definitely the Turkish eggs though. The garlic labneh was the perfect base for the spicy aleppo and an interesting combo with the gremolata. Both of the eggs were poached perfectly and the sourdough wasn’t too hard. I’m really looking forward to a return visit.

Great location, friendly service and most importantly, excellent food! My favourite dish was the chilli crab scrambled eggs which I highly recommend. Coffee was also excellent here, although unfortunately they only sell coffee beans in 1kg bags ($50).

Friendly staff, great food, and the location is really nice (so close to Kings Park). Ordered the chili crab eggs and the flavor was really unique and delicious. The picture doesn’t do the food justice as I felt that they could take up their food styling and plating up a notch. But would definitely be coming back to this place again.

An amazing family brunch! Food was on point, coffees came fast and furious! This also may have been the best tasting gnocchi I’ve ever had! The staff were also very well versed in their menu! A must visit!

Nice setting in a quiet residential hilly neighborhood full of superb jacarandas. Sitting is mostly outdoor. Service was very good and Waiter was extremely nice. I had French bread which was so so (sour, liquid cream), not soaked enough. Crushed avocado es and broccoli with feta over multigrain bread. Veggies were nice but bread was chewy and lacked flavour. Sauteed Mushrooms were very nice Chili crepes were so so. Chai latte was nice. For me this is a 3.5 star mostly because the food was somewhat disappointing.

So glad to discover this hidden gem near the bottom of Mount Street. A modern breakfast bar with top-tier customer service. - The food is fresh and high quality. I had a brunch of sides, which was delicious; - Service is excellent. The waiters are accommodating and efficient; - Their coffee is great; and - Calming ambience - tinted lighting, Persian-style rugs on walls and exaggerated lamp shades.

To start off the seating and area is beautiful! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! The coffee was pretty good also. Plenty of parking right out the front and such a quiet street. Awesome place in general and would highly reccomend

Mount Street is fantastic for breakfast and brunch! Great spot with free parking on the weekend. The menu is different and really well executed. Price and serving sizes are very generous. Definitely a must try 😊

Food was insanely tasty - had the Turkish eggs and a fantastic coffee in a good sized mug. It was a packed Saturday morning but plenty of space at the bar for me to eat solo. Service was fast and friendly. Thanks!

Found lovely hidden spot by Google map. Staff are friendly & offered me seat right after I walked in. It was big portion for by myself since ordered Bacon & spinach as well. Definitely will try lunch in next my Perth visit and looking forward ☺️🫶🏻

We stayed at the hotel and had a lovely breakfast and dinner there. When we arrived, we didn't understand why there were so many people around but after having a meal, we loved the food (the banh mi and the szechuan eggs) and the service is great. Coffee was awesome too and that's why we understood why so many people come here.

Incredible food and such lovely staff. Location is just off the highway and under some lovely trees. Food is immaculate and affordable! Chilli scrambled eggs is amazing and seems to have regulars that come daily. Must try if you’re visiting Perth :)

Wow! My husband doesn’t love a traditional breakfast and said this was the best breakfast he’s had in a long time. This food was amazing! We had the Spanish eggs and falafel and both were exceptional.

The restaurant sits in King Park area, beautiful streets. Staffs are super friendly, excellent service. I ordered Spanish baked eggs, well seasoned, tasty and satisfying. Portion is good and the price is reasonable. I definitely recommend the nitro cold brew to start with.

Beautiful find! We were looking for a cute little brunch place with exceptional food and this was exactly what it was. I had the crab scramble and my partner had the smashed avo. Both were delightful. Staff were really nice even though we arrived about 30 mins before closing (for lunch).

Very neat brunch restaurant that is right next to King Park. Spanish baked eggs with chorizo and sourdough is great. The blending on flavors is well done. Orange juice is fresh squeezed and as expected the coffee is spot on for this long black.

Hands down the most delicious breakfast you'll get in Perth! We come here every year and just as we think the food can't possibly get better, it somehow does! The staff is amazing, you can clearly see how skilled and dedicated everyone is 👌

French toast is one of the best I had ever eaten. Great ambience. Environment suitable for family with kids, pets.. Suppose to be ample parking lots but due to popularity, it could be a challenge due peak period (i.e. weekends) The boss and staff are very professional and friendly!

Absolutely delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Love the design of the Cafe interior. My scrambled eggs were perfect and the avocado side perfectly seasoned with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Today was a lovley wet cold morning and to sit on the balcony having breakfast was bliss.

Had a work lunch here for the first time. We booked the day before. The staff was very helpful making sure she gives us information as a couple of us have dietary requirements. Food was really good, 5 star quality and very well presented. Soy chai latte was amazing too. This is a very nice place to unwind and have a bite. I recommend trying this place.

We had lunch here and the coffee and food were good. The bahn mi had a nice spicy taste while the mushroom toast had plenty of mushrooms and very tasty and flavourful. Food was served promptly after ordering and the decor was nice.

Love this little hidden gem. The food is always delicious and the staff are very efficient and helpful. We arrived one Saturday and it was extremely busy. They served us coffees while we waited for a table and were with us the moment a table became available. The Spanish Baked Eggs were amazing and the coffee was pretty good too.

Normally don’t post reviews but this was a great breakfast experience. Waitstaff are lovely and friendly, the poached eggs were perfect and the seasoning on the mushrooms on point. Mug coffee remained warm in the early rainy morning for quite a while but wasn’t over done! Would definitely recommend

Two of us dropped into this fantastic restaurant for lunch and spent $42 on two cocktails and the vegetarian deep-fried falafel’s with Hummus and beans. The main was absolutely delightful and a very large serve that is easily able to be shared with two people. The service was friendly & attentive. As a local it’s great to see such excellent food & service. Will definitely go back again.

Good service, thank you. The menu options looked fabulous, and the group I was with ordered a good selection of dishes for breakfast. I'd say the food was good but not excellent, but really this place seems to be "on trend" more than "on quality". It's not bad, but I won't go back in a hurry. Specifically I had the chill crab scramble, it was OK with a nice chilli kick suited to a breakfast option. A little oily though and not a whole lot of crab... Reasonable.

I loved this place. It's a really good option for take the breakfast-lunch. Great food and the service couldn't be better. Javier was really attentive and kind on everyone. Highly recommended♡.

The place has always been consistant and the food quality top notch. I remember 6-7 years ago this place was Perth's best kept secret for breakfast and these days it's usually full on the weekends. Happy for them!. I'd give you 5 starts if you didn't take away the option to pay with cash.

If I could give no star I will, Had a salmon omelette this morning, it was absolutely over pricing, huge amount of mixed leaf on top few pieces of salmon and tiny omelette at the bottom, at least coffee wasn't that bad. Few staff walk around taking to each other,Won't be back anymore.

Came in Sunday late morning for breakfast, it was packed we just managed to get on one of the benches out the front. Within 2 minutes of sitting down coffee orders were taken, within 5 coffee was out and tasted fantastic. Asked at same time of ready to order. We were. Food came about the mins later. These guys are doing things right, service was A1, along with the coffee and food. Definitely be back. Amazing 👆🏽

Lovely place and nicely hidden away. Street parking, but be aware it’s at the bottom of a hill on a no through road so if you can’t get close by you’ll be walking up the hill after you’ve eaten. Nice selection of food, we had the burger which was a bit dry, a black pudding dish which was tasty and a mushroom, egg and walnut on toast also good. The downfalls are seating is a bit tight and you can get put on a table with others. Also they don’t accept cash, if my husband was left to pay he only has cash as he doesn’t have a smart phone or carry cards, don’t be prejudice not everyone is tech savvy or has credit cards.

Although limited dinner tapas, it is lovely food. Great wine list. This has always been a lovely and rather unique venue. Very popular with city workers for drinks and coffee. Haven't had their specially breakfasts yet, but really looking forward to that. Great reputation.

Loved their breakfast, I had their French toast and one of their juices and it was amazing. My partner loved his burger as well. Highly recommend.
