Domino's pizza east Perth has definitely up'd their game!! They do a really good gluten free base and I love how they cater for everyone even vegans. Always have great new products and promotions. The delivery guys are also just really friendly and deliver with care. Delivery is also really quick and pizza shows up hot that the cheese is still melting as seen in pics.

Was the worst dominoes ever to be delivered ever even the Dutch cakes were drowned in "butter" To top it off When I rang to complain about being given the incorrect order as well as the pizza looking like jigsaw puzzles The man who I spoke to was soooo rude !!!!!!!

We went to dominos around today 18 july around 12:30 and there were 2 male working and marcos was very rude he don’t even know how to talk he abused my friend so many times and even he showed middle finger to all. After that we asked him who is manager he said I’m the manager and start abusing and again it was very shocking they even don’t know how to talk. A big nooo owner should take a back seat and approach him how to even talk. Terrible service experience. When i was talking to him he was showing me his hand and was not ready to talk to me .

Just placed my order and went to collect and no card machine was working wager the manager made us wait for 15mins while he tried to contact his boss and after 15mins of waiting still no change the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and clearly not wanting to provide a satisfactory standard of customer service. I regularly eat here but for this reason I will be avoiding this store from now on.

Went down there now to get a pizza and the machine card was not working, we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes so at the end the manager Wagar told us to payid him to get the pizzas and after he said that we asked the owner’s phone number so we could solve that because I think it’s unacceptable don’t pay the restaurant and pay to the guy working and then the guy refused to pass the guys number and we could not get our pizzas, such a bad unprofessional stuff that in the end we could not even get our pizzas after waiting for more then 20 minutes.

This place made me. I have started from this shop and become what I wanted to be at first. Owner is friendly. This shop has biggest respect in my heart and I will always love this spot. I am not sure why reviewing so late. A lot of memories.

It's not the first time I've ordered pizzas at Domino's, and today when I did it again, my order arrived an hour late. When I called the store several times, they told me the second time in a very aggressive way that my number was wrong, and that's why I arrive late, then the driver arrived in a very aggressive manner, angry saying that he called me several times that my number was wrong, I told him to calm down and that my number was not that, and he did not dial the intercom either (he was super aggressive) and he told me not to order food from his branch again. In the end I paid for pizzas that were cold, and in addition to having a hard time and waiting for more than an hour. Both people were from india, I'm not racist but they should train their staff better, it's not possible for them to treat their customers like this.

They make a mistake then expect me to drop the pizza back to them at 9pm at night for my refund....disgraceful customer service saying I have the attitude lol..ppl work hard for a $37 dollar pizza with delivery and when u expect to get what u order then instead somthing else u try throw it back on me🤔 in the end I lose out as u refund me $18 I pay for ur delivery mistake? It what world is that fair? I should start a pizza service I'll only have to make one pizza for the night and just get my delivery fee haha The store needs a clean and the staff a better attitude ur making pizza it's not that hard and what happened to ur pizza checker robot? No im not wasting my time and going online to give u feed back , I just did use this! Theres a common issue in most of the comments see if u can piece the puzzle 🍕

Yesterday, I ordered a large godfather pizza and large supreme (traditional) pizza from East Perth. Without doubt, they were the sorriest looking pizzas I have even been unfortunate enough to purchase. The toppings (and I use this word loosely) were virtually non-existent as can be seen in the photo below of a slice of godfather pizza the was delivered. To add insult to injury, the pizzas were soggy. You can't tell me with a straight face that this is acceptable.

Scammers!!! So I mistakenly ordered my pizza to the wrong address and instantly knew I had made a mistake. 30 seconds later I rang the shop to cancel my order and The Indian Manager told me they had already been put in the oven and the delivery driver was ready to pick them up shortly.... impossible. He wouldn't give a refund....

Hi In the early Morning I ordered pizzas but they made wrong because when I ordered staff wearing earbuds and didn't listen properly what we ordered and then I talked to him about that so he said what happen if we weared and said leave the store and do anything that you can and staff was also rude.

Worst experience!! Delivery driver didn’t deliver the food. When i called the store Manager they started shouting at me. Frauds .

Rude Customer Service, took more than 1 hour to deliver a pizza. upon asking why is it getting late even though it shows ready in store, person told me to wait 30-40 more minutes as my order is not priority.

Well below average pizza, loaded supreme. Looks like it was made at home by your kids, tastes of...nothing really. Like chewing foam with latex glue. Overpriced and underdone, $38 delivered with garlic bread which was the "highlight"of the meal. Never again.

It's Domino's- you know you won't get transported to Naples when you open the greasy bottomed box with the dots but East Perth appears to be one of their more consistent stores (and it's independently owned and operated). Driver Tom was effective, efficient and friendly- it's a shame I can't say the same about the pizza. All three lacked any distinct taste but hey, my carb craving was satisfied and I was left with enough change for a pack of Gaviscon. No doubt you'll see me again when I'm too lazy to walk across the street to Formosa for tofu rice. Peace out.

Really poor "customer service" - from managers swearing at customers, delivery drivers threatening to drive off with your order if you don't meet them at a certain spot out front of your address... Not to mention, lack of cleanliness. I implore the State office of Dominos to do an audit of this store!

Ordered pizzas for a large group of people the day before an event. Half an hour before the pizza's were supposed to get delivered I had 3 missed calls; I called back and the employee said it was an accident and not to worry. At 5:10pm I rang to check where the pizza's were at and a new employee on the phone said the manager had cancelled my order. After some discussion, I requested the order be sent ASAP as I did not cancel. The employee said my order will be received soon, however 40 minutes later they were still not received. After several calls, the reason for this was heavy traffic due to an event. I ended up cancelling the order as we had to be on a boat. All guests at the event were not fed!

The quality of pizza’s made here is outstanding compared to other Dominos in the area. The crust is cooked to perfection with the right amount of topping to make it a very enjoyable meal. I live closer to Inglewood dominos whose pizzas are disgusting and service is very poor, so don’t mind driving the extra distance to East Perth. Well done !!

We ordered 19 pizzas. The service was fantastic. Ready on time. Helped bring them out to the car. Added a couple of extra garlic breads as a thank you for the order. Such good guys to deal with and the pizza's were great!

The worst customer service ever I have seen. Pizza was was totally raw from middle and when i went to return it, he didn't make another one or refund my money I was not satisfied and not recommended to anyone

Great customer service from the front of house! (on friday night 3rd sept) Pizza was average and had way too much crust (around 3-4cm worth of crust per slice on all 6 of our pizzas), was fine taste wise.

The special was great saw it on the TV 8 bucks for a large pizza got 2 equivalent to works pizza very nice thanks 😊

Ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered to a hotel in the city and to the room #, got confirmation through app pizzas were delivered. They were not at the door and no knock was heard, the room was small not sure how we would have missed it, went down to reception and asked there if any had been left there, again they had not been delivered. Called them and explained what happened and was told someone must have taken them and they would remake them. When they turned up driver was a lovely fella and appoligised. I then got a phone call from the shop with an incredably rude man saying next time to look outside my door as the pizzas were there. My door was open the whole time as I did not want to miss them this time. I also asked how I could have missed them along with my wife and 2 very hungry kids. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have went to reception and got them???? I thought they were left outside my room door??? I went down to reception and asked the staff if any pizzas were left there they said no. Rude guy hung up and then would not answer my phone calls . Pizzas were nice but the tool in the shop left a bad taste and is a coward for not answering my calls

Swearing at customers, telling them to shut up, telling them to be quiet, hanging up on them and arguing back with them. Not very good service. I am never coming back ever again once or not even one star
