Not worth the time nor money! The place is dark and unsavoury with sticky floor and table. We ordered a "Nasi Goreng" and their "Munch Terrace Noodle Special". Both were very tasteless with flavour or depth. Nasi Goreng was just plain fried rice with salt & LOTS of pepper. I'm guessing the chef hasn't tasted Nasi Goreng. Noodles was much the same with just a salty flavour with no flavour. Don't waste your time here, it will leave you disappointed & unsatisfied. ZERO Star

yum! very good noodles (i got the terrace special), quick service, great value for lunch time meal ($10.5 for noodles + can drink). lucky i don't work close to here otherwise i'd get fat...

Menu prices are very reasonable and it's a very convenient place to quickly grab lunch or dinner. The staff is always friendly and nice however sometimes the food is not fresh and tastes like reheated leftovers. I would rather pay a little extra to get fresh food.

We had a take away a couple times, the quality of the food changes . Sometimes the chicken is dry,sometimes is tasty!

As others here have said, great value for money. Very generous portions, absolutely delicious, and super affordable. I'm talking the $10-15 mark!! You won't regret dining here!

Reasonable price. - Chinese Egg Sauce Hofan with Beef, $15.5: beef isn't available on takeawsy menu. Not much beef. Small pieces of beef. Served with a few Chinese vegetables. Horfan was pre-cooked with soy sauce, but partially stick together (that wasn't colored by soy sauce). Generosity of Egg Sauce which wasn't in bright yellow egg color, also seasoned with soy sauce. Flavor was ok. --- 6/10 - Chili Salted Chicken, $17.5: crispy chicken was always the best dish here. Slightly charred, but ok. Still moist inside. Good portion. --- 7/10 Dinner Special, $23: includes entree, rice or noodles, abd one drink. No more satay entree on menu, so not pick this one. Service: started using QR code to order and pay. Two staff at front desk would come out to take order at our table. Also, can order and place at front desk - faster way for us. --- 6.5/10 --- --- --- 2/2021 : 3-3.5 stars Haven't come here for 1 year. Normally came for dinner Environment: Very causal setting. Small shop packed with tables. Order and pay, then grab the utensils at the cashier. --- 6.5/10 Quick service --- 6.3/10. Seafood laksa, $12.5 was large portion with 2 normal sized prawns, 4 pcs of squids, 4 fish cake slices, bean sprouts one little crab stick and 2 Tofu puffs in thick soup ---- 7/10. Crispy chicken noodles, $10.5 was same as before --- 7/10. Chicken with thick batter was crispy. Chicken was moist inside. The portion of chicken was ok with this price.

Malaysian food is good! Been coming here for lunch for the past 3 years. Went from $10.90 lunch special including soft drink, to now (incrementally) $12.90 lunch special, add 50c for a bottle of water. A bit of a shame, the steepness of the increase of the lunch special. It's now just on par unfortunately with its competitors. Not bad. Still recommended for food.

Don't bother! Ordered Mongolian beef take away and they gave me veggies. Tried to explain they have given me the wrong meal and typical Chinese wouldn't refund.

I live locally, and have skipped this place a bit as it's often quiet compared to the other places around. A mistake I think as I just had one of the best rendangs ever this evening from there. It was decently spicy as well which I prefer to places that water down the spice to appeal to the western market.

Not very nice food. I ordered the BBQ pork wonton noodle dry. It was obvious that the meal had been microwaved. The greens and sliced pork were dry and wrinkled on the plate. The pork was flavourless. The quality, taste and presentation of the food reflects the cheap price and I won’t be back.

Food are great with various option. Service was quick & the old lady is very friendly always offer me some chilli sauce. Unfortunately the quality of food is not constant, someday are great and sometimes are average (like too much noodle and less meat)

I ordered for nasi goreng and bubble tea. Food tasted blend plus the waitress came up to me informing me that they are running short of black tapioca so if i wantthey can mix other bubbles to it. In the fried rice i cracker wasn't even available. So i asked for it and they refused. Terrible attitude.

Appalling food and even worse customer service. I ordered from the menu which was up against the wall. I clearly pointed at the menu what I wanted to order, with the content and price next to this. I was in disbelief when my food came out and it was nothing like what I ordered, so I queried this. I was then told the menu was an error, even though I was not told this when I ordered. I asked for my food to be changed to what I actually ordered of which they refused to do so and had the audacity to try and charge me extra. I was then told they would not correct my order. I asked for a refund with my meal which they said they would process in a few days. I have still not receive my money back. STAY AWAY!

I been coming to this restaurant for almost 2 years. The food is delicious. The lady work full time at lunch always has excellent service and caring for elderly peoples, she work very hard on her own and get really busy lunch rush. Every time I walk in she know what I want. That's why I always come back service is fantastic and definitely recommend this place. You need to go counter order the meals as they have big sign 'ORDER HERE'

Fried rice was delicious and packed with lots of ingredients! They were even nice enough to make it less salty for my kids.

Beef brisket is very good here I recommend you must try also crispy fish noodle usually ask seperate for me when order take away and great lunch special very cheap. Entree seafood roll and fish cake my mum really like. Recently they make bubbletea taro milk taste is good and pearl is chewy just right. I always come back to Munch Terrance they friendly service and fast. I try avoid lunch rush could be very busy but worth the wait 😊💕

What a hidden gem the food was so delicious. Nothing else much around east Perth on a Sunday night. So glad we took the chance on this place so tasty 😋 😍

Unacceptable portion size for the Beef Rendang Rice. I received 3 pieces of Beef approximately 5 cm in the take away container that was filled under half way. I will not buy from or recommend this restaurant again.

Affordable, pretty authentic Malaysian Hawker food, friendly service, clean cheerful environment. What else can you ask for?

Rice perfect. Wonton unbelievable. $10.50 takeaway crispy chicken lunch meal combo with drink is the most delicious crispy chicken in Perth!!! Menu looks superb, looking forward to trying more items.

Usually really good but this time we got Kung Po chicken It wasn’t hot n didn’t look like the picture full of cabbage But the noodles are always great The wontons crispy N yummy fish cakes

Friendly staff, clean establishment and the food is delicious. Two nights in a row for us it's just that good. Great value with large serving sizes... we will be back! Thank you for having us, and don't change a thing!!!
