We ordered the Tom Yum Noodle soup and Sweet & Sour Pork Rice, both taste so good. Is a great place to dine if you miss authentic Chinese food. I gave my complement to the Chef. You do not need to dine at a top notch Chinese Restaurant with nice ambience and pay exorbitant price. This restaurant provides you good service, great food at a very reasonable price.

Nestled at a corner of a street, Mint Asian is a hidden gem offering delightful Asian cuisine, with a focus on Singaporean dishes and a few Thai dishes. At first glance, the restaurant's empty and seemingly "old" appearance may raise some skepticism. As a Singaporean myself, I was curious about the authenticity of their Singaporean flavors. However, my doubts were quickly dispelled. I decided to try a variety of dishes, including the Egg Fried Rice, Prawn Fried Rice, Kway Tuay, Laksa, and Springroll. To my pleasant surprise, each dish exceeded my expectations. While much pricier compared to Singapore, the portion sizes were generous, making it worth it. In our group's opinion, the Prawn Fried Rice outshined the Egg Fried Rice. The former was more flavourful with wok hey taste, while the latter lacked ingredients and leaned towards being slightly dry. The Laksa, a traditional Singaporean dish, turned out to be surprisingly good. In fact, I dare say that the broth tasted even better than some of the laksa you find in nearby neighborhoods back in Singapore. Among the dishes I ordered, the Kway Teow stood out as the tastiest. Its flavors were well-balanced, leaving a lasting impression. The Springroll also deserves mention for its commendable quality. While the service may not be top-notch, the staff is friendly enough, adding to the overall dining experience. To sum it up, if you're craving Singaporean food or looking to savor a taste of Singapore in Perth, Mint Asian is one of the few places you should definitely visit. Its delectable dishes, despite being much pricier than in Singapore, will leave you satisfied and give you a good taste of Singapore food.

It’s a quick, no fuss Asian restaurant. Small in size and decor very simple and looking a bit old. Lots of common Asian dishes and tried their Tai fried chicken with rice, it was beautiful. Chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. Sauce was beautiful, wish there were more of it. Char kway teow was ok, not very strong taste for the dish but still ok. Good portion for the price. The only thing I wish is there were more veggies for the chicken dish. I only got 2 slices of capsicum for the dish. But overall very happy.

Foods are fantastic with ‘wok hei’. The super cook is fast to handle all the individual orders. The lady boss is super friendly and we dined many times there. Tried many foods and just liked them so much.

Can’t find a better place nearby. Tried all the dishes already, and I love all of them. Food is authentic, and can’t be better. Nice service, and perfect for takeaways.

A small Asian restaurant with amazing food. I have been here for dinner for many years. The sweet and sour fish with rice and Hor Fun with wet sauce are highly recommended. The lady owner is super friendly and chatty.

My partner and I have been coming here for quite some time now and have finally decided to write a review! Most importantly, it should be said that the food is delicious and authentic and always made with great care. The produce is ethically sourced and the service is friendly and attentive. It is a restaurant run by family who know their menu and take the time to know their customers. The atmosphere is unpretentious and welcoming and it is well supported by loyal locals who are in the know. We keep coming back! * Excellent for takeaway! Ps - Many options for vegetarians.

Love this place. Had my 1st meal in Perth here as it is near to my accommodation. Ordered Curry Chicken Laksa and Tom Yum Mei Fun. Super delicious and very close to Malaysian food. The lady here is also super friendly. Knowing that it's our first time here, she gave me and my partner plenty of tips and travel recommendations.

Great taste, great portion, and a relatively cheap price. The owner lady is also very friendly and kind. This cafe is a shining example in how to run a restaurant.

Do not go by the outside look - its the food you come for. Good service and lovely people. Not the usual suspects on the menu but very tasty and well worth it. We did takeaway and had our own wine in the Hotel - Westin. Ask the owner for ideas.

Good wok hei, msg laden food, tons of flavour, super moreish. Portions could be bigger for the price, and kitchen ventilation should be stronger. Came out smelling like KBBQ.

passing by and just curious, so i go in and order noodle.. it turns out to be very yummy! and it's a big portion! I couldn't finish my singapore mifun in one go and take away half of it home. The auntie said, "Fried it again tomorrow with 2 eggs. "... guess what? it tasted beautiful! will come back to try another menu

The worst service I’ve encountered in Perth. My family of 8 came and we ordered 2 dishes because we literally just had dinner. Came to try out a couple dishes. Rude grumpy viet lady, grumbles and goes, 8 people order 2? Haha. Anyways, we didn’t want that to affect our mood, fried noodles came, it wasn’t fried, it was basically bathed in oil. Disgusting. Pew. Tasteless, hard noodles, probably acceptable for a Caucasian palate. No offense. If there was a zero star option, I’d give the food a zero and the service a zero as well.

Best food we had so far in Perth. Authentic Asian food and didn't have to wait long. Price is reasonable.

Mee Goreng is the only dish from orders that we considered beyond ordinary. The rest were just ok. Service ok too. Nothing beyond normal.

Nice restaurant with lots of Asian food options . The portions are good too and the prices relatively moderate than what we would have to pay at an upmarket Chinese/Asian restaurant. Tried the Nasi Goreng, veg samosas and noodles. All of them were tasty and good. Would definitely visit it more often.

Very nice Asian food served. Staff is friendly too. I asked for something which is not in the menu but staff was able to whip it up and it was delicious too. Very recommended for people who loves Asian food

Delicious, cheap food and many great options. My favourite is the kway teow, yummy and not too oily like some other places

Great food, crossing a wide range of Asian cuisines. They're clearly short-staffed, but in a post-covid WA everywhere is. If you're willing to cut them some slack and show some kindness, they'll give you some damn fine food. I'll be back, for sure.

Stopped in after watching the cricket, excellent food and service. We had the sizzling beef, sizzling chicken, sweet and sour pork, shanghai beef. All meals where excellent and delicious

Decided to give this place a try on my break. What a good choice I made! Exxcellent food and great price. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and I've told my work colleagues too! Thanks guys for the amazing service. 👏

Friendly staff. Well served portions, good taste and fair price (~$15 per dish). Several options at the menu including chicken, pork, vegetables, eggs, nuddles or rice as base. I usually go there for lunch, they have tables inside so you can enjoy your meal.

Had the edamame beans and veg Singapore noodles.. Good portion size, however there was no real taste in the noodles, and no vegetables except for some cabbage, spring onion & bean sprouts. Would have expected more being a vegetarian dish without meat.

What a great little treasure. If I lived in Perth, I'd be there every week. Lovely and delicious food, friendly staff and great prices.

Generous serving and authentic flavour. Price is very reasonable. The fried Mee Hoon has the char smell when served on the table it reminds me of eating hawker’s food in Asia. We went there on a Friday night and surprisingly there were plenty of parking on Hill St. Will go back to try more dishes.
