Superb location. The train and bus station is really close by. You're just a block away from Elizabeth Quay and city center. The rooms are rather dated. Bedsheets were scratchy. Toilet paper were 1-ply and really rough. Couch cushions need new life. The room we had shares the balcony with the next room, and it's literally just a half partition. If your neighbors are rowdy or partying, you'd definitely know. One night we came back and the room smelled like food. Guess the air vents are all connected. It was possible to open the balcony door to air it out but the smell stayed in the bedroom where windows can't be opened, and also got into our clothes. Room service is provided by a restaurant that shares the premises, but no breakfast from them. There's a nice desk to work at. Wifi is stable but slow. TV remote didn't work. Our room faced the convention center, so we heard the noise from there too, even though we were on the 4th floor. There's a washer and dryer, but bring your own detergent. Everything is chargeable there.

Absolutely avoid the Adina! Came here on a business trip, and multiple coworkers got bed bugs from the rooms. Despite doctor’s notes confirming “these are bed bug bites”, the hotel refused to acknowledge this, and simply repeated “no they aren’t”. Another coworker found drug paraphernalia (a literal crack pipe) in his room. Finally, there was a violent domestic abuse incident down the hall that we reported and staff refused to act on, despite clear and loud screams for help from the room - only the intervention of hotel guests addressed the issue. After all that, the hotel staff was beyond unhelpful. They refused to meet with us regarding any complaints, and went so far as to deny they took place at all. They even refused to so much as provide a late checkout. Absolutely avoid staying here!

A great location, against the Perth Convention Central, very convenient for people attending the conference. Not far to shopping, lake and restaurants. The room is spacious with a large bed and full kitchen. But a bit of fishy smell. Opened the window to get some fresh air and it helped. But when closed the window, the fishy smell came back. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a top floor apartment. Decent setup. Fully furnished with kitchen. Most appliances there to use. Washer and drier in bathroom. No Foxtel, complimentary wifi however. Not sure about the rooms on the below floors. Walked down a hallway on the ground floor and it smell like feces and BO. Excellent location of you're doing something at the convention centre.

Small pokey rooms. Poorly stocked utensils. View of walkway with scores of people walking toward your room. Don't stay in rooms 8 or 9. Opposite the convention Centre so useful position on if you have a conference there.

Two long visits - super helpful and friendly team on reception. It is home from home and great location in Perth CBD, close to city centre, short walk to Elizabeth Quay, bike paths and the freeway

Perfect location in Perth CBD. Right next to Elizabeth Quay Busport and Train station. The staff are very helpful, kind and attentive. The room is specious and fully furnished with white goods. The housekeeping service can be arranged daily. In our case, we informed them in the morning every 2 days when we needed the room to be done.

A very nice, clean hotel. Greeted pleasantly at reception. Only one complaint, you can't adjust the air-conditioning system. We had room service, that was very good.

We were located overlooking bus station and convention centre - rooms on this side are quite dark and very noisy. Impossible to have balcony doors open / sit on balcony in afternoon and early evening in particular.

I had a large room. Place was located next to the convention centre and convenient walking distance to everything.

Room was dirty upon arrival. Surfaces had not been cleaned. -Appliances are all old and broken in some way. Washer and dishwasher both leak onto floor. The cheap fridge froze the food. Room safe didn’t work either. -Television is old and occasionally doesn’t work -HVAC controls don’t do anything. -Parking near hotel is terrible and on-site parking is limited, hard to access and $30/day -Hotel is above a bus terminal and near a major throughway. Constant loud noises. Just stay at an Airbnb, this place is double the price it should be

Quiet & clean. Staff very helpful. Great location if attending the conference centre & quite good for city & Kings park.

Great location and nice room, easy access to convention centre and bus ranks. But… we did have some things stolen from our room while we were out…

The room was a good size with a kitchenette. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend.

I stayed from Tuesday to Saturday night. The "double" bed was two singles put together which would come apart in the night interrupting my sleep every night. Also, the pillows supplied are next to useless. Most staff were friendly and helpful but not all. The best part of the stay for myself was the fact it's maybe only 50 metres from the convention centre.

Well I will start with negative points. Finding the entry for the car park is a challenge Really need a bigger sign in there . I asked for a king sized room. I got 2 single beds attached together as in the photos. Was really bad experience. Pool is really only for kids as it is too small and was so dirty. TV in the room is super old. The remote was missing ( as usual this is my luck) took me 2 calls to get it. Positive Suna is good but no personal save to leave your things Room and hotel over all is clean except for thebpool

Location is great, easy walk to CBD and Elizabeth Quay, across the carpark/gardens from Convention centre, easy off road walk to bus and train stations. Rooms dated but comfortable. Good to have a kitchen and laundry although dryer faulty. Nice to have a balcony. Metro bar staff seem to think they can play the outside music till whenever they feel like it, despite the closing times. One night, it was still going at 1.30 am, no clients, just the staff appearing to want to stay on after hours, with no regard for paying guests. The 1.30 am night I ended up going down to reception to complain, and as soon as the concierge rang through to the bar, music went off. Bar staff came through into reception and denied music had been on! Bad attitude and culture change required to match the service industry. They are letting the hard working hotel staff down. If you don't like music till all hours, and shouting patrons, make sure you ask for a room away from the outdoor bar.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was good. I enjoyed staying at Adina Mounts Bay Road and will be back again some day.

Good sized room and location was convenient for us but the room is dated and felt a bit dirty. The shower fell apart half way through having a shower!! Couldn't find a remote for the master bedroom TV. Overall we were pretty disappointed.

Good location, amazing views and restaurant just below apartments. This place struggles as in the pool, the pool and spa is a bit dirty and the spa doesn't function correctly having water being too chilly. But they have other amenities such as sauna which is refreshing, a small gym Incase you would like to work out. 4/5 from me

Bed lumpy ,not comfortable . Very dated decor. Good location. Have to cook your own breakfast or go elsewhere. Top $ could have stayed at Hilton for much less.

We were told our room would be spacious and have river views, we arrived and both were not true, we had a shared balcony so we canceled as it wasn’t what we were expecting and were charged 50% of the room price because I had sat on the bed while waiting to check out. Staff were not helpful, and didn’t seem to care. Will not be returning, waste of time and money.

Isolating in this apartment has been made so much easier by the amazing staff. Always friendly and quick to help. Apartment is ok, just needs some more cooking utensils for someone isolating for 2 weeks. Decor is modern and appealing.

Would not recommend. Can get a 3star accomodation with much better facilities and/or ammenities at half the price. Bathroom cabinets water damaged, clock in bedroom not true to current time, microwave oven on child lock and when rung reception they also did not have any idea how to unlock child lock on microwave oven, no signs in room on what number to dial to get to reception, had to ring room service to find out this information. Also no toothbrush and toothpaste. I would expect more from a 4* accomodation.

Great apartments..clean...prompt responses to any requests. Staff from managers... receptionists...house staff and housekeeping....always polite .... welcoming and smiling and genuinely eager to please. Will never stay at any other hotel in Perth and will recommend the Adina to friends and family and especially my north west Karratha and Newman friends and their families.

Amazing place for an evening or morning walk. Fabulous views of water Bay and citys buildings. Area has lots of restaurants for food and drink. Ferry of transperth to south Perth. Is lovely to just sit there and enjoy the sunshine and atmosphere of city people moving around.Summer evenings with the city lights is an awesome sight... Serene place by the Swan River...Great place for a walk and enjoy the afternoon sunshine! Plenty of wide open paths with clear ramp access for those on wheels. Lots of construction going on in the surrounding buildings which is great to watch. Some great architecture around here and some really nice little cafes and restaurants scattered throughout.

Spent 4 days there in isolation, the appartement was really nice and spacious, the balcony is really good especially when I'm in isolation, it helps to get fresh air instead of the Aircon A well selected appart hôtel from my company this time before to go to work offshore

Because we booked through another website we didn’t know we need to pre book the car park. On entry to the Grand Premier double room apartment our carpet was ripped and stained. We had to get a girl from reception to fix the faulty tap in our room. The lining in the pool was coming away from the pool and the metal was showing. My son slipped on the non slip part of the decking. My husband couldn’t sleep because of the filth and dust in the aircon vents. The worst was finding a dirty used mark in one of the kitchen cupboard’s . In all for what we paid it definitely wasn’t worth the money

Stains on towels, no complimentary water (have to pay $7-10 for water), dirty Bathroom floors. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they take care of the place better and have better service. It’s $30 extra each hour for early check in/late check out.

They do not offer house keeping. You specifically have to request it and they basically just make the bed and empty the bins. They say it's due to covid safety but I'm pretty sure that they just don't have the staff. If I had known when I booked or checked in, I would have gone elsewhere. Very disappointing. I had a filthy bathroom floor (the bottom of the bath mat and my feet were brown after a shower). I specifically requested that the bathroom be cleaned very well. And that didn't happen.

Clean well managed rooms. Convenient location next to convention centre and foreshore. Short walk to cbd. Daily servicing of apartments not routine but no complaints on that aspect and would probably be provided if requested.

Stayed for 3 nights in Sept 2022. Room had full kitchen however didn’t have a bottle opener, can opener or oven trays. The clothes dryer was also faulty. Room was clean and tidy, great location.

Aircon didn't work, heated the room instead so came back to an extremely hot room. TV had some sort of red tinted water mark on the bottom half of the screen and sound and picture didn't work consistently. Contacted them to see if they could give a discount since our one night stay was ruined and got nothing back so here's the review.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and good facilities. Only one lift working and seemed like had to use key card 4 or 5 times in every lock to work. Good location for Exhibition Centre but about 1km from city centre and restaurants etc. Having rear entrance on level 1 convenient. Very close to bus interchange but no noise.
