By far the best buffet experience that I ever have!! It's my 2nd time to dine at Atrium Buffet and it never failed me. We went for my birthday celebration with my small family and we just enjoyed all the foods and the ambiance in the restaurant. Reasonable price, awesome staff and the foods are very tasty and yummy!! The best part is the seafood part of the buffet from scallops baked with butter , crabs in sauce or just plain, prawns and etc. which I enjoyed the most and don't forget the dessert area too. It was an awesome and such a memorable night with me and my boys and my tummy is very happy.

Was disappointed this time on dining at Atrium Buffet at Crown Resort The service of staff was acceptable but not great. Quality of food was also average compared to the many more good quality Restaurants Perth has now. I would have though with a restaurant like this being within the 5 star resort and the high price you pay that it would have been a better experience. Food was only Luke warm, not very tasty and very average. I must admit though the seafood was all fresh

Overall 4.25/5 Food 4.25/5 Environment 4.25/5 Service 4.25/5 Had a good time at the Atrium last night. They have appeared to have lifted their game. Standouts for me was the choice of Pacific and Rock oysters, the spicy tom yum, roast beef, acar and variety of beautifully presented desserts. Needless to say, I devoured the prawns too. I was so full, so I gave the scallops and chilli mussels a miss this time. Recommend you give it another go if it’s been a while or if you’ve only been going to Epicurean. Lines are still a thing (to get in as well as to get to the different sections). But get there early and you’ll be first to most things.

Must say this was a great lunch buffet we had today. Plenty of seafood to choose from, Asian dishes, roast pork, beef, lamb pork crackling was delicious. Huge range of deserts, puddings, cakes, ice cream. Lollies. Staff were very efficient in removing empty plates from your table and refilling water. For $55 it was a great lunch for us.

Complaint made: I should of made it then and there. However, I couldn’t get out of the place quick enough. I made a booking for the 23/12/20 at 1230pm. This was supposed to be a birthday lunch to remember. It most certainly was. Please check your cameras and tell me that you don’t see the guy working behind the sweet counter putting back a bowl of smarties, that I returned and after telling him to kindly remove the jar away from the public. He did not. He returned my bowl of sweets back into the jar. You do not return food stuff of any kind back for the public to consume. That to me spells food contamination right there.! I have worked in the catering industry long enough, to know that that is a big no no. The small prawns on offer. Made my friend run south. “Only the floor staff and entry staff got my tick of approval that day.” Sadly at $70 dollars a pop. I would of expected better....

We went to Atrium for more than 10 times and enjoy experience every time. We like how variety and quality the food are. My favourite section are seafood and Chinese ( fresh oyster, Prawn, Salmon) are so fresh and clean. Chinese food was very tasty ( Roasted duck, BBQ Pork and Pork ribs) Indian, Italian and salad sections were also nice. My kids love their dessert section. The cake and ice cream was for you to die for. Worth the price of what you paid.

The food and the spread of the cuisine was outstanding. The restaurant was very nice, clean and welcoming. It presented Chinese food, Indian food, Japanese food, Australian roast beef, pork, etc, pasta and the seafood paella was excellent. Finally, the ending desserts were so satisfying consisting of different pastries, ice creams and sweets. Service wise, the staff were attentive and friendly. The lunch menu buffet is really good and you have 12-2pm $58 per person for it :) give it a go. $78 for the dinner menu you have 530-930pm. Check their website out for details.

Not too bad But only thing I liked mango ice cream and green tea cake are the best Other than that bit disappointed than I expect it. All taste like Chinese food. But it was packed with people.

Delicious food. Asian food was delicious. The Italian station was not that great. The dessert bar was amazing, however it seems to be much smaller than exactly one year ago.

It can get crowded at the food tables at peak hours, but food never runs out. Beef cheeks, Peking duck, oysters, salmon sashimi, and baklava were the highlights of our meal. Service was quick, though paying early is important to avoid the long queue when billing out later in the evening.

Everything at the Attrium Buffet is 5 star, and they are still topping up stations even 30 minutes before they close. I have dined here many, many times since migrating in 1992, and I can never fault the food or the service. Just make sure you book if you want to eat by a certain time because it is always extremely busy. It is also very popular for large parties as everyone can eat at there own pace in there own time.

Highly DO NOT recommend. Former king of the Perth buffet selection has recently had its reputation dismally ruined by cheaply tasting dishes, poor waiting staff, and appalling management. For a $78 dinner I expect the table to be cleared regularly and the waiters not to spill water every time they pour a glass. I expect dishes to be made with fresh produce and made to a fairly high standard. I also expect there to be payment options provided for large bookings, such as when a family of 12 is enjoying a birthday dinner, with drinks, and is told that split billing is not possible. Not a place for the average middle class person who cant justify pulling their card out for a table bill of $1200+. So many other beautiful local businesses you can support and have an enjoyable experience. Dont say i didnt I warn ya!

The Atrium most definitely deserves the distinction as the Best Smorgasbord Restaurant in Australia, and one of the best in the world. The food is fresh, expertly prepared by award winning chefs, presented in a fashion that makes it even more appealing. The restaurant has a warm and inviting European Provincial Charm, but with modern accents. I've never seen such an array of some of the most sought after dishes to ever grace a buffet. The professional & very courteous staff compliment the offering, making it the total scrumptious ultimate dining experience. I would give it 6 stars if that was an option. I recommend not eating anything the day of your Celebratory Dinner. You'll want to try everything on their extensive menu, but take it easy, you can always come back another time to sample the dishes you've missed.

Fairly good meal at The Atrium. Second visit and it took a while to be seated. This seemed to be due to only 1 member of staff at the front of house. The mocktail took far too long to arrive but the waiter was very helpful in chasing it up for us. There was a good selection of foods on offer and I enjoyed it all. Didn't have a lot of to for pudding at the end even though being English the custard and chocolate sponge were calling. I had a small portion and it was satisfying. Costs a bit to eat there but I believe if you leave with a full stomach then it is worth it. All in all good - just a couple of hiccups.

Dined here for lunch recently on a Saturday for the first time, to celebrate our Father's 70th birthday. A group of 9 adults (18+), a teenager and child. We had placed a booking in advanced and 3 of our party had joined up for free a week or two prior. Unfortunately joining can only be done at the crown at any one of their rewards kiosk, not online or over the phone. This gave the member a discounted lunch of $45 instead of $58 including up to 7 guests. The restaurant got fairly busy, however the food kept hot and kept coming. So many yummy cuisines to choose from. Seafood, fresh and cooked. Roast meats, vegetables, pizza, pasta, garlic bread, salads, crackers, cheeses, dips, curry, rice, asian dishes, sushi, desserts, slices, cakes, ice cream, lollies, mini cupcakes. Staff kept our tables cleared of used dishes, topped us with lemon water and were very helpful and hard working. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety and got to try so many dishes. 2 hours does go by quick especially if there's a long line at the entrance before checking in but definitely worth going to.

The food was delicious but some things would go quicker then others and you had to wait for them to put more out or they just ran out. It is still quite overpriced really for what you get. The seafood options were good, but they could add others particularly the oysters, for those who don't eat fresh oysters on their own. Overall service was quick, restaurant clean and the food was hot. Will go back again.

We had a wonderful time at Atrium. The variety and quality of the dishes were amazing, and the service was attentive and friendly. • 5/5 Graeme E. 2 years ago on Google
The food was exceptional, everything you could think of was available to select. The selection of seafood was amazing with a wide range of cooked meats, Italian and Chinese dishes and the most amazing selection of sweets and deserts. The only draw back was the number of people, so I would advise not to be late as the lining up all the time does detract from the experience a little. Definitely worth a visit for a 2 hour eating extravaganza.

The Crown Atrium boasts a pleasant ambiance with a diverse array of culinary offerings, encompassing Japanese, Mexican, Indian, Asian, and a delightful selection of seafood. The extensive variety of desserts adds a delectable touch to the dining experience. Furthermore, the convenience of free parking enhances the overall accessibility of the venue, which is conveniently situated near Perth City. Despite its appealing features, the venue manages to maintain a relatively uncrowded atmosphere, allowing patrons to enjoy their meals in a more relaxed setting. As a potential improvement, including soft drinks in the buffet offerings could enhance the overall dining experience, providing a more inclusive beverage selection. In summary, the Crown Atrium is a well-rounded dining destination with a pleasing atmosphere, diverse food options, free parking, and proximity to Perth City, although the addition of complimentary soft drinks to the buffet could contribute to an even more satisfying culinary experience.

Not bad, food was decent. Probably wouldn't recommend for a romantic outing as you are fairly close to all the other tables and everyone is in a mad rush to stuff their faces. It's a buffet so stuffing your face is given. I give it 3 rubber chickens

Best buffet I’ve had! Such a large selection of food from seafood, Asian duck to sashimi, sushi, and curries I haven’t even started on the sushi. $90/person for dinner on Friday night. Not for the faint hearted

  • 2/5 Josh W. 3 years ago on Google
Staff were lovely, was a bit awkward waiting for plates to be cleared and also having to line up to pay (what a treat). While the service was lovely, the food plenty of room for improvement. Out of the items I had, most tasted worse than equivalents from cheaper restaurants, when paying the premium that Atrium Buffet charges I came in with the assumption the food would be of a premium quality, not just okay to straight bad tasting. I really like Yorkshire puddings but the ones displayed at the Atrium were rather hard and crunchy, while the puddings should be mostly squishy. The tuna used in the sushi tasted cheap and old, it left a bland taste of nothingness. I would recommend staying away from the lamb, because at least on the night I was there, it felt like dry, coarse threads instead of meat and once the sauce was off them they had no flavour. The desert bar was significantly better as almost all of the deserts were lovely. While I understand this restaurant is a buffet-style, I still believe it would benefit from having a signature dish. Despite there not being one, I would recommend the Chinese pork buns as they were the best thing I had all night, I just wish there were more as they ran out rather quickly. We were seated in a rather gloomy spot in a line of tables and couldn't get a good look at our food, enough to notice that it was rather dark. Service: 4/5 Food:2/5 Dining Experience:3/5 As reviews for food are mostly looking for cost-to-quality I have rated it as such, I am upset with how much it cost for the food we received.

Review from December 2020: Booked a lunch for my group for last Tuesday, and was given a 12.45pm slot. We arrived to a full house with long queues, and it literally took us a good 15-20mins to even fill our plate sparsely. Moreover, popular dishes such as sashimi, prawns and oysters were always snatched out and not replenished quickly enough. In other words, even getting to the food itself was a fraught experience. Just as all of us were settling down with drinks and finishing up our first serving, we were told that the buffet would close in 30mins. And we had barely even started! Food wise, not much happiness here as well. While they did have a decent spread, with good mix of Western, Japanese, Indonesian and even Indian selection, yet we found the quality to be generally lacking, and not as fresh as we had expected. All in all, a disaster of an experience. They should really not admit another round of patrons at 12.45pm if they are shutting at 2pm. What an utter waste of money.

We went there for dinner and enjoyed our experience. The food was very tasty and you have the option of trying so many food items. There are many desert options to select from but no cake though which i found strange. You will no doubt enjoy your time and experience at atrium. The price is reasonable also. We paid $134 for two people. Epicurian costed around $220 but that was also a 5 star experience. So you can go to Atrium for same sort of experience to save some money.

I went for the festive lunch menu cost $70/pp chilled seafood were the cheapest you can get from supermarkets and the oysters sucks, the oysters were so stinky I can’t even eat a second one. Hot food selection were so little and mainly fried rice, noodles, curry and frozen dumplings, not even soups, it’s even worse than the food court $13 combo selection. Table service were ok, but when I went to the ice cream counter at 2.20pm while they just started packing desserts and ice cream were still on display, I was told that they can’t serve me an ice cream because they are closed. Seriously? For a $70/pp lunch and your restaurant still have 1/3 customers having their meals you refused to serve an ice cream in cone?

Came here to eat last month. The staff told me I only had an hour to eat and had to leave before the time was up. Until now I still don't understand why I have to pay $ 89 and only sit for one hour? After eating and returning home, I had diarrhea and itching all over my body and it still hasn't gone away. I think food is unhygienic or poisonous.

Wonderful selection (breakfast) of foods/dishes from AUS, Asian, European and North America. Good value for quality and selection. I normally don’t enjoy buffets - usually pricey since I don’t eat a lot. Service was good. Had a short wait despite reservation.

To be honest I've been here several times and the food is ok. But I was not happy with the cleanliness of the cutlery, plates, cups etc. Had so many soiled plates and cups etc that didn't even look like they had been cleaned. In this day and age with Corona Virus you would think that would be too priority.
