Best value licenced restaurant south of the river in Perth. The service by the trainees is impeccable and table linen, cutlery & glasses add a very classy touch. Food is delicious too.

Highly recommend coming here. $25 for 3 course lunch, $7 cocktails and $3 beer/wines!! Great selection of dishes and all of them delicious. The braised Lamb was outstanding, melt in the mouth and full of flavour 😋

This is the training restaurant for those entering the hospitality industry. We were asked if anyone had dietary requirements and substitutes were made for those who did. For $35 you get to enjoy a 3-course meal. Service was excellent. The only criticism I have is that the vegetables were under done.

WOW WOW The food at this place just keeps getting better. Today everything was 10 out of 10. With all the hot food the plates were heated. The flavour of all the meals was spot on. Presentation was amazing. It was like dinning at a five star restaurant. Well done to all the students and the teachers.

Excellent food, perfect serving sizes, great service from the students. Really worthwhile at only $25 pp for 3 courses and tea. Cocktails and wine at amazingly low prices too. Be prepared to dine from 6.30 - 8.30. A little unfortunate that the sprinklers along the footpath turned on as everyone started leaving. Overall highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience we had here today. If it was open on weekends we would be coming here every week, it's that good! Great food, beautiful presentation, top notch service from all the students.

First visit with friend. Real restaurant with students learning in real time. Menu has good selection of entrees, mains and desserts. Very reasonable price - $25 for 3 course meal with bread and butter; tea or coffee. Ordered seafood - squid, snapper, mussels - cooked just right and generous portion of pitted cherries for dessert. Food is yummy, service attentive. Puree served with squid slighly grainy to palate but small distraction for an overall highly enjoyable experience. Well done!

Our Christmas lunch at the Pines. Scallop was delicious but the turkey breast was dry, cut too thick and mine had a lot of gristle.

It's hard to go wrong with this place. Cookery is solid, well executed, fair produce that's presented nicely. The drinks game is good with mocktails if you have kids. Price point is outstanding. Friendly front of house round out a pleasant experience.

👍👍 Dropped by in hot noon and wanted to quench our dry throats with great cold Aussie beer. Viola! $12/pine take it or leave it mate? 😠 not only is the food overpriced, the tables are not cleared and cleaned after each customer. the workplace culture is not good either - I had a friend work there for a few weeks and I witnessed them being constantly yelled at for things they didn't do. Then, instead of telling them that they're fire...
