Louise is absolutely fantastic, impeccable service unprecented of a fast food employee. Her burritos are second to none, you can tell how much love she puts into making them. Thank you for your fantastic customer service Louise!

Zambreros subiaco came to cater at an event I attended and i had the best burrito I have ever had in my life. It was packed full of flavour and everything was so fresh and yummy. The burrito masters were also so friendly and fast! Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for catering for their event

Food was OK, but the staff made no request to see vaccination certificate or to ensure check-in. Service was very indifferent. Nowhere to sit and eat, as all the tables and chairs are packed up. So went outside and found a table - turned out to belong to the next door eatery. So don't go to this Zambrero if you want to eat sitting down or if you want to be assured that the best is being done to avoid becoming an exposure site for COVID.

I heard they're not into this segregation bandwagon that everyone seems to have jumped on. Never underestimate the causes you're creating. No doubt, you've helped someone want to live another day longer. Well done!

It was perfect, delicious, fresh and tasty. And friendly staff also open until 1 am on Saturday.

The customer ordered a meal through the platform. When the driver arrived, they didn't even start preparing the meal. It took more than 30 minutes. The driver didn't have a parking space and kept asking when it could be completed. The employee responded that he didn't care and started preparing the meal now. It was really unprofessional. , if you don’t have time or don’t want to prepare, don’t accept delivery orders. It wastes a lot of time of drivers and customers. This is a garbage branch and garbage staff.

While I was being served one of the staff members was encouraging the other to lie to a doctor to get some sort of script. Yeah probably don’t do that...

Great place for quick and easy Mexican food. The servers are great and know how to make a perfect burrito wrap. The extra charge for guac is a little annoying.

I absolutely love zambreros and the food is amazing however the service at Subiaco leaves a lot to be desired. The staff regularly are rushing way too much resulting in so many mistakes to the point where it is extremely dangerous to people with allergies. The past 2 times I have been careless mistakes were made due to rushing from the staff, personally for someone who is anaphylactic to some foods, the staff to be making these mistakes is putting my life and others possibly at risk. Furthermore, it is evident that this is a lack of staff competency as on both occasions it was quiet with no people in queue so there was no need to be rushing. With food so great it’s really sad to have situations like this occur.

Staff are always super friendly, helpful and cautious of allergens! Go above and beyond to make sure you’re catered for. I had to wait a little while once when there was only one staff member and many many orders and I got given extra sour cream free of charge. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Some of the best food at a good value, good with dietary requirements and courteous staff that always do their best to make you smile and fill your tummy! My only complaint is that the Gluten Free Wrap/Tortillas struggle to keep pace with the stability of regular tortillas. Could do with adding tapioca starch to help them hold together without crumbling. All-in-all, I'm a repeat customer for certain!

Sadly disappointed today Zabreros have been my go to when I travel, simple feel good food and my fav IQ bowl/burrito was dairy free, no need for “no cheese no sour cream please” and really who hasn’t worked out that dairy is not healthy?! Anyway, today in Subiaco, they have changed the menu to include ‘Signature’ item instead of IQ. Except of course these include cheese and sour cream. Back to square 1 feeling like I need ‘special order’ and pay for items I don’t eat! Add to this the drinks range now has no juice? I can pay for a plastic bottle with water or a wide choice of over sweetened carbonated drinks. But no healthy juice?!

This Subi Zambos truly shines with its polite and prompt service. The outstanding food offerings are a testament to their dedication, as every dish is prepared with great attention to detail. The menu is clearly labeled, making it easy to navigate through. The overall vibe is delightful, creating a wonderful atmosphere. one of the best dining spots in Subi where excellent service and exceptional food meet harmoniously.

New owners, strict portion control. Put a tablespoon of beans in our burritos and they are half the size they used to be. The owner works behind the counter making sure they measure out properly. Still the same price and they are an absolute rip off now, especially when you can get a huge banh mi across the road for $10

The manager with the tattoo's, Blaze, was fantastic! He had the whole team working well and I did not wait long for my order at all! Great customer service from the whole team as well, very surprised by how nice everyone was.

I was served by Eloise on Thursday night she was so polite and understanding as it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. she had a big smile and really made me feel welcome, I will be returning here

Stupidly went here out of convenience as I had grabbed a few items from Woolworths. Instant regret. Should have gone to G&G in Leederville. Miserable looking Nachos. Are they instructed to be scant with their toppings? Never again…

Two stars being nice. Unfortunately they might’ve been understaffed but no customer service at all- no greetings, ignoring customers completely, and super slow. I know it sounds harsh. But people in the line looked like they were losing their will to live with how slow it was and how much they were being ignored waiting. By the time I got my order it was incorrect. I know it’s not easy but they could’ve been a little more welcoming.

Really impressed with the service and freshness of the food. We had not been there before but my family would definitely like to go again. Cheers 👍

Staff put the wrong sauce on my food, and he just put the sauce over the wrong sauce after I told him, tastes a bit wired with another sauce I don’t like. 18/02/2022

We went to the Zambrero store in Subiaco .. Like a Mexican version of Subway... everything seems fresh and we enjoyed the Mexican flavours!!@!😇
