Hats off to the friendly staff. (nasi goreng: 😔) BUT-- Brekky stack & cold pressed apple juice: VERY GOOD. Will return!

The food. The Big Breakfast is a good portion for all people with it having high quality bread, 3 tasty sausages and a grilled tomato. It also a has a decent portion of grilled mushrooms that will melt in your mouth. The scrambled eggs is a perfect presentation being cooked just right with chives on the top. The hash brown is well seasoned and well cooked, though it could’ve been slightly more cooked. Now for the Egg’s Benny. The bread compliments well with the bacon/ham/ depending what you choose as well as mushrooms being an option though my group did not have that. The Hollandaise is a bit rich and they maybe should have a bit less depending on your likings. The salad is also simple but tasty and a good add on to the meal. Note that one of the Egg’s Benny that my group had added a Hash brown for an extra $4. The poached eggs are also perfectly cooked with runny yolks. Now for the special that was only available during this time. It has crispy bacon, bread, hollandaise and poached egg that has running yolk coming right out of it. It has also has a Italian style Hash brown that tastes slightly different to the normal one. Now for the drinks. The coffee was a perfect amount of hotness and it has sugar and a good amount of milk. It unfortunately comes with no marshmallows but that’s not a big problem. The Chocolate Milkshake does not have the best presentation but it is a good portion size and tastes good with a good amount of cocoa. The cold pressed orange juice tastes fresh and doesn’t have too much sugar, so it tastes nice and raw. The Banana & Berry smoothie was good because you could taste all the fruity flavours as well as it being a good portion size. The service is okay as you have to wait a bit to get your table cleaned, though the wait is exceptional. Finally the atmosphere is peaceful, especially on the outside on the quite streets. 8.5/10

We drove there about 40 mins, as due all the reviews I was expecting something really special. Unfortunately for me it’s just an average caffe. Food is alright, I founded it a bit price for the fact that it’s not a venue with a view or any specialities. My partner had big breakfast and he said it’s quite average for the price ( he never eats anything else when we go out for breakfast so I guess he could really tell comparatives between places). I had mine avocado toast with extra salmon on side. Should admit that the portion of salmon was generous. Probably come back for coffee if I’ll be in this area again.

The staff are friendly, the place is very charming in a corner like a rustic shop house and the food is great. Egg Benedict with smoked salmon and bacon, adding mushroom and hash brown were amazing. The food came quickly despite how busy it was. The only feedback was the poached eggs need to be runny for an egg Benedict to be truly glorious as the runny egg yolk flows with the hollandaise sauce onto the toast.

Still one of my favourite quiet cafe’s in Perth. Tucked away in Mt Lawley, only a stones skip away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Easy to find, easy parking. Ordered the beef hash, bit of a wait to place our order at the counter. Food came out reasonably quick however we had one dish come out a bit later then the other two. They had forgotten to bring our cutlery and one of the coffees we ordered was also forgotten about. The food itself was nice, tasty and really filling, very satisfying.

I've been coming to this place for years and always have had the same experience: friendly service, good coffee, the place getting busy pretty quickly. I always get a savoury muffin every time, maybe as I'm getting older I'm getting boring. But I can't help it because it's really good. Lincolns 102 remain my favourite place for morning coffee anywhere in Perth.

Average at best, easy street parking but most of Mt Lawley has that. No table service. Alfresco area is hot with dogs close by and passive smoke an issue. Food sub par. Decent coffee.

We have decided to try a different place for breakfast each weekend . So Lincolns 102 came up in the entertainment book . Started we a great tasting and hot coffee followed by a Eggs Benedict with ham which was a generous size . Mine was the corn beef hash . So much food unfortunately we couldn't eat it all . I should of taken the rest home 😁. The cold press beetroot and carrot juice finished of a great all day breakfast. There is also a great selection of fresh made wraps, sandwiches and rolls to . And cakes 😁

The till Lady lied to me about a dessert surcharge, said it was free when it was actually $1.50. It may be a bit nit-picky, but DISHONESTY is never appreciated. Check yo receipts boi. Other than that, the food and dessert were nice and service was friendly.

This is a nice coffee shop serving a variety of food choices. I enjoyed the savoury muffin and the coffee was also well prepared. We sat outside as the weather was perfect, but sittings are avilable inside, too.

Great little cafe off the main drag. The food has always been fantastic. I do love my Eggs Benny, but they do it with ham off the bone sometimes. Which is amazing, so always check if they have some. Definitely try their specials as well, have been fantastic. Plenty of snacks, and other things. Coffee has been good here as well. Staff always friendly and eager to help. Plenty of room to sit inside and outside. Definitely worth the visit.

Lincoln's is my go-to for breakfast most mornings. They're brekky wrap is honestly one of the best in Perth. Great scrambled eggs, delicious bacon, the right amount of sauce and spinach that doesn't over power the other flavours but adds to it. The coffee can occasionally be hit or miss, but the overall experience is relaxed neighbourhood dining with hospitality and good food.

We got the Mediterranean Galette and the Grizzly Waffles. I think the 3 Stars for "it's OK" is suitable for this situation. I think I was a little disappointed because the place has been rebranded as the "Chocalatine" and though very reasonably priced, the menu/ portion sizes are different than what's here in the google reviews (which is how we found the place).

Got the Eggs Benedict with Beef from this place. Well cooked. The place also makes good coffee. I think the eggs were 24 dollars

Nice place for quiet breakfast or lunch. Tables inside, outside on front street pathway or on verandah.

Ordered a Breakfast Roll (more like a burger) and will never be back again. The bun was stale and took a steak knife to cut through. The inside was burnt and clearly tasted reheated, more than once. Customer service was just as stale from the front of counter staff. The one star is for the okay coffee. Warning, don't eat here.

I ordered from Lincolns 102 on Uber eats, in which the Uber driver stole my food.. When I called Lincoln’s, to ask if my Uber driver had definitely picked up my order, they were so kind and gave me the information, so I told them I would re order anyway. And they sent an extra little treat with a cute message. Very lovely customer service. Also the coffee and food was amazing :) thank you guys!

One of the best breakfasts in the area, and it's available "all day" for the late starters. If you have a doggo with you, there's covered seating where you're all welcome... so don't let the weather put you off. Here again today and the food was fantastic as usual.

Absolutely loved this little gem of a place! Came down with my fiance for breakfast and coffee and it didn't disappoint. I had the eggs Benny with bacon and my partner had the same but with halloumi! Both were winners! The coffee was great as well! Bought a kilo bag to use at home! Will be back!
