Food was amazing, had smashed avo with beetroot , fried Brussel sprouts and the burger. By far the Brussel sprouts were my favourite. Crispy and crunchy. Friendly staff and service was quick. It gets pretty busy too. Menu has a variety and plenty of options for vegan and gluten-free. I would definitely go again.

I was a bit sceptical at first as the area and the outside of the cafe is very rundown. However, it came highly recommended and it was worth pushing through. My husband said the iced mocha was probably the best he has ever had. I helped myself to a couple of sips and have it to concur it was bloody delicious. I had the Nasi Goreng, I haven’t had this for a while and man did it pack a punch. I love spicy food and this definitely spicy. There are a few outdoor tables. The outdoor area could do with some TLC to give the place street appeal. Will definitely be back for the iced mocha and try more of the menu.

Coffee is fine but expensive. I brought my keep cup and told the lady I wanted a small coffee. She reckon it was medium size and charged me for 4.8$ ( 20cent discount for keep cup I guess) Well, my cup is 8-10oz and it’s definitely not medium size. Maybe they called it medium size here. Even if it’s medium size in their standard, I ordered small size when she took order…. You could not make a small coffee in a “medium” size keep cup? Next, I was hailed from counter and I walked to her as she wanted to explain to me that was a medium size keep cup… I asked for dine in and staff still brought it in a take away bag. I like the food but I was expecting to have a nice dine in experience on Sunday morning. Otherwise I will order it to go. The 3 stars give to the lady being so friendly and attractive even when it was busy.

My wife discovered this gem and suggested we try it as she know that our daughter and I love burgers. We had a very nice lunch there and the burgers we ordered were delish! We had the "Beauty and the bacon" and the "Pepper Pig" burger with a large side of fries. Lovely patties, topped with bacon, with additional crispy pork belly topping for Pepper Pig. GF options available for some burgers as well. Staff are attentive, polite and helpful. Street parking is available. We love the atmosphere of this cafe and will be back.

First time I have visited this little coffee shop in our local area even though I have heard lots of good reports about it. I can say they are all correct. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu has lots of options that will satisfy just about everyone and the prices are quite reasonable. We were there probably a bit after the lunch time rush but our order was delivered to the table quite quickly. The food was very tasty and will be returning again in the near future to try some of the other offerings. Being a coffee shop there is of course the all important coffee which was very good plus there is lots of little cakes etc to have with it if you are not after a full meal. All in all a great experience.

This has to be one of (if not my favourite) my favourite cafes in the world! Hidden away in Belmont! Hey can you guys please open up shop on the Swan River or ocean side?! We're talking hand-made, grass-fed, locally-sourced food, incredible coffee! You won't be disappointed eating here!

Pretty sweet local spot with a massive range of menu items to suit all eaters. The kids bacon, egg & toast meal was a very generous portion at $11. My partner was disappointed with the small portion of the Nutella waffle(S) as it only came with one small waffle cut into 4. I got the fried chicken & waffle, which again came with only 1 small waffle, but a massive serve of chicken. This one had a nice spicy kick and full of flavour. Laid-back, family friendly environment was an added plus. Big thanks to the young staff member who brought my energetic 2 year old coloured pencils & a drawing paper 👏🏼 Overall, would recommend. We will try again in the future.

The F5 Coffee Co, cafe used to be dark and uninviting, but they have renovated and now it's a nice bright cafe that has really good coffee and food. Highly suggest it as a local! 💯

This is a nice little cafe in the area. The food is pretty tasty and the serving sizes are adequate. Note that on a Sunday, dine in for food closed about an hour before their closing time listed.

Wow what a serving! Crisp caramelised cauliflower,Brussel sprouts, Kale, avocado and Lemon wedges, And beautiful soft poached free range eggs, what I treat to find this place, will definitely be back, service is second to none, oh and the coffee ❤️👌🏽 Highly recommend

The place looked busy when we arrived. Waiting time was not bad also. The food looked very nice. There were two people near the shop outside yelling at each other cursing at each other. I was ready for a 4 star review for this place as atleast the food was good but i found a hair in the food. See the 11th photo to see the hair. See the close up photo of the egg with sauce. They should do a final inspection of the food prior to sending the food out to the customer. Wearing disposable hair covers will reduce this from happening greatly. 1 star from me. Disappointed. When told the staff about it. She tried to brush the situation off. Improve your quality of food inspection for your customers please.

friendly staff, however，the staff suggest there have been too many take away orders （iniatially I thought they could be uber eats，actually they were not doing uber eat）exhausting the kitchen，makes everything for dine in waiting for 25mins. I was just ordering a bagel instead of a burger which will be 25mins wait time. generally good cafe，however the kitchen can not cope with the increasing order cause a inconvenience for those who dine in.

Amazing casual coffee shop. We went in for breakfast and had easily the best chicken and waffle I've had this year. 🤩🤩 The Chicken and Waffle 🧇🍗 The boneless and battered chicken strips were very crunchy and easy to eat, served on a savoury waffle that was giving egg, herbs and flavour. This was topped with pickles and a delicious chilli honey (that didnt skimp on the heat either 🔥). Really playful and brought the best out of all these ingredients. While usually a waffle purist, I can definitely say this combination is worth the try! The milkshakes were also a good size! 🍀

After reading all the good reviews and told by friend it was a awesome place I decided to try it out, the first thing I judge a place is by their staff and the woman taking orders was really miserable and not friendly at all no hello no nothing which gave me a negative vibe from the start. Maybe it was the dish I ordered but it was a dish I just couldn't finish and that rarely happens i hate to waste food 😂 I know the chef's are trying to be innovative but candied pecans just don't go with smashed avo on toast, as for the avo I could not even taste it there must've been the smallest amount in there just to give it the green appearance but all I could taste is the feta cheese and that was very salty and over powering. i tried to add tonnes of cracked pepper but there was no helping this dish. Coffee was about 5/10. If I was to go back it would be to try their burgers saw a few come out and they looked good maybe that can redeem my thoughts on this place

This meal really hit the spot for me today. Do you all know about F5 in Belmont? Not a fancy area or decor but a really good vegan meal (NB: not a fully vegan cafe). I was told they open Tues - Sat nights also, and do Uber Eats if that's your thing. I wanted healthy today, but I'm coming back later for the loaded fries!

Quaint and small, non-assuming Cafe tucked away near an old school "main street" looking area of Belmont. Fairly welcoming atmosphere, felt and appeared quite clean. The back wall has a fun little book exchange that was quite cute and suited the cafe's aesthetic. As for the food, a pretty understated and typical cafe menu, but it does have a vegan menu that boasts more than 1 or 2 options! The chips were amazing, probably my partner's favourite part of the meal, but we both had different eggs Benedict orders with minimal to no complaints (I wasn't a huge fan of the hollandaise sauce but I'm particular). Neither of us had a coffee so cannot vouch, but their fresh pressed orange juice was fresh and tasty. All in all, a pleasant lunch time Sunday date.

We had some coffees, a big breakfast and a char sui eggs Benny. All absolutely delicious with good portion sizes (not too much on the big breakfast, just enough for an adult guy). Coffee was excellent too and the staff were friendly and, I guess the best term would be bubbly? Fantastic anyways. Thank you guys!

Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and I found it a little underwhelming. It was quite busy when we arrived and the 3 staff were kept busy taking orders both for food and takeaway coffee. I chose scrambled eggs and bacon on toast and my wife had the strawberry pannacotta granola. I also ordered a banana smoothie. My scrambled eggs were ok sitting on top of a couple of slices of toast which was more like soggy bread , hardly toasted at all , the bacon was all in small pieces. My wife’s granola came served on a plate rather than in a bowl , she asked for a bowl to put it in…the yoghurt that it came with was quite small and hardly covered the granola. My smoothie lacked flavour and I could only just taste the banana. I’d like to think they were having an off day due to the busy trade as the food lacked presentation and prepared without any love . The bill came to $46.

Needed to find somewhere to eat on the way to the airport and stumbled across F5. What a find! The steak sandwich was cooked to perfection, their milkshake was the best I've ever drank. Really great food with free parking, good space to unwind.

Omg this place is the bomb!!!! I never knew brussel sprouts would be soo yum in their keto bowl! It was a zero guilt full on taste breakkie I can't wait to gave again!

Service was prompt, chicken burger well made and coffee was enjoyable with a hint of spice. Seating can be at a premium when busy.

Glad that we’ve found this amazing hidden gem at Belmont. F5 Coffee Co is located in a suburban area of Belmont, not right in the middle of Belmont Main City, and the surrounding area will give you more of a peaceful and quiet vibe. Apart from having plenty of seatings inside the cafe, there are also several seatings outside the cafe, making it pet friendly. The chai Latte was superb and a regular Chai is actually being served in a much bigger cup which is amazing for the price that you’re paying! This is by far the best Chai Latte in town! The breakfast and lunch menus are pretty appealing too, we’ve ordered the Benny and Smash Avo. Would definitely come back for more!

i‘ve come here twice now and i have to say the second time wasn‘t as good :/ the first time was great service and good food (although i wish the waffles came with maple syrup too hehe), but the second i had a different experience. the service was mostly good except for one lady who barely acknowledged me. she gave me my food and said „here“, i say thank you and go to make eye contact and she doesn‘t look at me once :( she walked away without saying anything else and i just felt like she didn‘t care for customer service at all. as for the food, i ordered a vegan burger and it came out overcooked and burnt on the edges. it was dry and just really meh. if i hadn‘t had the previous good experience i would have given 3 stars. the smoothies and coffees were good especially with the added option of oat milk! my favourite! i‘m sure that this might have been a one time negative experience, but one time is all it takes

Great burgers last night! Those onion rings are on a whole other level. Chips were great and fresh. Bigger portions than we expected :) Only thing we thought could be better was the sauce that came with the fried chicken waffles. The meal itself was excellent, but the sauce didn't quite go with it. A scoop of vanilla ice cream and some maple syrup would work really well with the chicken waffles imo. Moving a block away soon so that could be dangerous for our wallets 🤣😅😂

Food is incredible and definitely deserves 5 stars, but paying attention to what your customer orders is half of that - we used to come very frequently, requested hard eggs and they often came out runny, so we would send them back but got tired of this. We thought we would give it another go the other week with the mocha and coffee shakes (which are amazing!) but the same thing happened, we got a mocha and a chocolate shake despite the order being repeated back to us...too late tell anybody about it as we had driven off already and had waited 10 mins for them...

Very nice coffee shop for breakfast!! Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Menu was quite interesting. They got variety of different burgers all of them added something little extra. Breakfast meals got good variety as well. Stuff is friendly and service quick. Plenty of parking. Definitely will be back to try rest of the meals on the menu!

Burger Freaks at F5 cafe makes the best burgers in Perth. Seriously good and worth getting there. And the side order of brussle sprouts is a must!
