Overall very good value for money. We stayed one night, had an upgrade to a suite river view room with breakfast. Room was clean & spacious with bathrobes. Breakfast was basic buffet, but tasty & hot & actually more innovative than the Pan Pacific across the road!

Check in was easy, room was good - very clean. Dinner at Senses was excellent. Only disappointment was breakfast - food not replenished soon enough and quality mediocre, especially for the normal price which we did not pay.

The breakfast buffet was worth it and was very happy with the two free drink coupons we’ve received. However the bedrooms aircon wasn’t working and I think that the β€˜Queen Standard bedroom’ actually has a double size bed and not a queen size bed. Didn’t have a tape measure to be sure but the bed felt really small compared to my standard queen bed at home

Honestly the best, easiest, friendliest, most professional hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. Rooms might not be fancy but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lovely staff. Checkin was simple and easy, same as checkout. I actually think the staff make this hotel, no request was too hard. We will be back.

This modern hotel based close to the heart of Perth made for a terrific stay between domestic and international flights. Staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. Room was very comfortable, aircon worked well and the black out curtains worked a charm. Buffet breakfast was well presented with some very tasty options. Check out was seamless. Definitely worth a visit.

I am most impressed with the Service, quality & location of this Hotel. We arrived on the 8/04/23 & were warmly greeted by Karan( I am terribly sorry if I have written your name incorrectly) . His assistance in the whole check in process was impeccable. There was a mix up with our tour company not providing the requirements through to the hotel & when we went up to our room, it was incorrect. I came back down to reception & Karan assisted me with the issue & we ended up having two adjoining rooms 1218 & 1219. The breakfast spread was lovely & it suited all food requirements. Both days we had breakfast it was excellent. The location of the hotel is great. It is a short walk to the Royal Mint & the Red CAT Bus stop is also close. There are several small restaurants located near the hotel & there is a Irish pub in the ground floor of the Hotel. . I used the Gymnasium twice & it was great. A variety of exercise equipment. Bathroom in 1219 was clean & tidy with the shower over the bath. Room 1218 was a disabled bathroom & well suited for disabled people. The beds in both rooms were awesome to sleep in. Internet WiFi was great. Totally enjoyed our stay here & work ld recommend it for a great stay in Perth

Stayed here for 1 night and the room was small but neat and clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and I was very happy with the two free drink coupons we received. However the bedrooms aircon wasn’t working.

Upon booking I was given a room upgrade to a Junior Suite for an extra $30....worth it for the much larger room and lovely Swan River views. The room was tidy, nice carpet and curtains, and had an enormous and very comfortable bed. However I didn't much like the very soft pillows. The bathroom was large and clean, with a spa bath and a powerful hot shower. Good toiletries supplied also, and plenty of towels. TV was very good with the whole Foxtel package. We had a lie in and watched a movie....awesome. A good selection in the minibar also, and we also received a free bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate as members, very nice. The breakfast was included in our room deal and was really good, a great selection of hot foods, fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries, and lots of different drinks. The staff were also very attentive, so many thanks to them. The location is good, opposite the Perth Mint, and close to the city attractions and Elizabeth Quay, about a ten minute walk. A quiet location too with some residential buildings around. Altogether an easy place to get to and from. I reckon we'll stay again on future trips as it suits our purpose and our budget. Not a top end hotel by any means, but an excellent hotel at the top end of the more budget section. A great place if you find one of their many good deals.

Rooms were very spacious, bed was very comfortable, pillows and blankets etc were very very nice and comfy, staff were beyond helpful and very kind! The all you can eat breakfast is amazing. Well balanced out and great to see scrambled eggs were there. Over all I believe this is well worth the money we paid to stay.

We had an enjoyable time during our stay. We like the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was an upgraded room on our 2nd night and was really lovely. The services provided by the staff was excellent. We certainly recommend and come back again.

Very unimpressed with this so called 4 star hotel . Very dated room , shower over the bath with a curtain like the 80 s . Only has a portable heater which smells , and cuts out, had to tap it for it to work again . . The fridge was barely cold. Had to wait an hour and half to get our room as it was not ready . The spa that is advertised is closed . The pub closed on Saturday night before 10 and closed on sunday . The breakfast was good, room service was quick . Unfortunately wont be rushing back .

My stay in this hotel was very disappointing, I booked two nights with my partner and we only spent one night, the air conditioning did not work, the refrigerator did not work either, to be honest the first time I have to pay 40 dollars to see a movie, we wanted to enjoy the pool, the jacuzzi or the sauna and everything was closed and to finish it they took a 100 dollar bond and I received only 80 dollars back. I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all, there are better options with a very similar price.

Excellent location very close to the riverfront. Check in experience was excellent. Staff was very cooperative and granted me early check in. Room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was excellent with various options including vegetarian diet. Overall it was a nice stay experience.

Location was quite good in the vicinity of some good local takeaway. Hotel had 2 restaurants, fairly priced and good food. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel bathroom needed some updating, Bath showers are not a good idea and should be replaced, we are not in the 1980's. Overall happy with the accommodation and service.

I have stayed here twice now, once with my boyfriend and once with my children! Both times I have enjoyed my stay and the service from the staff was lovely each time! The rooms are neat clean and attractive with good sized bathrooms that feel clean and up to date. The bed was reasonably comfortable and I enjoyed the room service too. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of food and everything was tasty. Parking was convenient also. Location is great and check in was easy. All in all I’d say this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at and would stay here again

Quarantined here after returning from O/S posting. Staff have been amazingly helpful and kind. Room is spotless and has enough space to workout. Food servings were a little small for my size and training so staff were more than happy to assist with extras. All in all very pleased to stay here.

Speedy check in by Owen on the front desk to our room 1216 on the top floor. We stay here regular and we like this room the best. Room was clean and comfortable. Great service by all the staff during this very busy period at the hotel.

My stay at Novotel was overall okay. 🏨 The building, while charming, showed its age, with unexpected acoustics that made neighboring room activities a bit too audible. πŸ™‰ The shower experience was a highlight, offering a nice retreat, although the water pressure played a game of unpredictability. πŸšΏπŸ’¦ What truly stood out were the fantastic staff members, Sam and Irene! Their warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor added a delightful touch to our stay. 🌟 Thank you both for turning an average stay into a memorable one! πŸ‘

Booked based on pictures which when you arrive look nothing like, these must of been years ago. Hotel is tired to say the least. Rooms old, outdated and not worth the price. The rule of drinking 1 double in 2 seperate glassses in the pub is strange, then we waited over an hour for 2 burgers and had to go into town as you have no music in the pub. Pool table broken, restaurant permanently closed as is hotel bar and gym. Breakfast is beyond terrible, coffee is digsuting and cold food. Staff we met are great, the older waitress was kind for making hot chocolates as was the manager for giving them for free but we still hd to go across the road to coffee club for better. As many reviews, staff are freindly but I would seriously question who is rating 5/5 and how on earth you rate yourself anywhere near worthy of 4+ stars.

The staff helping to organise our event were awesome. The room looked great and everything went without a hitch. The hotel however is dated and in need of a lot of work. You can tell it was once a nice hotel.

The hotel is a little bit outdated, mainly the rooms. It is quite disappointing considering it is a Novotel and not Ibis. They need some extra maintenance in the rooms, 2 of the 3 light bulbs in the bathroom didn't work. I told reception about it and the day after were fixed. That shouldn't happen in any Novotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks, Irene, for checking me in so quickly. The location is good. Walking distance to the CBD and just one block away from the shore. I had to deposit $100 as a bond, but I had never done that before in any All Accor due to my status. They promised me that the deposit would be refunded when I am doing the checkout. It hasn't happened yet, and I am still waiting for the deposit back. Breakfast is very complete, with many options. I loved it and the staff in the restaurant is so kind. Amazing views from the gym and reading room above it.

It's a pretty nice hotel but it's getting a little tired. The foyer was nice but the room was a bit thread bare and the air-conditioning really wasn't cooling the room so it was hot at night. Location is good close to town. I did enjoy staying there for 2 nights. Would probably go back.

I have to say over all staying here was great for the service and location, but the quality of the rooms were not amazing. The pillows are so hard that when we woke up we had sore necks and a headache from sleeping on them. If you do stay here bring your own pillow. It would be great if they had a pool. Would make the stay more relaxing but other than that decent for 2 nights.

Very basic. Staff friendly and helpful, highlight of my stay. Amenities cleanliness average. Reasonable in room dining/beverage menu. As an accor member this is not the standard of hotel I would generally book for myself. Work put me here. Having said that for a short stay or business trip it would suffice.

Booked this hotel and requested a river view. Called the hotel after making the booking online to confirm the river view and was told β€œyes that will be fine”. Didn’t end up getting a river view and was stuck on the bottom level with no view at all! Air con was from the 80’s and was hopeless. Had to pay for parking, small tv, no hand soap and overall unimpressed with the the hotel room. Definitely don’t think it was a 4 star hotel, be lucky to be a 3 star….

Novotel Langley in Perth was okay.. Room was clean and location is awesome, close to transport and joggings. Fenians pubs just downstairs provide wide range of beer and wines, good food, and great ambience too.. the up side is when I find out the gym was in rennovation, but given access to the gym nearby... πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Great room. Good king size bed though just a little uncomfortable, maybe needs an up date. Staff friendly and helpful. Great position within city with easy access to eateries. Now, someone tried to access my room at 3.30am in the morning. They did not gain access but did break the door handle so some force was used. I told management about the issue. They indicated to me that this person had tried a few doors on my level and some on other levels. My question is how did he gain access to other levels. Is he banned from staying at Accor establishments? In saying this management were fantastic. Would i stay again YES no problem.

We stayed in their suite, which was amazing for a pretty reasonable price. Lots of room and beautiful view. The spa was real nice and having 2 toilets is always a good thing :D. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for and the unlimited coffees were a bonus.

  • 1/5 Debra S. 1 year ago on Google
Not impressed... I called ahead and asked if my room for a one night stay was ready. It was. When I arrived I told that my room was not ready. When I gave them my room number from my conversation this morning, it was ready. Bookings .com included breakfast. I was told it did not include breakfast. After I showed staff my email, breakfast was included. I asked for breakfast in my room. No that was not an option. I would have to come to the buffet downstairs. The buffet has. no egg station. I had to make my own coffee, even when they have a beautiful coffee machine not being used. Several people asked for coffee mugs. And queued then to use a small slow coffee machine. The rooms TV flickered the entire time. No movies were being shown. Movies are an extra $35.00 for 24 hours. The location is close to Langley Park, were I was attending a concert. I will definitely chose another hotel the next time I am in Perth.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast, and food at the bar was delicious, however the room was horrible. The lighting was so bad that I kept getting headaches in the room. The bed feels like a slab of stone and the pillows were next to useless. Consider staying here if you prefer sleeping on harder mattresses and remember to bring your own pillow

  • 2/5 Rob de B. 1 year ago on Google
I know your a business, but don't charge me credit card fees, incorporate it in your room charge. A bit rude to charge for wifi? And movies? Nice bed good location but there is better out there.

We were given a great corner room with a spa that overlooked Langley Park and the Swan River. Unfortunately, their main restaurant was closed, but meals were available at Fenian's pub. The buffet breakfast was good, but on both mornings we were here the cheese wasn't replaced

Definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel. I booked 3 months in advance for one of the suites with a river view which I did not get but still paid the price. I was guaranteed a complimentary breakfast & $260 refund from one of the staff because they had booked out all of their suites for the night. The aircon barley worked & the room was like a sauna. I was told that the parking fee would come out of my bond but I had to pay for the parking, I received my $50 bond back but did not receive the other $260 I was guaranteed. I had called the hotel regarding the refund 4 days after leaving, surprisingly it had not even been processed yet. I called up later during that day, the refund still had not been processed. Days later I had only received another $50. I had called again (third time calling now) told them that I still had not received my full refund, the staff member I spoke to insisted that it was processed, which it wasn’t. That same phone call the lady I had spoken told me that I am only owed $100 not the remaining $210 I was told by the first staff member I spoke to at the hotel during my stay. I am very disappointed with the service of this β€œ4 star” hotel.

The superior room I stayed in was HUGE and had a panoramic view of the river/city. It was beautiful. The bed was comfy too and room was clean. Only downfall was the food. Ordered a pizza late at night and i couldn't eat it, it was disgusting

Just want to say.. everything is good until someone with a master key walks inside your room to check Minibar. It's so important for them that they're ready to see you naked. I was shocked to the core. Rest it's your responsibility too to hang a DND tag on the door, which if you forget, you've to welcome someone.

This hotel is close to the Central Business District and everything you need is in walking distance. The room was nice and clean, though it could have used more lighting. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was meh and was not included so I opted to go out and there are plenty of places to eat around this area.

The room is comfortable. The location is convenient. However, the sound proof of the room is not as good. I heard next door talking vaguely and someone sneezing upstairs. I didn't receive room upgrades and drinking voucher as a Gold card member.

  • 2/5 Michaela B. 11 months ago on Google
Staff were really helpful and the food was good. The rest of our stay was very average. Quality of the rooms was outdated and the lobby smelt old and musty. Could see old stains on the carpet in the rooms, a couple of tap pieces fell off when showering, lighting switch cover fell off and 1/2 cup of toilet water came spirting out after every flush. We could hear every creaking tap, cough, sneeze and conversation from all other rooms. The photos on the website do not reflect the rooms and give you higher expectations than what you get. And don't get me started on the lifts πŸ˜“

Their system did not link my payment to my booking and so staff continuously asked us to pay for our room when it had been prepaid in full. We provided proof of payment AND confirmation of payment email from Accor. Even after this, we returned from a snorkeling tour to find we had been LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM. That was so upsetting. Multiple phone calls per day asking to settle our bill. I had to explain so many times it's been paid for. it was horrendous. Every single day multiple times per day. The only good thing was the buffet breakfast. The experience of being treated like a thief ruined our holiday. There was no offering to apologise for this and no real remorse. The room was old, marks on the walls chipped paint dirty door. I would consider another hotel if you're looking for modern comfort and at the very least a working booking/payment system so you're not treated like a thief.

The hotel service is very poor. I came at 2300 due to a postpone flight. All my details were there, and I took the clerk 20 m to process me further. I wanted to have something to eat, so I was directed to the night menu . Tried to call reception , housekeeper, and room service. More thrm half an hour no answer. What kind of establishment is running here?
