Had a fantastic experience on multiple occasions that we stayed here. Staff were polite and accommodating. Our room was renovated except the bathroom which was dated but still majestic. We liked this room which had a full sized dining table, allowing us to enjoy room service as a family of four. Room service arrived within 30 minutes. What we didn't like about the room was the lighting, seemed to dark even though all the lights were turned on - there were no ceiling lights in our room. Pool was nicely heated between 27-29 degrees, great during our winter stay.

Stayed here a while back around December last year (2021) and still can’t get over this place. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is stunning and to top off my stay the buffet had loads of variety and definitely worth your money. Definitely coming back here again one day!

The location of hotel is perfect, close to the offices/restaurants and walking distance from King's Park and other attractions. The hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping and F&B is friendly and accommodating. Although the F&B staff could do better in recognizing the regular long stay guests. I had breakfast everyday in the restaurant, yet I was asked questions as though it's my first visit. It's a good option for short stay, however I wouldn't recommend it for a longer one. The breakfast has limited options, specially for hot food. And the buffet menu is same everyday, no change at all during the three weeks I stayed. The rooms are are modern with a nice bathroom, however the windows do not open, making the air inside stale after a while. I faced some issues with room cleaning as well, which were eventually resolved. The swimming pool is good, having temperature control. The gym is okay, has sufficient equipment for cardio but not enough for strength training. Overall, the stay was just okay, not too good not too bad.

Great electronic check in with zero wait times (take note Crown). The executive lounge food was well thought out and the food was far above the usual fare. Samuels for a late night drink had atmosphere and didn’t gouge you (QT!). Thank you. We had a great stay. By far our best stay at a Hilton hotel.

Your staff were amazing and the stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. We have stayed there a few times and it is definitely my favourite place to go for some time out. We always have a blast at The Parmelia and all your team should definitely be commended. Thank you for my partners delightful cupcake surprise also. It was so lovely to receive a special gift. Thank you again and well done to you and the team. Looking forward in staying with you again.

We had a great 2 night stay. We had a deal which included breakfast & bottle of wine & valet parking. We made the most of our stay by checking in at 10.30. Room & bathroom was very comfortable & nicely renovated, nice toiletries provided. Centrally located to lots of things to do in the city. Breakfast was very good & plenty to choose from. Pool area was great with a good amount of seating for size of pool which we made good use of on both days. Reception staff were all very helpful & friendly, we got the offer of an extended 3pm checkout by text which was really good & finished off our stay nicely. Will definitely stay here again.

A very modern clean room with a very comfortable bed and pillows with excellent lighting. Very close to public transport. The bus station is around the corner, a walkable distance. So easy for a traveller. I'll stay again and try other facilities I didn't get time to this time. Lillian

The rooms were great, and the staff member who delivered room service to our room (Malcom) was really nice and we rate him highly. However, there seems to be an issue with the hotel answering their phone calls. We struggled on multiple occasions to get through to the reception, and when we arranged to have our car waiting and ready to leave in a hurry there was a large delay. If you ring the restaurant after hours it won’t go through at all, even though they specify there to be a menu from 10:00pm to 6:00am, but you have to ring the housekeeping number instead, which we had to figure out ourselves as they don’t explain this upon arrival. Overall we’re extremely disappointed in the service, we had greater expectations given the hotel rating and pricing.

Absolutely gorgeous - all of the staff were so kind, went out of their way to help and even check in on us throughout the stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and buffet breakfast was delicious. We had such an amazing time here and will definitely come back in the future!

This was ultimately a disappointment. I watched the renovations and hoped for better. The windows in rooms and shared space need attention. The pint of Guinness was poor. Breakfast was $40 each buffet but we ordered a la carte and had what we wanted Inc coffee for $44. Needs effort but I don't have access to the books.

Service was not consistent, some staff very good others average. Location good. Breakfast good. Phone didn’t work and had to ask for bathroom supplies on a couple of occasions. Most disappointing and a first is that was not able to use the pool for an hour after check-out. I have never come across this before, all hotels I have stayed at have always allowed guests to use faculties for the day of departure.

Being a gold member for Hilton the choice was obvious when I redeemed my Amex points to spend a night where, the staff are very accommodating and professional and genuinely nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is among the best. It is always enjoyable staying here, highly recommended.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Parmelia Hilton recently for a total of 9 nights, booked by a travel agent. We found the location to be perfect and the hotel itself to be very nice and presentable. But the gold stars go to the staff…we found the staff went over and beyond what would be expected of them to ensure we had a very pleasant stay, particularly reception and dining staff.

From check in to check out the staff were fantastic and service was flawless. The room was big and beautiful, all looked very new. Really quiet, and a very comfortable bed. Chromecast on the TV was fantastic and easy to connect. Executive Lounge was lovely, with a great meeting room, plus breakfast and snacks. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Perth.

Had a solo stay here recently. It was so lovely. Staff couldnt do enough to be helpful. Room was lovely and my room service food was great. All round I felt it was fantastic value for money, really peaceful and smiley staff.

Staff were very welcoming and professional, the manager fixed a booking issue I had as well, very great service. Breakfast was awesome, good selection and good quality. The rooms were clean and the bed / pillows very comfortable. I would return based on my experience here, 100%.

I'd love some more atmosphere at the pool area, to feel less 'in the city' but overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Great rooms, lovely and clean showers, comfy beds. I'd really love to highlight one of the stuff members at the desk, Aneta (I hope I'm spelling it right) she way extremely nice and helpful, a great personality, and should definitely be rewarded for going above and beyond at her job. Thank you 😊

Our stay here was alright. I echo another comment I saw earlier which stated their surprise at this being considered a 5 star establishment. I would say our experience was more 3 - 3.5 stars here. Pros: room seemed clean, later checkout time at 12pm Cons: Room felt a bit tight, and bathroom door doesn’t stay open, so while transferring items, I had to constantly reopen the door. Moreover, the front desk reception during the daytime comes across as rigid and not the most friendly. You are met with silence for the most part, while entering and leaving. At least we were. For instance, when we left the hotel with our belongings before, my partner said “thank you” to the front desk staff, only to be met with cold silence. Not a great look for the face of a hotel that’s supposed to “5 stars.” The bell-person was very helpful however. All in all, wouldn’t stay at Hilton again. We had a much better experience at the neighboring Intercontinental hotel, which in our experience is truly worthy of the 5 star reputation in all regards.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! Unfortunately, we had a problem with our TV, but the staff was quick to respond and upgraded us to a king size room on the top floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra space and great view. The dinner was also incredible - everything was cooked to perfection and the service was top-notch. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Five stars all around!

A++ service and Hilton hospitality that i have loved. The team went out of their way to help with bringing my accommodation earlier and then keeping me updated every step of the way. The rooms were quite and spacious, buffet breakfast was really good with a larger than normal choice. The staff were keen to make my experience great. A huge thumbs up to danish pastries that are made fresh onsite each day, these are to die for.

I stayed here for business for 3 nights in October. All of the staff from the front desk, restaurant/bar and concierge were very friendly and super helpful. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The gym is a decent size with a good variety of equipment. The breakfast was fantastic with both Buffett and menu options available. The location was good for me with Elizabeth Quay about a 10 Min walk away and the self parking is just off site 3 min walk away. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here for business for 5 nights in August. All of the staff from the front desk, restaurant/bar and concierge were very lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice with a decent shower head that had the right water pressure. The room service staff were so friendly. The swimming pool is heated and is a decent size. The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels but it had everything I liked. The location was good for me with Elizabeth Quay about a 10 Min walk away and the central shopping area about 15 mins away. There is a taxi rank right outside the hotel as well.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by friendly smiles and felt welcomed. The room was super clean, and beds were so comfortable, spacious room and bathroom well equipped with lovely smelling handwash, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast buffet was included in our package which was amazing! Check out was easy and Valet parking also included in package which was great. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Stayed here a few times now, always a great place to stay. The location is convenient for a night out. Rooms are a good size, great value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our go to when needing to stay in the city.

Easy access from the airport, or north and south of the city. Valet parking on arrival. Very quick, courteous and efficient check in. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, they have everything you would expect from a Hilton premises. The Parmelia Hilton is within easy walking distance of the main shopping, cultural, dining and transport areas within the CBD. The staff are very friendly, polite and efficient without being in your face. I am not fond of hotels where staff (with the best intentions) can border on being an annoyance in effort of service. Getting the balance right comes from having global experience which the Hilton chain has. There is an excellent business centre available on the ground floor of the Parmelia Hilton.

A well appointed Hotel in a great location in the city centre. Friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. It's a shame that balconies from the guest rooms are not accessible and doors cannot be opened as it's nice to escape from air conditioning sometimes.

Could not fault this hotel, from the moment we got there we had an excellent stay. The service was exceptional, Carol on the front desk was friendly and ensured we were all set and was available should we need anything. They accommodated us for an early check in too. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was quite large too. The tv had chrome cast which was amazing to be able to stream your own Netflix or music accounts and not have to pay overpriced movie charges at other hotels! Wifi was good. The pool area was great, big comfy lounge chairs and decent size pool. The breakfast the next day was amazing, they had everything you could want for breakfast and our waiter Malcolm was so accomodating and friendly. We even met the chef who ensured we were taken care of and answered all our questions. Every staff member we met were so lovely and genuine. I really could not fault this hotel or the staff and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again, was a great location and a lot of things we did were within walking distance of this hotel.

A wonderful two night stay with the Executive Club Upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Room was amazing and big, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was huge. We also had dinner in Samuel on Mill which was 5 star. Would definitely recommend and we'll be booking another stay soon.

Had a really grea stay at the newly revamped Parmelia Hilton in Perth. Checkin was great and the overall staff were so helpful. The staff in the bar and restaurant were exellent and so helpful. The Executive Lounge was closed whilst we were there (Tuesday to Friday) ut not problems at all with having the same benefits in the bar. The Executive Lounge food whichwas served to us was delicious as was the wines and other drinks. Our highlight was the evening meal at Samuels Resturant. Food was exellent as was the service. I had the pork belly whch was superb - even better with the delicious wine. Thank you Parmelia Hilton - would definetely recommend. John

Will definitely stay here again. The support and professional approach from the staff plus the facilities were really great. I would like to thank the gentleman at the front desk for assisting us with our typo when booking the room. Booked the wrong dates 🤦 but he jumped in and got us our rooms and changed everything with a no Hassel at all approach. Really appreciated this. And the staff in the restaurant they were so good with the kids and us that we would like to pay thanks to them as well. Thanks for the lovely stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Parmelia. It has been refurbished and it is very nice. Nice gym and pool. Amy (the receptionist) is a real asset to the hotel, very caring and make you feel welcome. Lucas at the bar was very cheerful as well and make me a very nice mocktail. Buffet breakfast was good and lot of varieties. Overall we had a very good stay and will be back.

They put on Christmas buffet luncheon every year. Food range caters for all tastes, including vegan, gluten free options. Deserts were outstanding. Presents for children are unisex. Going again next year

This hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city shops and the foreshore. It's not a hotel you book for views out of your windows. We had a suite which was worth the extra $ for the club room extras.

Excellent hotel, restaurant and bar, staff are outstanding from the time you book in at reception with Carol, to the time you have a swim in the fantastic outdoor pool and Gazebos, very relaxing, dinner was excellent and the bar manager Jeremy and his team are outstanding. Highly recommended this hotel and it's wonderful rooms and facilities to everyone visiting Perth CBD. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful staycation at the Parmelia Hilton, it was like a home away from home, our room was amazing, we stayed in a King Deluxe room, which contained a lounge area and a large bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially James Rushton-Woods, the Front Office Manager, whose can do attitude was incredible. Special mentions also to Amy and Carol at reception, who were a pleasure to deal with as well as Victoria in the Executive Lounge, who's welcoming smile and conversation always made us feel at home. We had such a relaxing and fabulous time, that we booked in for 4 nights and ended up staying 10, and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Bra and restaurant was great. Good food selection for dinner and the breakfast is good also. Only down side was the room was sometimes not cleaned very well. when the guest services remade the room each day. Otherwise

Apparently refurbished, this hotel is located near the western end of St Georges Terrace and only 20 minutes' walk from iconic and beautiful Kings Park. Walking distance also to the city centre and waterfront, the hotel is pleasant with nice staff, a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Rooms are on the small side but comfortable and clean. The entrance could do with a large flower arrangement or some colour to lift what is a dark, bland welcome.

The stuff there were very welcoming and it made us feel very at ease from the moment we enter the hotel. The check-in was very simple and seamless with the online app. The app also allows you to choose the room you want before you check in, which I thought was really interesting. The rooms will also clean and spacious. This place is also great as this is close to many locations in Perth city. Shout out to the staff will help move our things from our car to the room. We had to make two rounds because we had too many things but he did not show a single bit of impatient. He was also friendly and a great person to chat with sharing his travel experiences. Probably my best stay in the Hilton hotel so far.

After a recent stay here for several days, I found while most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, what I can only think is company policy may well be out dated and not in the best interest of the guests. Weekend breakfast for club lounge guests was a long way short of what we had become use to after week day service. I think the way things are with Covid and the fact that so many local people ( from around the state) are choosing to stay in hotels for at least a short get away, please remember that there are a lot of good hotels around Perth with as good or better facilities.

I try to be unbiased when I review places, but the Hilton brand continues to impress me. Since my first stay at a Hilton in 2017 I am yet to be disappointed. This hotel is located in the Perth CBD and is within walking distance to just about everything. This is convenient for both business and leisure. Good views are limited due to the city location, but there are a few rooms that face King's Park. The staff are very helpful and friendly and were keen to help me get the most out of my booking. They swapped rooms for me and arranged a surprise gift for my wife's birthday. Amazing!

Not far off a 5 star review, just let down by some repair/refurbishment needed on the sliding doors onto our balcony. The hotel is handily placed to visit Elizabeth Quay, the town centre, railway station, and not too long a walk from Kings Park. It is very clean throughout and the rooms are a good size and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only meal that we ate at the hotel was breakfast, which had a great selection of pretty much everything you could want. The bar has a good choice of beers.

We stayed in the Hilton as a part of a package tour of Australia and was not disappointed, superb service with clean and tidy rooms and an extensive choice of local beers and wines in the bar. A few minor issues which should not come to light in a hotel of this standard. One of our group had dirty linen on the bed although the room had been prepared before arrival, room service trolleys left in the corridors for hours which tend to smell. One morning the sausages in the breakfast bar were under cooked and pink, not a good advert for the kitchen staff taking into consideration the level of the restaurant evening menu available. I was also disappointed in the charges added to the bar bill for bank holidays and Sundays, 15% and 10% respectively. On our stay in Australia this was the first and last time we came across the charges. Apart for the above minor issues I am happy to recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thanks
