Great place to stay, got a bad view but it didn't matter. Rooms are clean and modern. Pool, gym, spa and sauna are all well kept and clean. Service is nice and non intrusive. Would definitely stay again. Hard to find the parking spot as it's not where you would expect. Make sure you get parked earlier in the day as the spaces are limited and will fill up.

Definitely worth the money. Stayed here in February 2022 (I know late review) and the room was so spacious, clean and the view of the river was stunning. Great location, good service and great price. They have parking too!

Upon arrival to Fraser Suites to visit a guest staying there before heading out for a night in town we were denied any access to our friends. Supposedly the hotels policy doesn’t allow their guests to have visitors after 11pm. First time I have ever come across this and to be honest it’s an appalling policy. Since when do hotels deem whether or not guests are allowed a visitor. Poor poor customer service & honestly such a bizarre encounter. Wouldn’t recommend stays here and suggest you don’t either. So many other hotels that are much nicer withstanding said ‘visitor policy’

Room was fine and adequate. Service good. Location great. Lucky not to get third degree burns when shower continually self-adjusted temperature. Room cleaning was around 2 minutes, did not even empty bin properly. Really dirty room if you looked closely enough. Deep clean every so often would be my recommendation to owner. Inconsistent availability to breakfast room, barista or bar. Three stars overall. If you want a basic base to leave your bag and have a shower this would be adequate. Not luxury, not holiday, not romantic getaway.

Wonderful staff at reception greeted us and got our room ready for us early after our long roadtrip from Kalgoorlie. Our room was spacious and clean with a large king bed that was super comfy. Beautiful bathroom with amazing products. Menu was also amazing with delicious food. Definitely will stay here again .

The rooms are spacious and well set out (all be it basic), however there were a couple of things that let this venue down. We arrived 15 minutes early to the check in time of 3pm. We were asked to wait until the check in time (really). The website says "airport tranfers are available upon request" but there isnt any transport available. This was one of the reasons I booked this location. Overall, we had a nice time, but the service needs improvement and imformation on the website needs to be accurate.

Very disappointed with the service from last nights stay. We were told at 11am,12pm and 1pm that our early check in wouldn’t be that far away and it was on the rush list we still didn’t get into our room until the normal check in time. We understand it was not promised but we waited around as we were told it was not far away. After finally getting to the room there was hair all through the bathroom which was a complete different colour to ours, obviously not cleaned. We ordered food off the late night menu after our event and it came in the same containers they used to microwave it. We also got the complete wrong drinks. We were also told at check in that the car park was full and we would have to use the public car parks. We were told Saturday was $2 an hour Sunday was free. We got out to the car with an $80 fine because you did have to pay on Sunday also. We were not the only people who were told this. When we mentioned this to the manager we got “sorry I was not on yesterday so I can not do anything about it and I’m not paying a fine because you didn’t read the sign”. We left with very disappointed.

We arrived on Monday, the room was spacious and comfortable with lovely views. My husband and I have stayed 7 nights without a clean even though we put the cleaning room sign up & rang & asked the staff if we could have the room cleaned & the bed linen changed. They told us it wasn't scheduled for a clean until the following Thursday which came & went without a clean. My husband rang a couple of days later asking for a clean & was told that the housekeeping had marked it cleaned on Thursday which it was not as he had been unwell & hadn't left the room. I stripped the beds, washed & dried them Friday in the laundry in the room & put the rubbish bag outside the room. For the $200 or so a night we were quite shocked about the lack of cleaning & the filthy stains that are on the pillows & quilt because they don't have protectors on them. We had a Motel ourselves & are very surprised at the uncleanliness of this one.

Hotel very fancy, luxurious rooms with beautiful view. 10/10 for the room service, fast and tasty 10/10 for the Housekeeping team, everything was spotless. Also a ten for reception, always there to help with any of our demands, and of course a special mention to Fiona who did even more than what we would expect, really thank you 🙏

Couldn’t fault this place, great staff, modern hotel. Beds were comfy, couches were great and it felt like I was in my own apartment. In terms of value, you can’t go past it. I went to the crown for half the days and double the price. I’ll be staying here again for sure.

Hmmm, where does one begin with a review of a place like this.. One attribute of this facility that stands out is its classy decor and interiors both in the common areas and within guest rooms. Each room is fully decked out in all of the essentials you would need for both short stays and longer accommodation stints. The views from the rooms are also stunning! The staff were very polite and served us exceptionally well, going out of their way to accommodate our requests though-out the 10 night stay. I would gladly give this place a solid 5 stars. But.. it does have its glaring shortcomings. Most notably, cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a strong point for the facility. We checked into a room which was quite clearly hastily cleaned, with the floors still sticky with uncleaned soap residue. The carpets weren’t exactly the cleanest either, with signs of wear and dust here and there. The cupboards and other ancillary storage spaces were also somewhat lined with dust which does seem to have been sitting there for quite some time. The couch in our room was horrid. One could barely sit down, given how the cushions and lining of the couch had given way. Getting up from a sitting position on the couch would most definitely give you a nasty back ache for hours to come. Each daily room service also seems to have inconsistent standards. Dishes were at times improperly placed in the dishwasher, leaving stagnated/collected water in unturned cups and other cooking vessels. The toilets were sometimes cleaned well, and at other times, not so. - This does seem to eat away at the hotel’s five star rating. With these issues looked into, you’d have an otherwise wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Perth. I look forward to staying here again on my visit to Perth, albeit with the cleanliness issues resolved beforehand.

Enjoyed staying here throughout the year. Very family friendly, and very understanding and accommodating, even when there were issues they were all resolved and taken seriously. A massive shout out to Ben Fuller and the team. Ben's leadership is exemplary and is very customer focused. I dont know where the place would be without Ben. Highly recommended stay for anyone travelling into Perth. Thank you for making it a home away from home team. Jonathan.

Id like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Fraser Suites in Perth. I thought it would be more professional letting you know here before leaving a review, as I am trying really hard to not be an annoying customer, however the amount I have paid to stay here, in the one bedroom ‘premier’ room is a big let down I will attach some photos, however I would first like to acknowledge that the common rooms, elevators, carparks restaurants and foyer were always of the highest and cleanest standard. I am shocked to see that this is a 5 star hotel however the photos I have attached tell a different story. The room itself is nice, with beautiful views of the WACA, however the cleanliness and presentation was below average for a 5 star room. Upon arriving the roll away bed I requested 6 months ago was not in our room, I went down to advise where the lady told me ‘there were none left’ until she further continued to read the booking and that this was a request on my booking. The lady was able to rectify, but it was embarrassing and the bed itself is actually broken and slopes down, lucky we have a child on this bed and not an adult. The dishwasher had left over water in it from a previous guest which wasn’t draining properly, and when we did ask reception, it was fixed promptly… but as you can see our immediate experience was not a great one. This continued once we stayed over night. My description of this stay would be ‘sloppy’. The hotel has great potential however the dust in the vents, on the bed head, mould in shower, water damaged architraves, the empty box of alcohol from a previous guest left hidden under the couch with bottle caps shoved between cushions, blinds broken off the track, air and water seals falling from the window creating a wind tunnel and whistling when the wind was strong, bathroom sink not draining properly, hot and cold water taps that didn’t correlate to the cold / hot which created more problems when trying to wash my daughter and overall, the presentation of a 5 star room was a huge let down. Our towel rails are coming off the wall and the fan in the bathroom did not work. Our room phone did not work, and we advised reception however nothing was done about it, one of the dining chair legs was broken which my daughter fell over on. The entire stay, we were unable to get face washers (small towels) to wash my daughter with, the room was ‘cleaned’ daily and new towels were left but never a small enough one to actually wash with. Travelling on a family holiday with a 2.5 year old all the way from Queensland after being locked out of Perth for 3 years made this a very stressful trip already, so these problems are a lot bigger then one may seem. I really am utterly disappointed as this was not the expectation of a 5 star room in a fraser suite franchise.

I spent my two night stay with my family avoiding this place as much as possible (fortunately the weather in Perth was great and there was plenty to do). The cleanliness of this place was atrocious, dust bunnies (built up piles of dust containing god knows what) everywhere - in the air conditioning vents in my room, elevator vents and vents above the pool, etc. The room was a good size and the features it had were good but it could have definitely used a good clean - there was stains in the sofa, carpet and coffee table. The Staff were nice, very apologetic and understanding, they did what they could and the location was great. But the cleaning contractors and head of house keeping should be fired.

Avoid this hotel; don't be deceived by luxurious photos. The accommodation is subpar with dismal customer service. The pool and spa were unclean, the elevator is excessively old, requiring a 10-minute wait plus an additional 5 minutes to reach your room due to its sluggishness. The restaurants and breakfast offerings were unsatisfactory. The room was dirty with inadequate room service. With your budget, there are far better options available; steer clear of this hotel.

I'm not going to explain every problem I've experienced, because it's going to be too long and I'm going to be upset. My aim is to warn that this hotel's customer service is very bad: front desk, room service, housekeeping. I was really appalled that a hotel can be so unprepared and not properly train the staff. Ignorant staff that thinks it knows everything, they doesn't understand anything about customer service. As there were many areas with problems, you come to the conclusion that it is no training provide. Someone from customer service called my husband who refused to waste his time with this hotel again. The stay was so horrible, that he doesn't want to waste a second more with such disqualified people. I fully agree with him. In a search for a hotel, if customer service is a point to be considered, look for another hotel.

We rented a room for my partner's birthday celebrations - all was organized - the food was ok (paella was not fully cooked unfortunately with the rice still feeling undercooked) and the Service started well but ended a bit poor (I had to clear the small cocktail tables from the used plates our guests had to leave there - plus the food was served on a smaller than needed table and felt crammed and disorganized). The Party was still enjoyable- if you decide to rent the Function Rooms maybe insist on checking the finer details of your booking with the Team at Frasers.

We got to check in and they had told us that we had called on the 1st if January to cancel our own booking, however we only booked the hotel in early February and had never called to cancel. The Manager at the front desk, named EMMA DAVEY had lied to us and told us that our booking was cancelled and they had no other rooms available, we then checked on the website and there were rooms available, so we went back inside and showed her we’d booked another room and she continued to insist there was no rooms available and would contact her marketing team. We knew she was lying so we called over the phone to see if there were any rooms, and what a surprise, THERE WERE ROOMS AVAILABLE! specifically the room we wanted to book out. So we spoke to her over the phone and had called her out for lying to us, she then told us we were black listed and shes unable to accept our booking. Which is RIDICULOUS as we have never booked a room at fraser suites before. Not only this but she neglected to tell us the real reason we couldnt stay and was wasting our time AND there was no communication about the reservation being cancelled at all so we had showed up there with no accommodation and unable to stay. With this being so last minute we were unable to find other accommodation in such short notice. EMMA DAVEY, the manager that was in, was lying straight to our faces, wasted our time and neglected to tell us the truth and was just lying straight to our faces. EXTREMELY unhappy with the service. they have been so unaccommodating and will NEVER be staying there again.

Stayed at the hotel (1bedroom with balcony) for 2 nights during weekend. Smooth checkin and professional staff. Amazing view. 5mins walk to Lake Vasto and you can then make your way to the Swan river. There’s a convenient store 2-mins from the hotel too. Yes, parking was a gamble. Managed to secure thru out our stay. Good parking security as you will need a keycard to access the parking area. Good room sound proofing too. Not complete toilet amneties. Washing machine (n detergent) and dryer provided. 1 standing lamp was not working in room 1011. Didnt try the other hotel facilities tho. Nevertheless, a pleasant stay there for us.

Disappointing sums it up. This property in Perth is a liability to the Fraser’s brand. Poorly maintained property . Telephone 📞 was broken so I couldn’t call for help . Bed side drawers can’t close properly, they slide open again after you try to close them. I almost kicked an opened side drawer in the middle of the night . Doors look like someone had tried to break into the room. Housekeeping is abysmal. Housekeeper ignored the ‘Do not disturb’ sign and rang the buzzer incessantly around 10:30am . When we told her to come back in 30 mins as we were preparing our young child for the day , she left in a huff . We later found out she only sorted out 1 of the 2 bedrooms in our suite and didn’t even take our the trash in the kitchenette. Food waste festered and left a horrible smell. On our last night , we did our part by calling the reception who confirmed we had a valid late check-out for 2pm the next day . You probably can guess what happened the next morning. The reception called us near 11am and told us that we had to vacate the suite and that we didn’t have a late check-out confirmed. That’s when I lost it and told her off . The lady then asked who I had spoken to the night before. What a stupid question to pose to a paying customer. I really regret tipping the staff when I had first checked in. I’m sure there are better places to stay that won’t ruin your vacation .

Rooms were a tad underwhelming, think it was just my room , the gym and swimming pool facilities are amazing. Service is great, location is good for cricket grounds, great area for long waterfront walks. Overall bang for buck, everything is above average and can’t really complain too much . Price may be just a tad to much for it but it is Perth so it’s your fault for going there

I was really looking forward to our stay in an apartment and left extremely disappointed. Reception was unwelcoming and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong venue. Maybe we didn't fit the profile of their ideal guest. It was a bit of a shock to be charged $30 to park my car overnight as this wasn't mentioned when I made the reservation by phone. The Room - I paid extra for a room with a spa. It seems that Fraser's definition of a spa is a bathtub with a single blower. Not what we wanted. We go to make a drink, but the ice cube trays are empty. It would have required minimal effort to fill them. We weren't prepared for the weight of the balcony door and the effort required to open it. Tried to contact reception but the phone didn't work. We were assured that someone would be up to fix it. At the time of our checking out, this had not happened. As my partner readied herself for a night out, we realised that there is no suitable lighting to put on make-up, or to fit contact lenses. She ended up sitting on the toilet seat and using the extremely small vanity recess above the sink. Also, the positioning of the toilet rolls could not have been more difficult to access. More suited to someone who is a professional gymnast. The bathrobes that were supplied were more suited to fit on a child. Checking Out - I assumed that the $100 bond that was paid would be refunded immediately. A simple task that millions of business owners do daily. After all, I paid it less than 24 hours ago. I was informed that it would take 2 to 3 days before I see that money in my account. It beggars' belief that they cannot process a refund immediately. Overall, the whole experience is one we wish to forget and hope it is never repeated anywhere else. I could not with a clear conscience recommend Fraser Suites to anybody.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating as we asked if they had a simple layout type of room as open spaces are preferred. They gave us a wheelchair friendly room which they allowed us to check-in three hours earlier. Very comfortable room. The room has a very good feeling of open space and airy. Also it feels very private as I haven't heard anyone else in the hotel and the view is very delicious, sunset giving off some stunning one of a kind colours in the afternoon/evening time.

From the moment you walk inside.. it is magical.. every single staff member was kind, friendly and obliging.. We stayed in the most delightful suite on the 17th floor.. windows from floor to ceiling and views over the water and the city from both the living room and the bedroom.. absolutely stunning in every single area.. the crisp white linen and the bathroom was so beautiful.. The restaurant food was magnificent as was breakfast.. we stayed last weekend for 2 nights and are booked in for another 2 nights this coming weekend… Thank You so much 🌷

We stay at Fraser's few times a year. Especially in the winter time, we get to enjoy the gym, sauna, spa and the indoor heated pool. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. We never had an issue during our stays. We tried other luxurious hotels in the city and I must say we feel most comfortable at Fraser's. The Rates are great & Family friendly.

We booked a night at fraiser suite and picked the wrong day upon calling them we were told we booked through expedia which we didn't we booked through the fraiser suites website so upon instruction we called expedia who had no record of us in any way yet there was a booking showing at fraiser suites! We told fraiser suites this and went back and forth for 1hr to no avail no one would help and the cost of the room at 350 was lost because it is non refundable! We tried talking to fraiser suites to explain but were told we were harrasing them and being annoying!! Are you for real we just wanted to change dates and were basically told too bad. Disgusting customer service and I am out the cost of the room I've just been robbed of my money don't book!!

Great service and lovely breakfast buffet. The staff (for the most part) are friendly and have great customer service, however, it only takes one person to pull my expectations of Frasers down so quick. I live in the apartments nearby and frequent the hotel's buffet breakfast. Upon arrival this morning, my girlfriend got told off by VICTOR THAM, the waiter incharge of FOH services. He told my girlfriend to go change as she was wearing shorts that were too short. Mind you, it was literally your normal nike girl shorts. Frustrated, she left and I sat down. I checked in with one of the other staff members to see if there was a dress code I must have not seen from the many months of coming here as a frequent customer, but there obviously wasn't any. Even the other staff lady was confused when I told her the situation. Pretty stupid since I asked Victor after our meal and he said he "just assumed" it was "not appropriate". Victor buddy, there are literally people in their swimwear right above from the pool that are dining in your establishment.

Spacious, tidy and comfortable. I did find it strange the beds were not made with a top sheet & I had to ring and ask a few times. We also had some strange red stain on a wall. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. It was a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary.

  • 2/5 Ben S. 1 year ago on Google
Average stay. The hotel does not really feel like a 5 star experience. A lot of younger people at the establishment so it’s noisy at night at times. Also, limited amenities and the request portal that you scan the QR code to access does not seem to be used by staff as I requested something twice and in the end I had to call reception, I do not mind calling reception but please get rid of the request portal if this is not looked at. In room dining has quite limited options and the rooms do not feel 100% clean, there were stains on the floor and the bin was not lined at all, some areas were also dusty. I did enjoy the pool area and sauna though. I paid around 300 for the executive bedroom… location also sucks for travellers. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience, I suggest going to another establishment.

We stayed due to checking out of very noisey hotel in east Perth, very spacious 2 bed apartment . They allowed us to check in early as well. Very clean and spacious with great pool and gym. Highly recommend for family’s wanting 2 rooms

Very disappointing! We chose the hotel as it had spa and sauna facilities. When I called up to ask if we could use these facilities the staff member told me yes, however the spa was closed when we arrived one day later. They had failed to notify me when I called. The facilities were in poor condition and required cleaning. The windows in the pool area were extremely dirty. The hot water in the shower took at least 15 minutes to heat up! The lobby bar was more like a lobby cafe. The seating was hard and uncomfortable and looked absolutely nothing like the website photos! (please see photos). It was not an enjoyable relaxing experience at all. Car parking was a nightmare due to the hotel car park being full. We had to keep moving our car to meet the parking requirements, this was also very costly! Overall very disappointing, we will not be going back!

We had a great stay at frasers. The staff were polite and the room sizes were quite generous! We are a family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We got a 2 bedroom and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the living room. It had nice views as well. The staff were polite and fairly efficient, most thanks the night duty staff such as Miki and also the nice man in glasses. Unfortunately i did not catch his name but he was very helpful when we had a power trip and he immediately came to the room to help The cleaners were very nice but the standard could improve. We recommend parking the car underground their carpark, its $30 a day. There are carpark lots above which are free but they are quickly snapped up, there are also other paid ones but you have to regularly top it up.

We had booked an executive suite for a work trip, the room was not what we had booked. We were given an easy access room that was made for someone with a disability, which we did not require. We asked reception to give us the room that we booked for but they had told us the entire hotel was booked out. Not only is it a disappointment that we could not be put into the correct room we had booked, it is a disappointment that they had clearly overbooked the room we require and gave us a room that should have been given to someone who required the ammentities.

There's some good and bad points to this hotel, the pool and spa are great for kids, staff are friendly, food is good, great veiws. But there some points they need to fix up it's not a 5 star hotel for the following reasons. I asked for a surprise for my wife on her birthday to be left in the room for our arrival but they completely forgot about it. It took 4 phone calls to get something delivered to the room, there's not enough parking when the capacity is at its limit you have to find your own parking which is in the street unsecured the furniture has scratches all over the place and linen on couches is frayed, there are cracks in the plaster on the wall which is left unattended. For the price of our particular room would have been better spent at a different hotel. When the room was late not ready on time due to an error in their system.

We stayed here 2 nights for a friends wedding. The balcony views were beautiful and the room was spacious however housekeeping needed some improvement. Room service was on time and the food was decent. I enjoyed their pancakes. I would suggest only coming here if you have a function on as there are nicer hotels in this city for the same price.

We have stayed three times at the Frazer Suites Perth. All three times we had the apartment and found it to be very spacious and value for money. Having basic kitchen facilities was very convenient as disappointingly the restaurant was not open at any of the three times we stayed. I would however offer a suggestion of attention to detail with the cleaning as there were stains on the lounge suite and carpet. Other than that we found the room service to be very accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

Safe wasn't working and after asking 3 times we gave up. Disappointed as we had 2 weeks stay with them. Wardrobe door hinge was hanging off. Had to ask for toilet rolls and towels as were not replaced. Staff at desk never acknowledged guests when entering building. Asked for light bulb replacement but not done. Carpets not vacuumed, tables not cleaned. Toilet pan loose and hot water changeable when showering. Not a 5 star hotel..

Rooms were a good size, location was in a quiet area, however hotel is in desperate need of upgrade. Rooms are tired and looks as though this was built as a luxury hotel 10+ years ago and it hasn't been touched since. Stayed at Intercontinental Perth at beginning of trip and you see the difference in what an actual 5 star should be in terms of service and room amenities. Would recommend as a 4 star paying those sort of rates accordingly.

Gee I wish I’d read the reviews about this place before we booked our holiday to Perth! From the moment we checked in the toilet wouldn’t flush even the smallest pieces of toilet paper. We reported this straight away with the reception staff who assured us they would get it sorted. We came home from dinner and once again the toilet wouldn’t flush. Next morning my partner and myself had to go and use the restrooms down stairs in the foyer. Once again we reported the problem and once again they said they would fix it. We stayed here for three nights and my rage and anxiety increased every time I needed to use the bathroom. We should have asked for another room or been offered another room, but we believed in good faith that the problem would be fixed. For the money that we paid for this 5 star hotel I would expect better service and a bloody toilet that works! I’m very disappointed with my stay here and would never stay here again nor recommend it to my friends or family.

Nice hotel but unfortunately very over priced for what it is. Stayed there on a Sunday night room only and parking came to 325 $. Each time I was in the lobby area there was dirty tables. The unisex toilet was filthy in the lobby. The wet towel was on the ground as you enter the building all evening. The restaurant was closed as we stayed on a Sunday night. The pool pictures are different to reality which was disappointing. Carpets also could do with a hover.. no bin bags in our room. Staff were nice and efficient with check in
