Never ever provide your credit card details with these guys , better pay cash otherwise once you vacate the room they will charge extra money from our account saying that cleaning charges. During our three days stay in this hotel , no cleaner came to clean the room and they dont even came to us and told us where to keep the dust and also no bed sheets has been changed and on top of it they are expecting the bed sheets to be cleaned as it was given before, since we used for three days definitely there will be some foldings and strains. They lost our trust and saying that they maintain the records hard copies only.when I asked them "you would have informed before charging that , they said they sent an email and they email was not mine :D" since they have my mobile number they can contact me which they didn't .So this is one type of thefting the money from customers trust/bank.

Clean and tidy motel, free parking, coffee and tea. Good location , convenient public transport.A fridge in kitchen where has basic cooking ware. We were stayed there 2 times. The first time just a few hours stayed. The second time that was impressed. When I was checking in other hotel, I realised who booked wrong day. So I booked city waters motel in very short time. I was there before 2pm, tried to check in early without asked them, because I bought freezer food before. A man who looked like Southern Asian( sorry for that if you was not) I guessed he asked cleaner who cleaned my room early. Luckily I could check in. Thank you for his helpful. I can’t drive who spent much time on traveled to hotels, he let me can take a rest asap.

I was expecting worse but it was "ok". We booked one week, the first night there was a cockroach walking on the ceiling... Free parking (when all the spots are not taken). The place and particularly the rooms and kitchens definitely need a refreshment! Internet was ok. The windows inside the rooms can not be locked so I was a bit concerned about it, at least they could put a stick so people from outside can not open it. There is at least one security guard all the time. You get what you get for the price!

The staff are very polite and friendly. However, the place is quite dirty. The stairs up to the motel room are covered in bird facaes and the room is quite up there too. The carpet was sticky and spotty and not hoovered, and the room felt a bit sad and dark. I felt more like being in a halfway house than a motel. Though, the bed was incredible. It was so soft and comfortable, I slept soo well even after a pint of coca cola. The aircon is also very lovely. I thought it would be humid and hot but it was very beautiful. The shower too looks lovely an clean

What an excellent place to stay while in Perth. Absolutely love this place. The accomodation I had was the 2 room unit for 6 adults with kitchen and batroom. We love the layout and having free parking was helpful. My suggestion to this property would be to have better water pressure in some of the rooms. I look forward to my next stay with them. The staff are helpful and friendly too...

Well i checked in not this saturday but the one before it is a monday now. I was told that if i paid bond by credit card that it would go back into my account instantly by the staff which worked for me because i have little money they then said it wpuld be 5 buisness days which really annoyed me. But now it has been 6 buisness days and i havnt got the money back and i am staving. The room had dodgy half done wiring going everywhere. And the staff have only been insulting while ive been trying to get my bond back. I would not recomend a stay at this hotel.

Very clean, spacious rooms with small little kitchen, great parking and location, super friendly staff, affordable price - would definitly come back!

The carpets were stained and had chewing gum stuck to them. The hot water did not work and I had to have a cold shower. The room itself was generally dirty and smelled awful. There was long hairs on the pillowcase. The security chain on the door was broke. They did not accept American Express even though there was a sign for it. The bedside lamp flickered and gave me an electric shock. Booked through booking.com. Booking.com customer service did not care about the issues and put the electrical shock down as an inconvenience asking me to prove it with a picture??

Little costly but good place to stay in cbd, you will get all basic cookware and common laundary room. They don't provide house keeping staff so cleanig is self responsibility. 1km from Woolworth, Kmart , Rise supermarket 24x7 and other restaurants.

I would have liked to have given them more stars but not able to as they cancelled on us. I had organized two of our staff to stay there as it was the perfect spot and had everything they needed. But they cancelled on us due to a third party card. We don't use a third party card and our staff are able to provide a credit card which I told them. So you have lost over 1000 dollars and didn't even ring us to talk to us. We were thankful enough to find somewhere else that has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. It's called communication. The rooms look good but the customer service is not good at all. Would not advise you to stay here if you don't want to be cancelled on. And the guy I spoke to on the phone could have been a bit happier it sounded like he was annoyed that I called.

I would give 100 stars if I can lol. The whole team was so friendly, helpful, considerable and nice. The location is perfect for a traveler where you can walk to most of the places of interest.

Location fantastic right on waterfront. Thick walls ensures good soundproofing and excellent sleeps. The place was clean and spacious- the kitchen was a separate room. Very good facilities. When standing outside found it had a surprising good community feel with other tenants friendly and happy. Wish I’d been able to stay the whole week. Prices are norm as everywhere’s expensive nowdays but this place could easily sleep 5-8!

Rude staff, rooms smell terrible and never been so disgusted in my life with a motel. Wouldn't recommend staying here for the price charged unless you like living in filth and being treated like dirt.

Had a great first impression on a Thursday. Went in to rent long term and a very nice and polite Asian lady has given me some information on prices and availability. Went back in on a Monday to check if anything has become available and the rudest man has not even bothered to let me explain what I was told by the other staff member. Was intending to rent for a few months but what a disappointment.

Bring Ur Own CLEANING Products actually suggest book else where i had no other option but to stay overnight as reception was closed and could not contact manager on phone for a refund so i could stay elsewhere ,i had to purchase cleaning products and spent 2 hrs cleaning, scrubbing mould cleaning walls floors bath tub etc so kids and i could use amenities we had to endure of smelt like mix of urine mould musty stale smoke in room all night i am still incomplete shock how they present such a disgusting dirty filthy room to guests and charge money for it and if you leave dishes or mess they charge u $40 per hour lol u can tell that room had not been cleaned properly in yrs i feel they just change sheets and put new bin bag in room that's it

They won't clean your room, as long as you occupy the room due to COVID. Becareful while vaccating the room, if you don't leave the room neat and tidy, you will be charged a whole day charge as you leave your credit card details.

Very affordable and central location rooms are old fashioned style with everything you need for a self contained apartment if you're looking to cook for yourself or bring back take away meals the kitchenette was supplied with all your cooking facilities and utilities

Very good value for money. Close to shopping centre, river and.Elizabeth Quay. Clean. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything works. Generally for Perth CBD though, very few places to eat after 4pm except high end places. Recommended. Would stay here again.

Booked for an overnight stay with hubby. Very old, maybe sixties building but very clean and tidy. Great for a budget overnight stay with a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Would be good for a family or couple on a budget. Plenty of places to explore and eat/drink nearby. Free inner city transit nearby to get into the city and back. Limited parking so best to try to check in as early as you can. Friendly staff - even lent us an umbrella! Also received text to make sure all was ok and we wer enjoying ourselves.

For the money it is perfect. Friendly helpful staff. cleaned and fresh towels daily The best shower easy to adjust and good water flow. Handy to everything. Kitchenette was a bonus. Thank you to the staff we had a great stay at City Waters.

I absolutely loved this family friendly stay . No pool or outdoor area . But besides that..it was great! . Mattress and pillows were 5 star ! . I really enjoyed our stay here. Central area and all round thought it was great
