Nice hotel overall but only recommended for those who use ride share or maybe drive. Hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Hotel looks new and well maintained. Good service from hotel staff who are helpful. Location wise, the hotel is located some distance away from the main Perth centre. This can be great as it is quiet and also very close to Kings Park and Botanic Garden, and Swan River, which is great for those who run. However, it is some distance if you try to walk to and from the centre of the city, which I identify as the area near Perth train station and Northbridge.

The hotel is very well located. The room was OK, but the sheets and towels had many stains on them. When we first entered the room, the shower was clogged so we had to contact the front desk to fix it. The next day we also wanted to have our room cleaned, but the service desk told us that they didn't offer cleaning service that day. Overall, it was an OK hotel, but don't expect great quality.

Comfortable Perth stay! My friend and I shared an executive studio and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well designed and modern with a small but well equipped kitchenette. The reception and housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful and we were super impressed that the room was serviced daily (except for Sundays and public holidays) during a time when a lot of hotels and serviced apartments are not providing this service! It's close to the Mount Hospital and if you want to visit Kings Park, it's just in front of Jacob's Ladder (242 steps). The only issue is that there is no parking on site - we used a combination of the 1 hour metered street parking ($5 per hour and free on Sundays and public holidays) and the Wilson car parking station ($25 per 24 hours) a 10 minute walk away.

Awesome stay during my intial days in Western Australia. Walkable to CBD and quiet place to live. Just under neath the infamous Jacob's Ladder.

Not happy at all.I booked this place after specifically asking prior to booking if rooms are serviced on regular basis as this is of utmost importance to me and my family as I'm a medical professional here for work on one of the hospital's. I was told YES DEFINITELY it is. So I went ahead and booked it for 5 days. Day one: not serviced fully. Day two: not serviced at all,had to call and arrange for someone to service. Day three had to call again but was told"we don't service rooms everyday, we give priority to guests arriving on that day.You were given false information" Please see pictures attached of service that was performed later that day. Seriously unorganised management and I'm definitely not happy and would not recommend this place. First time I've had this kind of experience from a Quest Chain. Hence one star.

Great little place to stay in the city, service was amazing, only down side no on site parking but carpark in easy walking distance.

As a motel it was excellent. However, parking was a major problem as I could only walk a maximum of 100 metres. Used Mount Hospital car park.

Small rooms with everything you need, cleanest hotel room ive been in in a long time, so close to transport and great pricing

Not particularly impressed, parking is atrocious, the room was very average, not particularly clean, pink mould in the shower, dishwasher was dirty and full of old tablet, bags of rubbish in the halls, the bed was comfortable.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE: The room is perfect for a manual wheelchair. The bathroom has a step free shower, a toilet with grab rails and a low sink/mirror. The night manager was super helpful, allowing us to park in the area out the front, if he didn’t allow this it would of made it difficult get in and out of the car using the street parking. He was super friendly and lovely to chat to as well! All of the staff were really accommodating and I’d rate this place high for wheelchair access.

The room was very nice. Had everything we needed. Housekeeping were extremely good. The only disappointing thing was the internet. It was very slow

The 1st apartment I've ever stayed in that has zero parking. Only guaranteed parking available is 10minute walk. Huge inconvenience

Very disappointing, there was no hot water and no one at reception to inform. The toilet was dripping all night and the parking was 15min walk away that we had to pay for.

The rooms are great, service at check in was friendly the location is fantastic as it is close to the conference centre ... but there is no parking, and I mean no parking. I returned my rental and opted to walk everywhere.

Clean rooms, but that's about it. Wifi speed is horrendous. The room must be lined with lead as the phone signal is also terrible. The compendium qr code doesn't work, and zero hotel parking is very inconvenient. There is no toilet seat on the toilet for some unknown reason. No rush to stay at this location again.

We booked hotel through Expedia for nine nights and paid them in advance but we stayed four nights (missed first night due to Quantas delayed flight! At third night we discussed with front desk about our changed travel plan and front desk confirmed about refund of four nights! When we leave the accommodation, during handed over the key the front desk confirmed the refund with the management! They have the computer in front of them and easily told us the booking is non refundable or non- refundable! But when I chase the refund, the front desk replied about missing the first night and advised to claim the airlines but no response to the under four nights! When I contacted the Expedia after failing to get reply from Quest, Expedia told me the hotel has strict policy as not to refund being non-refundable booking! I have no option to complain to WA govt. tourist and hospitality departments!

Won’t be coming back here. Stayed for 4-5 days and housekeeping didn’t come once, even though I spoke to 3 separate people to try to resolve it. They claimed my DND sign was on the door, which was patently false — I was gone every day from 7am-5pm and removed the sign. Experienced a major temperature issue and flagged it up to management. A surly lady working Sept 25 (Sunday) morning couldn’t have cared less and didn’t resolve the issue all day. I’ve stayed in 5 Quests and this was by far the worst. Definitely won’t be going back.

Over all the experience was fairly pleasant, could have been a little better with service in terms of cleaning, we had to ask multiple times for items which never arrived. But besides this its a good hotel and a beautiful spot!

When I arrived their system was down, which was just a start of the terrible service at this no care hotel. Our room was not cleaned and upon asking if we can get our rooms cleaned (as advertised) the response from front desk was “it’s not available”, despite our booking including daily housekeeping and us staying there for a whole week. Upon raising our concerns the night manager shrugged his shoulders and said “just write to this email address. We have 70 rooms to clean, they clean every room every day.” Book yourself in at an Air BnB and avoid this rust infested hole at all costs (yes, there is rust in the bathroom).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Manager rude, staff incompetent. Booked for a week but needed to extend 2 days and was told by the member of staff that this was fine. However, then received a call whilst at work saying that I needed to get my stuff and get out. The Staff member that said it was fine to extend by 2 nights was contacted and said that they had not said that it was OK to extend. Complete and utter disgrace of a hotel.

Nothing worked during our 4 days stay. It first started with the washing machine in our room. It looked like it had been broken for days as it was beeping when we arrived. We managed to turn it completely off to stop the the beeping. We requested the machine to be fixed and it was just one excuse after the next. During the day the staff were too busy to fix it and during the evening no one was available. This went on for our whole stay. Secondly, the heating in the room didn’t work. Similarly, on requesting for this to be rectified we had the same excuses. We literally slept in the cold for 2 nights until finally they found us another room. I wouldn’t normally complain about the hearing in the room but at the moment the temperature has dropped down to 5-6 degrees at night in Perth. Thirdly the house keeping does not come everyday. Although it is advised that our rooms are to be cleaned everyday this did not happened. There was literally one occasion where I heard the house keeping staff said “we will just mark the room as cleaned” without cleaning when referring to our room. Our room was cleaned half the time during our stay. The staff were friendly enough and were happy to listen to our problems, but just could not and were not able to help with our basic needs and the basic function for the room. Considering, the price we paid for our stay,, I expect the room to be functioning at the very least. Only 1 star for me and would pick a 0 star if that option was available.

Had a wonderful stay at Quest Mounts Bay Road. Booking process was simple and reasonable price. Location of hotel is fabulous! Close to CBD and just below the gorgeous Kings Park. Comfortable, clean rooms at a very decent price. Only downfall is very minimal parking available on street.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We loved the location, easy walking to PCEC/bus port, and had a lovely park opposite we enjoyed walking in. The room had everything we needed for our 3 day stay, for 2 adults and 4 year old. We would definitely stay here again. The reason we didn’t give 5/5 was the cleaning let the room down. There were 2 beer bottle lids and a cigarette under the sofa bed in the lounge. Also we stayed over the weekend and as there were no room cleaning services on a weekend, we didn’t have enough tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.

Although there was very limited parking for guests and visitors, this was the only fault I could report otherwise the staff were very informative and easily approachable. The rooms/units were very modern and great for family stays kitchenette well equipped. For prep and cooking of meals, room size bathrooms very spacious and allow for wheelchair access, upkeep of rooms were of high standard. The availability to use onsite laundry fully complementry was surprisingly unexpected. Security via the use of swipe cards allocated to room made entry to non guests unobtainable.

Great place to stay! Modern rooms and only a short walk to the CBD. Staff were very helpful. Had a motion detection light start playing up in the room and the reception staff immediately went about getting it fixed ASAP. Won't hesitate to stay here again

A great CBD location right below Kings Park. A short 2 minute stroll from the Mount Hospital so perfect if you are visiting for medical reasons. Rooms a well appointed apartments , with everything you need to self-cater. An on-site free laundry room which includes dryer facilities is a great bonus if you are staying for several days. The staff are excellent , polite and communicate punctually when organising any additional requirements. The frequently smiles from the reception desk through to house keeping add a warm touch to your stay. If you are needing an inner city location for either personal or corporate needs , the Quest on Mount will not disappoint.

was locked out of my room at 2am in the morning because my key card got demagnetised, there were no staff or help around to resolve this so I waited 2 hours outside in the freezing cold , had to contact HR in the end . I then forgot my purse in the room, rang the hotel to ask them to check in the room and I was told to wait until tomorrow for someone to go and have a look. Horrible customer service and will never be staying here again. Staff were so rude and non welcoming.

Very tranquil and quiet end of the city, in easy walking distance to food and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the staff and high level of service. Rooms are well equipped and some have a wonderful floor to ceiling window of green shrubbery. Staff were polite helpful and kind. I could easily stay at this hotel again.

Best place to stay. I had problems and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Best service I have had anywhere. It's the only place we will stay when in Perth. Next time I will get to enjoy it😁

Really great staff and super helpful when you get in for your stay. The rooms are quite fresh and modern and most have a lovely view of the park across Mounts Bay Road. Inexpensive, clean, comfortable and pleasantly nice. Parking is a bit of a drama, have to park out on Mounts Bay Road and topping up the parking meters is a bit of a pain, but you can't win them all. Will definitely stay there again.
