COMO The Treasury Perth, Australia is one of old state building , which form part of the cathedral square development. There are 48 elegant guest rooms, cornicing, balconies and cupolas. Facilities are open including two restaurants, bar, lounge and library. Apart from all most welcoming hospitality staff that welcome you. And serve you and feel like a home. Clean and fresh food, fresh juices and much more. Must stay here once and enjoy beautiful and dreamy days of life.

Return over night stay and certainly won’t be the last. From the minute you arrive to the second you leave you are made to feel like you are the only person staying there. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, luxurious rooms.

The food was spectacular. Half way through we thought the 8-course may have been too much but it was perfect. In reflection it is good value for what we paid with all the amazing flavours and little bursts of taste you would expect from what is now the best meal I have had in Perth. Topped off by spectacular service. Thank you for a lovey birthday night, well delivered.

We've recently spent 4 nights at Como The Treasury as part of our anniversary celebrations - wow! We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The building is beautiful with everything finished to an extremely high standard - our room was simply magnificent. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was wonderful throughout - all of our needs were catered for. The hotel gym was well equipped and guests were even able to take yoga and pilates classes whilst at the hotel. Staff at the hotel were so helpful and incredibly attentive - everyone we spoke to had a "can do" attitude - nothing was too much trouble for them. The location of the hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed exploring Perth and Fremantle. The highlight of our stay was a day trip to Rottnest Island - a really lovely day out! Without a doubt Como The Treasury is the best hotel we have ever stayed at - we really would love to go back and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the property.

We stayed for three nights to celebrate a birthday and this hotel was absolutely lovely. I cannot fault service, it was impeccable, any time we called down to request something (new towels etc) the staff were at our door within minutes. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, the shower had amazing water pressure, the indoor pool and gym were great to wake up to in the morning, and the options for food and drink were brilliant. the staff who work the valet are so professional and welcoming. We also had massages at the spa and they were also very nice. I'd recommend Como the treasury for those wanting a relaxing, quiet stay.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The only issue was the concierge standing at the front and not assisting at all! Very rude...

The most incredible place to stay in Perth. Great location with a 5-minute walk down to the river. Also located just 5-minutes walk from the shops. However, this is if you actually want to leave the COMO. The staff are better than any international hotel. They get to know your names, they go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and the facilities - pool, gym and restaurants are brilliant. POST is a favourite for us. Chef Kim creates the most amazing food. The hotel manager Jesse has created an incredible experience for people to stay and you will not be disappointed with anything at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and Luke from Telegram downstairs has the best coffee in Perth!

Very elegant and unique hotel, felt like we were in a calm and serene place every time we step back inside the building. The bedroom we had is amazingly extra large. The lighting is a bit too soft for my liking but it adds to the mystery of the place. We love the indoor swimming pool, protected from the cool strong wind coming from the riverside and extreme heat during summer. Of course, I love the room freebies and service is as expected of a five star accommodation.

We stayed 2 nights for our honeymoon and the entire stay was amazing. Every staff person at every vendor we went to (post, beer corner, long chim, petition, wine merchant and wildflower) were personal and helpful and we felt very well looked after our entire stay. It's clear to see when you are there why it is one of the top hotels in the world. Thanks for a great honeymoon.

Afternoon tea at Cape Arid is absolute perfection. The food simply is amazing. The effort that has gone into creating every element of each component was not wasted on us. The honey cheesecake was divine and the little extras like the vanilla cream with the scones and the crunch topping on the savoury tart just added to the flavour sensation. One of the best afternoon tea culinary experiences in Perth.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. From start to end, it was seamless and just perfect. We were greeted kindly, our room was magnificent, the bath tub was lovely, dinner at Petition was delicious and breakfast at Post was sensational. Any and all of our requests were always met with kindness and efficiency, and we treated ourselves to a couples massage which was divine. So relaxing. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful place more.

The most beautiful 5 star hotel in Perth! & the perfect location to get ready for my wedding day. All of the staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are just phenomenal with plenty of space for hair & makeup. I look forward to returning each year on our anniversary 🤍

Beautiful building in the hearts of the state building, I was amazed by Kerry Hill's designs and booked a package for two nights that included breakfast, valet parking and a shambhala massage for two. I would have to say this was one of the best experiences I had, from the interior of the rooms, to the toiletries that were provided all work intricately together to bring a special experience. All the staff were very welcoming and professional, linen were soft and clean, ticking all the right boxes. I especially like the detailed hand written notes and daily update prints that had Australia Flora on them, it gave a very personal touch to the experience. Overall Fantastic and I Would definitely recommend staying at the treasury.

Do not overlook this amazing hotel. It is perfect for coupes or those who want a quieter luxury hotel Located perfectly for seeing all Perth has to offer. The hotel is everything you could hope for, amazing rooms, excellent restaurants, a perfect pool and gym and most of all fantastic staff. We felt so comfortable here .

Beautifully restored heritage building with relatively good service. Wonderful place to explore and there are genuinely interesting retail outlets on the premise. (Chef’s edge, Teassential etc) This would have been a 5 star rating from me if not for a few blips during my stay. Firstly, we were given expired toothpaste in the dental kits that had hardened and was unusable, we were given a full sized tube of Colgate toothpaste when we called to inform them. Dental kits weren’t provided by default so perhaps their existing stock had been there for a while. Secondly, the blackout blind for the skylight in my room(treasury room) was spoilt, letting light in right smack onto the bed. We only realised when we switched off the lights to sleep close to midnight. (Picture attached) With the streetlight outside, getting sleep was impossible so we were moved to the room next door(which was a beautiful studio suite). It was quite disruptive to move some of our things over at midnight whilst in bathing robes. The next morning, I unwillingly learnt that the blinds/curtains in the suite aren’t completely blackout so if you are a light-sensitive sleeper like me, you’ll probably wake up at 7am and stare at the admittedly beautiful ceiling. At least your attempt to caffeine up will be successful because the coffee at Post is great even tho the staff there is a little over enthusiastic at removing your plates. Despite all the criticisms, I’d probably still recommend the hotel and return at some point, just with a pair of eye shades next time.

Stayed here Friday, Saturday night, our second stay at Como and it was so nice. Great location for restaurants and shopping. From the glass of bubbly on arrival to the heated bathroom floors in our room, you know it's a level above most hotel rooms. Staff were amazing, from hotel manager upon arrival, staff in Post organising our breakfast to the gentlemen parking our car, they all made us feel special and welcome.

Set a little back from the Bell tower and on the edge of the CBD. Amongst the best hotels in Australia. Great selection of casual restaurants from Italian to Thai. Staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you may need. Rooms are super comfortable with everything you expect. Bed was good, but not great, mattress seemed to be showing its age. All the in room amenities are very good. Our go to place to stay in Perth CBD area.

Having many clients come to Perth on business I always recommend the Como as I know my clients will be looked after and enjoy their stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and guests are looked after. Highly recommend.

A very belated post. By nearly a year. I can't believe I forgot at the time. COMO The Treasury is an amazing hotel. Understated luxury. You can feel it in the air. You are somewhere special. The bedroom is probably the biggest we have ever stayed in. Bigger than some apartments we have lived in! Expensive. And worth every penny.

Our first time experience were absolute wonderful! Me and my partner celebrated birthday for 2 nights. We received a lovely written notes and honey cakes when entering to our room. The receptionist were friendly, greeted us and as well as explaining all facilities in the building. The staffs were very friendly and responsive; supplying water to our room and making rooms. Breakfast at Post was very nice, love the Shambalah Juice. Overall highly recommended Como The Treasury, very care to details.

Certainly! Here is a 5-star review for a hotel I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. It was truly a luxurious experience from start to finish. The decor and architecture were stunning and the attention to detail was second to none. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness center, which were both outstanding. The food was also delicious, and the breakfast The location was perfect Overall, I had an absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The high tea at Cape Arid at COMO is absolutely divine. The most elegant and high-class high tea I've had in my life. The service was so conscientious and professional, along with the beautiful setting and artworks at Cape Arid. I am definitely coming back regularly!

Stayed here for final 2 days of our trip. It is just a fantastic hotel and a superb full stop to our visit "down under". Knew it would we good as soon as we pulled up outside. A warm welcome from Peter at the door and then Yasmine who then checked us in with good humour, friendly approach and professionalism. She in fact took us to our room explaining the layout of the hotel and its attractions. She was a wonderful asset to the hotel. The room was calming and had a great bathroom and a bed that gave a great nights sleep. If I ever go that way again I would do my best to stay there again. Great staff, room and facilities. If you can, go and stay there.

Been meaning to write a review after my recent stay. The staff are wonderful and the rooms immaculate. A world class hotel right in the heart of our city. My partner and I had a great time.

Everything from the rooms to service was exceptional. My partner and I especially loved dinner at Post, which would of had to be one of the best meals I've ever had. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and all of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Both my partner and I can't wait for our next stay.

“BREATH TAKING & FABULOUS”.. stayed at The Como Treasury during our wedding recently and it was our PlanB option! I AM SO THRILLED we ended up here! Located conveniently near retail shops, food outlets AND ‘wedding photos’ here are a must! It was truly a marvellous stay and the set up for ‘Our Big Day’ exceeded our expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here, the Room we had was SO Spacious and simply luxurious, super Clean, outstanding customer service and the attention to details are second to none! Our heart felt thanks & gratitude to George & the Team for making our stay absolutely WONDERFUL and being so accommodating during our stay. My Family, my Partner and I absolutely loved the experience and we will return again soon! Thank you TEAM! Simply Gorgeous!!!

I honestly wish I could give it more stars. Took my Mother there this afternoon for the High Tea. Nothing short of stunning. Staff amazing, decor fabulous and, oh my, the FOOD! All food locally & ethically sourced from the state's south west Cape Arid region. Each morsel was beautifully presented & packed with delicious flavours. I told the Chef, that I 'saw God' & it was a 'religious 'experience. Rivals any high tea in Singapore or Europe. Will most definitely be returning. Thank you to all concerned.

Our 2-night stay at the Como Treasury was a wonderful experience. Right from check-in to check-out everything was seamless and the customer service was exceptional. Our Heritage room was spacious, modern and clean. Many of the bar fridge drinks were included and there was a selection of snacks also as well as Teassential tea and Nespresso machine. The decor was minimalist and tasteful and we loved everything from the floral arrangements to the lamps. Even the scent throughout the entire hotel was delightful. We loved the turndown service in the evening to freshen the room. The pool area was clean and looked inviting with new towels always folded at the end of the loungers. Would like to acknowledge the staff at Post and Cape Arid Rooms - the lovely lady that greeted us each morning and the waitstaff - Jake (?) and Tom - who were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items, and had great sense of humour. They were so helpful and didn’t judge us when we asked to box up the food we couldn’t finish to bring back to our room for later. In fact, all Como staff including those at reception, valet and Shambala Spa, were delightful. Highly recommend a stay at the Como. Perhaps the pricetag seems a lot higher than other hotels in Perth, but rest assured, you are paying for a quality experience.

11 out of 10 for attention to detail with their service and the quality of the rooms. We stayed to celebrate a significant birthday and were greeted with champagne in the room. Every detail of the hotel and the room was beyond expectations and of the highest quality. The building in itself is a fascinating maze that adds to the experience. Yes, there are cheaper hotels but none have the feeling of COMO The Treasury.

It's a strange establishment that meanders from very good to poor. Front Office staff welcoming, went to Post to get a GT only to be told no but "I think the beer corner is open, come back in half an hour". The beer corner was indeed open, pity about the bar staff's demeanor. Petition, where the welcome was pleasing and the food and service on song, lifted this rating to a 2. Washrooms (male at least), had a bad smell.

My family and I had 5 rooms and we stayed over the Easter weekend for my wedding. We had the most pleasant stay and absolutely loved every minute of it. The COMO is something so special and the service from all the staff was amazing. It is by far the best hotel we have stayed in and will 100% be coming back to stay for our future anniversaries. From the moment you check in, the staff were so friendly and made our wedding weekend so easy and as relaxing as possible. Breakfast at The Post was super delicious and loved all the complimentary chocolates, snacks, drinks in our room. The rooms are huge and so comfortable. We didn't want to leave! Can't wait to go back. Thank you COMO The Treasury for everything! You made our wedding weekend perfect!

Elegant, posh, unpretentious hotel with caring, attentive staff. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay for one night but that night was unforgettable. Beautiful room with high ceilings and innovative technology, great location, and a view overlooking the park. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay in a COMO in the future! :D

Very good overall experience. Loved the room and personalized cards in the room. Small annoyance with a staff during communication about usage of the gym. Enjoyed exploring the building.

I booked a Heritage room for my Fiancé and I for our anniversary for 1 night. I loved their couple massage and I wanted to do it again which is the main reason I booked a hotel stay with them to get the full experience. The checkin was quick and we were attended to straight away and escorted to our room which overlooks the Cathedral Square. The view from the window is just pretty! The room is clean and very spacious. The bed huge and comfortable (this is a must for me and my partner as we invest so much on our bed as we value a really good night sleep). Since I have indicated I was 26 pregnant, the room they assigned to us is not along major roads and with access to both stairs and elevators for convenience but unfortunately, during our stay, we were woken up by rude guest shouting at 12 midnight. I have raise my issue with the management when we checked out and they gave us 30% discount. They also send me a complimentary return visit in a spacious Heritage Room and noted to book us to rooms with private corridors. We'll come back and give it another try and will update this review again. I badly need another massage which is 110% I highyl recommend!

First time stay whilst in the beautiful city of Perth on a Business trip. Thus far the hotel, room, ambience & staff have been amazing and I. Annoy wait to sample more. The Treasury is well deserving of its 5 stars, this now is my chosen hotel whilst in Perth for Business or Pleasure.

This hotel is amazing!! From the moment you step foot in the door you are treated like royalty. The room was beautiful, the pool was lovely, breakfast at Post was delicious and the team are pure joy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Can not wait to stay again

My husband and I recently stayed at the Como as a treat for us to celebrate our birthdays. We had a wonderful welcome from the staff and it was such a great start with a lovely chat and a glass of bubbles. The room was huge and the hotel is very beautiful. It has everything you need for a total relaxing time. The only thing that let our trip down was the breakfast, we love having a great breakfast when we stay at a hotel especially when your paying $1000 pn but it was just very underwhelming for a hotel of this class. It was probably one of the most basic breakfasts I’ve had in a 5 star hotel just not much choice and a to be honest and a bit bland, I was hoping for a more especially as it was in Post and I’ve heard such great things. The first day we went we were offered a selection of pastries that we were excited about and we got one small plain croissant and a small chocolate one to share and that was it. The juice was under 1/2 of a glass so we had to ask for more, it tasted great but a little more would have been nice. We had breakfast in bed the next day and the dishes we chose were a little more tasty than the day before but luke warm and they forgot the fruit and pastries (they did bring us the pastries later) but the coffees were a little cold by the time the got to us. Also as it was both our birthdays I kind of though we might have had a little note or something in our room to wish us the best but we didn’t get anything extra. Overall it was a great trip, the staff were lovely and attentive and the hotel is beautiful.
