Location of the hotel is perfect. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished and well equipped )very nice to have a washing machine) However it was very tiny and the 2 small windows were both facing a wall ! I book this hotel driving the fantastic reviews and Beautiful pictures the hotel put online. I guess I had high expectations so I was very disappointed with the size and “the view”. The lack of natural light does not make you want to hang around in the apartment. The girls are reception were lovely and very helpful. The hotel should be more transparent with the rooms you are booking.

A warm greeting on arrival. The room was small but had everything we needed and in a good location. However regardless of the hotel star rating a clean room and a bed with freshly laundered linen must be the priority. To my absolute horror I discovered fresh blood stains on the doona …. For staff to simply apologise just isn’t good enough. Where is the quality control? Never again Attika

Was met with an appalling receptionist who made it 10x harder for me to enjoy my stay. Was disappointed as I was met with clear discrimination and neglect. Was threatened that security would check up on me unannounced and that they will be surveilling me throughout my stay, which made it very uncomfortable. Great place but horrible horrible service. Thanks for the bad experience Michelle or whatever her name is.

Booked a one bedroom executive room, was given an accessible room (nothing wrong with an accessible room but the shower curtains were brown and disclolored, looked really bad and was not clean) they could not get another room till the next day receptionist was not interested in what I booked and paid for

Booked two apartments a month prior to our stay only to get a phone call the night before we were travelling 500km to be told they only had one apartment available and they ruined our holiday

Checked in and the receptionist was eating lunch in our room... Not a bad stay but we were charged for waters in the room we did not take. Tried to contact reception but just got ghosted. 🤷

The location is great - it's a quick walk into Perth CBD or you can catch the free CAT service at the bus stop just around the corner from the hotel. For the price, the room was okay. The facilities were clean and comfortable, but worn - socket outlets worn to the point where plugs simply fall out, skirting boards pulling away from walls, windows that no longer latch closed. The beds were comfortable and city noise (plus neighbour noise) was minimal during the evening. We had no issues getting a good night's rest. The room and linen was cleaned every 3-4 days, and they did a thorough job of cleaning. If we stay again, I would be sure to take a Chromecast or FireStick as the televisions we're not Smart TVs - you cannot cast to them or connect them to an online streaming service.

Awesome Apt-hotel. Room are clean and tidy. They have full kitchen and utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffemaker. They also have washing machine, so you don't bother to go to the laundry nearby. Don't get me wrong for 4 star service, it was because no services after 17.00 (receptionist, housekeeping, mechanic). Front desk was friendly and very helpful. You have to pay A$200 for deposit at check-in.

Terrible service. No communication between staff and management. Still waiting for a simple issue to be resolved by managment that has cost me over $2500.

Rooms and location fantastic. If you're looking for service probably not the place for you as reception appears to be limited although could have been because we checked in Sunday arvo and out Monday morning. The room was huge and decent price. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff don't have a clue what there doing. Spoke 2 a few different Asians and they all didn't have a clue what they where doing. Then I finally got to speak to a manager who I could understand and she was completely rude. I rang at 4:30 and they close at 5. She told me I had 5 mins to deposit the bond money or stay would be cancelled. I asked 2 times don't U close at 5 and she kept saying U got 5 mins or your booking will be cancelled and no refund. I would advise know one to stay here ever as I had to sleep on the the streets that night cause know one there knew how to communicate.

Beautiful serviced apartments at a great price. I have stayed here on two occasions. The last time the coffee pod machine was not working

Photos are very deceiving , DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL , they come in at a 2 at max , double check the Rooms before you pay , rooms stink really bad could be mould , they lie saying they don't smell anything , maintenance needed to be done in room and we not told about any of it upon check it reception definitely know what's going on but acts innocent . I really don't know how they even get up to a 4 I smell fake good reviews , 3 adults and only enough linen for 2 come on its your job to make sure there is enough of everything . No city views it is tucked in a alley not enough on site parking for all rooms only 2 levels also hotel is not as big as pictured , avoid at every cost good for a cheap hotel if you can get price dropped right down , they have also tryed to get my reviews taken down by saying I have not even checked in , I have emails , bank statements , photos and videos of proof , also I have been asking for a receipt or anything to show they have given my bond back and they are that useless they keep sending me fake attached documents that has nothing attached so I'm unable to download .

Staff were nice, room was neat enough and was worth what we paid. Heaps of little cafes around if you like coffee. Bed was a little small but was really comfy and was made for us daily.

Good place to stay for my young family. Parking is AUD$28 per night but you can actually park along the road for free overnight. I learnt that the hard way so that you don’t have to. Plenty of parking too. Lastly, I booked through Agoda and was levelled an additional 2% charge because according to the manager Michelle, my booking was routed through another platform and the terms on that platform is additional 2%, which is ridiculous. Besides Michelle the anchor dragging everyone down, the stay was pleasant, room was fine, not the cleanest but acceptable by my standards. The staff were all polite and prompt to handle my request. For the price, I’m satisfied with the stay, but hopefully, the owner of Attika can hire a manager who doesn’t arrive late to work and leaves early.
