Stayed for a weekend in april following our wedding day. Stayed in the king spa suite & it was absolutely AMAZING! Anne was great to deal with & very accommodating to all our requests. I asked for something romantic 2 b set up for our arrival & she set up beautiful fragranced candles around the room & petals on our bed & a bottle of bubbly on ice waiting for us.. she even stopped traffic so that my hubby could reverse up the street to park in their secure parking. Anne even let us have very late checkout on our last day (2pm) when i requested it on our last day there. Gorgeous place to stay.. a little piece of heaven tucked away in the heart of the city.. such a well kept secret.. we will definitely be back again ... definitely recommend them highly 😊

More like an apartment, I did find the wood floors very noisy when other guests arrived, could hear people talking. The walls don't stop much noise. Also it wasn't very dark inside the rooms to sleep. Quite nice place and great location.

The hosts/owners went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. From personally meeting us, to ensure that we knew where the parking was, to having the room ready for us, including lit candles and choccies!!! Definitely staying there again!!!

What a lovely place to stay. Gary and Anne are great hosts. Lots of personal touches that makes the stay very different to the standard hotels. Great llocation. Will be be staying again

We stayed for two nights & it is an amazing place. We had an inside balcony room & loved it. Annie is a great host. The convenient location so close the the city centre was great, no driving. We will stay again.

Stunning room! We got the queen suite for our wedding day, everything was great! Location is great, everything within walking distance. Owners so welcoming. The only down for this place is if you are a smoker, you have to go outside the building to have your "before bed" smoke. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Love it.

2 Jun 2023, Friday - Arrived in Perth. I booked family a boutique hotel called New York On King located in the central CBD of Perth. This lovely boutique has 3 suites! We took up the King Spa Suite and the Queen Suite with a patio. As it was converted into a modern contemporary art house design from an old warehouse, the building retains that old industrial magnetism with fusion of modern decor. The Suites are of a homely atmosphere and asthetically pleasing. Walking thru the hallway is like walking into an art gallery with the owner's art collection. The neighbourhood is just as happening as it leads to many eateries and other restaurants and Hay St, William St, Murray St and Perth Station providing us with whatever we need to spice up our 5-night stay and act as a base to visit Mandurah, Fremantle, Rottnest and hop on the train on the Airport Central to Terminal 1. 👍🏻 We will have wonderful memories of our stay in Perth because of the hospitality of the city, it’s people, our accommodation and our hosts. Free Parkin wifi and “everything” you need and more. Home away from home. Perfect location too. Perth rail, museum, city shops and sports venues. Anne and Garry are absolutely amazing people. Bent over backwards to make me feel at home. From chocky’s on the bed to free Landry and bathroom accessories. Booked for three stayed 6 nights. Quiet and peaceful too. 👍👍👍
