liked
about
Citadine?
1)
Location
is
fantastic
within
walking
distance
to
Kingspark,
Northbridge
and
main
shopping
area
in
Perth
CBD
2)
Front
reception
were
friendly
and
helpful-
special
thanks
to
Sabi,
Tina
and
two
trainees
3)
Room
is
dated
but
spacious
and
comfortable
What
troubled
me:
1)
Credit
card
surcharge-
I
was
not
told
about
this
during
my
time
of
check
in
and
incurred
a
surcharge
of
$40
plus.
It
would
have
been
helpful
to
tell
me
so
that
I
could
have
decided
on
my
mode
of
payent
2)
Left
over
clothes
from
previous
guest-
Entered
the
room
in
my
check
in
and
there
was
a
lady's
coat
and
pants
in
the
room-
I
brought
this
down
and
passed
it
to
reception.
This
is
Indicative
that
cleaning
had
not
been
thorough
and
noone
had
checked
prior
to
my
arria

WORSE
experience/
Housekeeping-
coming
back
to
the
room
to
find
cleaning
had
not
been
done
and
when
I
told
the
reception,
they
did
not
have
anyone
to
clean
it
as
their
cleaners
are
outsourced
and
told
me
that
it
could
be
only
done
the
next
day
2nd
time
this
happened
again-
cleaner
who
came
said
she
was
only
tasked
to
clear
rubbish,
not
make
the
bed
and
change
the
sheets.I
called
reception
to
give
the
feedback
and
the
cleaner
came
back
flustered
and
troubled,
continuously
apologising
saying
that
she
had
been
told
off
and
prior
to
the
reception
telling
her,
she
had
only
been
told
to
change
the
dustbin.
This
put
me
in
an
uncomfortable
spot
as
i
had
to
manage
the
cleaner
and
tell
her
that
I
did
not
blame
her
for
mismanagement
4)Other
minor
points-laundry
not
opened
on
time
due
to
lack
of
man
power
(despite
our
call
to
reception
to
confirm
the
timing,
they
said
they
were
shortstaffed)
+
the
sheet
with
QR
code
in
the
room
showed
different
opening
hours
for
the
gym
as
opposed
to
the
timing
at
the
reception
and
the
insistence
by
staff
to
confirm
that
I
would
go
to
the
gym
soon,after
taking
a
coupon
for
it
I
have
been
given
assurances
by
the
GM
that
point
3
of
my
feedback
has
been
addressed
and
I
hope
it
has
