I
have
stayed
at
Sebel
East
Perth
over
3
times.
This
trip
was
booked
for
one
night.
One
day
before
my
arrival
I
received
an
email
reminding
me
of
my
arrival
and
check
in
time.
On
arrival,
Reception
checked
me
in
as
usual.
Once
settled
in
the
room
I
tried
and
tried
to
connect
to
the
hotel
wifi.
It
was
unsuccessful.
I
rang
the
reception
and
was
told,
the
hotel
Internet
has
been
down
for
more
than
2
days.
And
Reception
says
they
could
not
do
anything
as
it
was
the
provider’s
fault.
And
unsure
when
it
will
be
restored.
I
was
totally
shocked
by
the
answer.
They
knew
there
is
no
internet
but
never
told
the
guest
during
check
in.
If
I
knew
I
might
stay
somewhere
else
as
guest
need
Internet
to
do
work.
I
asked
for
a
portable
modem
but
was
told
none.
Very
disappointed
by
Sebel’
East
Perth
management.
Poor
standards,
lousy
customer
service
with
no
due
diligence
to
keep
guest
informed
prior
or
during
check
in.
Left
to
guest
to
discover
after
trying
and
trying.
Please
consider
if
You
intend
to
stay
there.
I
will
consider
other
Accor
hotels
