I am not one to often give a bad review unless neccassary however felt this one was needed. I personally am having an OK stay here however I overheard the manager kicking a poor young couple out of the amenities unless they were forced to pay for an extra day, the day of their check out. They had two young children with them and seemed to have their hands full. I have travelled the world and every place allows you to use their amenities the day of your check out as long as you were a guest. It looked like the manager made up her own rules and was just trying to kick them out for her own agenda. They were playing peacefully. Not disrupting anyone and we were in a very large group. Their kids were well behaved and we even had a small chat with them. When the couple questioned why this was an issue she said it was company policy and when they explained they were already given permission her rude and nasty response was that the girl on the desk was new. Apparently she asked both girls on the desk and one was training the other and wasn't new. But the manager told them to leave immediately and she had to fight to pack up her things and be given 5 mins to do so. I know this isn't one of their rules so very put off from this place based on the service they received from the manager only. If you have kids then I'd reconsider as this may not be the most kid friendly place. Head to main Perth where you have better options!!

An easy place to stay, nice and central but not in the thick of things. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our family is a bit bigger so we had adjoining rooms. The pool was a nice touch, though it could use just a little more shelter for those really sunny days. The suites are located in easy walking distance to walk paths along the Swan river and Claisebrook. There is also fast access to the city centre using the free CAT buses that pass regularly with stops just 2 minutes walk along Royal St. Or 12 minute walk to the train station- also serviced by the CAT buses.

Great hotel, lovely showers and very comfy beds. Staff very kind and helpful. Only downside is that it is quite far from the main CBD but it can be walked to along the river and there are good places to eat nearby.

Had a confirmed booking through a booking agent for November 2023. Once Coldplay concert was announced our booking was cancelled and room advertised for an extra $370 per night. Poor form so will be staying elsewhere now

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. we paid extra for the “river view” and was deeply disappointed when I opened the window to have a massive tree completely blanketing everything, such a waste. You have to pay extra for parking, and twice now I’ve been put into the “overflow” car park, which is 250 metres from my room. So we would average about 1.5kms per day of walking just to get to the car. The rooms are definitely just basic, something you would not pay $315 per night (accounting for the added parking fee). The only positive was the bed was decently comfortable... and that’s it.

I booked 1 night stay in this hotel through Agoda. When I arrived the hotel and tried to check in, the reception told me that there was no any booking for me and they cancelled my booking. No one gave me any notification through SMS or phone call!!!! My Agoda APP was still showing booking confirmed. The reception told me there was no way to resolve this issue and asked me to leave their property three times and hang up my phone!!!! Now, I am sitting on the street at 11pm and have no idea where to live.

Techically Not 5 star accomodation, but for the price it was top shelf accomodation in a great area. Free bus stops close by.

Great location in East Perth, close to everything. I booked one of the 1 bedroom apartments. The rooms are ok, with fairly basic amenities. The wifi is below average though. Connections were patchy and speeds were only around 5 Mbps. Not suitable for work, but luckily I have a sim card in my laptop.

Found the room service pretty ordinary. I stayed for 12 nights and my bed sheets got changed once and therefore the bed got made once. Bins got emptied and towels got changed satisfactory. Location is fantastic and the cove, restaurants and shops are definitely a highlight.

Stayed Sunday 5th to Monday 6th march Hotel very clean Room spotless, pool area lovely. However our stay spoiled by the rudeness, indifference and don't care attitude of girl on reception. NOT told to book parking spot when booking had to pay $26 to park in carpark. Noticed total indifference towards other guests as well as us. She told us to go in lift to 3rd floor and cross the walkway to our room on 3rd floor, why when reception is on 3rd floor? How where we expected to carry our luggage down a flight of stairs. It took someone else to show us that we could walk out side and around the corner to our room, would it have been so hard for the RECEPTIONIST TO DO HER JOB and explain this to us?? Tried to do the right thing and return our pool towels. No bin to put them in. So had to disturb the receptionist who was busy on a Mobile, and asl where to leave them. She just took 1 and with no acknowledgement dumped it on the counter to get back to her phone. I left mine to drip on the bench. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SMILE. SAY HELLO, WELCOME GUESTS. JUST BE WELCOMING, SAY THANK YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE PEOPLE PAYING YOUR WAGE on leaving, the receptionist was on the phone, left keys in drop box. But a smile of acknowledgement would not have been difficult. If you dont like people you shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. Public relations are the key elements of this job. There was NONE in this hotel apart from the cleaner.

Had to go halfway back to Graham farmer tunnel to get to door leading to room. Key card didn't work as no one else's did. Room ok & clean. Wouldn't stay there again

Highly recommend this hotel for those wanting a nice stay without the expensive price tag. Quiet location just outside the CBD yet still close enough to be able to easily access the city/eateries. Rooms are clean and great amenities.

Never will my husband & I stay here again. On arrival the receptionists were really rude! When my husband n I were sitting on the couch a huge cockroach crawled over us. Shame for the bad experiance as its a nice location & a great view.

Wonderful staff who were fantastic during my isolation. Nothing was a problem and food and drink deliveries were very prompt and left outside the door. The room was spacious and came with a wonderful view and very comfortable.

We enjoyed a staycation for 2 nights. It was close to Watertown, free Cat buses, a liquor store. You are able to self cater with a kitchenette. We didnt get up to the BBQ on the pool deck, so are unable to comment on those facilities. There is a lack of restaurants close by, if you are caught later at night, say after 8pm, you are not able to easily find something to eat.

Very convenient close to East Perth facilities. Lots of loud music coming from downstairs during my visit but solved with a pair of ear plugs.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. All the staff were super friendly. Right on the river and close enough to restaurants, bars and shops that you can walk.

Great welcome at reception on arrival. We had a river view studio room. It was clean and had a pleasant outlook, but the air-conditioning exhaust ran through our balcony and this was noisy early in the morning. It doesn't have a restaurant, but there are plenty nearby. Although it has a basic kitchenette, there isn't enough room for a table or chairs

Booked five river view rooms, and each was clean and well equipped. Great location with some wonderful dining choices. What made our stay even better though was the wonderful service. Dow on reception is an absolute delight - really friendly and helpful.

The facility was great, awesome location, room was nice only downfalls were that the room was a hike from the reception. Having to go in the lift, walk down stairs and we were unlucky to be located at the end of the corridor (there is another access door after the flights of stairs but unfortunately our cards didn’t work). Swipe cards were also a massive mishap. Ended up getting locked out of the hotel at 11pm Saturday night after using the cards all day. Called after hours service who let us in as there’s no 24hr reception. Walked to the room and the cards didn’t work. Called after hours again who had to get security to come and let us in. Security rocked up 30min later (after hours service said they could take this long) but he didn’t have a master key and had no idea where to get one so we had to wait another further 30min to get in contact with his boss to find out where the key was. Judging by the reviews we just happened to be the unlucky few but probably won’t be staying here again because on the swipe card issues.

I have stayed at Sebel East Perth over 3 times. This trip was booked for one night. One day before my arrival I received an email reminding me of my arrival and check in time. On arrival, Reception checked me in as usual. Once settled in the room I tried and tried to connect to the hotel wifi. It was unsuccessful. I rang the reception and was told, the hotel Internet has been down for more than 2 days. And Reception says they could not do anything as it was the provider’s fault. And unsure when it will be restored. I was totally shocked by the answer. They knew there is no internet but never told the guest during check in. If I knew I might stay somewhere else as guest need Internet to do work. I asked for a portable modem but was told none. Very disappointed by Sebel’ East Perth management. Poor standards, lousy customer service with no due diligence to keep guest informed prior or during check in. Left to guest to discover after trying and trying. Please consider if You intend to stay there. I will consider other Accor hotels

Very noisey rooms, we were upgraded to rooms right on the main road, the traffic noise was terrible and our rooms were also above the roller doors for the Royal pub below so had constant noise from that until 1.40 am . We got no sleep. The room was clean and of a good size but a little over priced. If you stay here request a rear facing room! It’s a good hotel in a good spot but we had a bad room, we checked out as no other rooms available and have received a part refund, hoping the rest appears shortly.

Excellent service. We asked for an upgrade to a room with a balcony and no hassles,we got it. Our flight left late and we could leave our luggage safely with staff
