Would have given them 6 stars if I could. Staff friendly and informative. The hotel and rooms are the cleanest we have stayed in this trip. Did I mention the shower is amazing the water pressure, the best shower in a hotel I have had for at least 12 months and I travel for work.

Stayed at that hotel for 2 nights on a weekend: nice room, very quiet. I was quite surprised the restaurant is closed on Sundays, meaning you can't get any breakfast. They offer to take an order from a restaurant nearby but will charge 10% for that extra.

The room booked for me was a studio room. Sufficient for bachelor (1-person). The service was cool and the hospitality was excellent. A suggestion is to have a bell at the entrance for people to ring in if they are checking in after working hours. Even though the reception is active 24/7, at night the receptionist will be inside the room allotted for them and people out can't find them from the entrance for support if they do not have a local number or Mobile connected to Wi-Fi.

The stay here is definitely a return destination. This was a choice of stay for business purposes and the location was perfect distance from place of business. If I were to rate the rooms though I guess they're definitely dated and it's probably time for them to invest in some new furnishing as it's probably not the most attractive. Entertainment like the television and in room radio are sub par. Really old products not even accommodating for the online streaming services. Once again I don't mind this place but definitely needs a little attention.

The service was good. The quality of the room is not very good - 2 bed apartment. Mould in one bathroom, other bathroom smelt of bleach for days (so they used bleach to hide the mould). Mould on a sheet in main bedroom. There’s also rust on the bottom of the door frame into bathroom. Dishwasher was dirty and had slime in it. Beds were hard a rocks and thin/gross pillows. No extra pillows or blankets, so you had to sleep with air con (I don’t like that). There was some dodgy looking people hanging around the front and elevators at times (sometimes a security guard there). The front of the building is the nicest part - I would not recommend if you’re particular about comfort and cleanliness. Parking is also next door and can be a pain when it’s raining. Also I’d not recommend staying on a level near the roof top bar- as you will not get any sleep till early hours of the morning as all you hear is chairs grinding and noise. Lastly, it’s a mess when having a shower as the doors don’t seal and due to poor tiling water runs into the bathroom though doesn’t enter the drain because it has not been bedded correctly. So you have to clean up with the thin papery mats and towels provided, so then have sopping wet mats and towels that have to be washed and dried.

Good location with very easy access to free public transport. Great rooms and very well kept. Very noisy at night but moment you close windows blocks all noise out. Had to make a last minute change to booking and they very nicely accommodated my request even though I wasn't entitled to it. Will be back again.

One of the few hotels in Perth that allow your pets to come along on your trip with you! At this time writing this review, we only paid $30 extra a night for our pet to come along. It was clean, view was pretty nice, location isn’t too bad for a city hotel, public transport is pretty accessible. Looking forward to coming back when their bar opens a couple floors higher.

As a corporate traveler, Quest East Perth was perfect. Friendly service, ease of parking, quiet night times, well appointed rooms. Will be back.

Generally good. The front stairs at the old church part can be a bit tough with bags but overall good

The apartment is clean and looks new, the location a bit far from cbd shops n streets mall. You better avoid staying on the weekend due to lots of people non guests visit the roof top bar. The good thing is there are 1 security stay by near the lift.

Appropriateness of location will depend upon your reasons for visiting Perth, however the location suited my needs and it was easy to get around using public transport. Rooms and service was fantastic.

Booked a studio apartment so tiny we had to place our cases on the table and desk. No couch or lounge chair only the bed to sit on. Very comfortable enormous king size bed. Great bathroom but room very small. Lifts are super slow especially at busy times. Great roof top bar with friendly staff and the view is sensational. Location is great so easy to everything. Maybe the 1 bedrooms are better sized.

The aussie and asian girl in reception are the rudest people you'll ever met. No politeness, no smile and just plain dismissive. Please train your staff on good customer service and not make guests feel like they are unwelcome.

This place… definitely haunted! The facade is an old church which do I need to say more spooky as heck! That being said everything inside is amazing, the staff are lovely, the views are lovely, the ghosts are very hospitable. 5 stars!

The room was really clean but they have centre control air conditioner I couldn’t access until bedtime. I felt a bit disappointed with one of the receptionists in the morning. Didn’t have hospitality attitude, felt not welcoming and maybe he still half sleepy. The location was definitely far from the shops.

Had a bitter experience in this hotel..they gave me a terrible room with no closet space and no vew from the room. Despite my several requests they did not change my room.. check the pics and you can youself decide if this is the kind of room you want to stay. Only reason I am giving it 2 rating is because there were 2 receptionists who were very helpful and kind. Nothing to do with country but they were Indias and helped me a lot

I stayed here on a Saturday night. The actual room wasn’t too bad but did smell of bleach. There was a lot of noise from the rooftop bar and then all night screaming and noise from a bar below called Barbe’s even with the doors closed. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Not recommended if you want a peaceful night. Also there weren’t many decent places to eat nearby. As a solo female traveler I didn’t feel very safe.

Had a box of sweets in the fridge that went missing after room service! When reported, staff couldn't care less! I guess its a usual occurrence. Bazaar!! P.S. The manager has since contacted me and rectified the issue. Thank you!

Great apartment hotel centrally located in Perth, free CBD bus a short walk around the corner. Very friendly, accommodating staff and well equipped, tastefully furnish, clean apartments. Parking is next door and a bit hard to get but staff try hard to arrange a space.

My sytat was great warm friendly place. Only downside the sky lounge was shut for private functions, guess it's that time of the year!

Our service was excellent. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfectly positioned, with gorgeous views of the swan river.

Sensational. Built in the 1940s' this quaint establishment, which was once a church, has retained its original condition, yet has modernised and refurbished the amenities and accommodation. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent staff, I was greeted with a very helpful and warm welcome. Highly recommend the Quest.

Expectional service and a decent menu. Good furniture/amenities and stunning view from the sky lounge. However, some negatives include no direct access from carpark and noises with the air-conditioning system.

I had to visit Perth for business reasons on short notice and my company booked my stay here. After some long days the best thing was to come back and relax in the very well appointed room. My stay here was next level in comfort and could not be happier with the overall cleanliness of the room. Staff at the front counter were always welcoming with genuine greetings and extremely helpful with all questions. I would without doubt stay here on my next visit and highly recommend others to do the same.

The room was clean and comfortable... Lovely view, good friendly service at arrival... Not a negative, more a heads up... For people driving to Quest, there is no parking after 4.15pm out the front, besides one small bay for drop offs. The road signage on Adelaide terrace is terrible & if you do park in one of the bays after the paid parking times, a tow truck will be there in less than 2 minutes to tow your car. It's worth sussing out the secure parking options close by, as the parking they offer isn't secure & in a pretty dodgy spot.

Nice self catering apartment with small kitchenette, my room had a great view of surrounds, free public bus service as well as plenty of places near by to grab a bite. Rooms are serviced Mon - Sat

Friendly and attentive staff which made 7 days hotel quarantine much more bearable. Well presented rooms due to the meticulous cleaning staff. Will stay there again.

We've stayed here twice for about a week each time. First time was a rush booking as we got booted out of a horrible motel which didn't understand Covid test requirements in Perth. Both times our stay was an absolute pleasure. Staff went out of their way to help us and the apartments were well set up for home catering. Everything was beautifully cleaned. We would 100 pct recommnend this Quest. It is also within 1 block of the free Cat and within walking distance of many atrractions. There are also plenty of restaurants around.

Stayed at quest 4 times for work. Not once has everything working in my room. The bloke I dealt with at reception was so rude. I definitely won't stay there again.

Great staff, great clean rooms and nice beds but the pillows are as hard as rocks and I always struggle to get a good sleep because of it. Otherwise would definitely recommend 👍

Wow! So nice to turn up to your accommodation and find that what you see on the internet is exactly what you get! Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had amazing views from the balcony. Location for me was perfect as I was visiting a friend nearby. Easy short, free bus ride into the city centre and train station made things so convenient. Staff were really friendly, approachable and always happy to help. You get greeted every time you walk in and out of the establishment and with a smile! 😊 Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend Quest East Perth to anyone looking to stay in that area! 💯

Biggest turn off having to pay $300 bond for 1 night and it has now been 5 days and still no bond money back. The $25 for parking when there’s free parking on the street on a Sunday and the rooms are tiny. Apart from it being new there’s not much else.
