750 a night for the king deluxe room on the third level that looked straight onto roofs and aircon units of adjoining buildings. We were expecting something half decent for the price, Crown website states deluxe king rooms ‘have picturesque views of Darling Scarp’. We let the reception know we were unhappy with the room outlook, they didn’t care and said we should have paid more for a different room. Very disappointing, will not return. Plenty of other 5 star hotels in Perth who care about their guests and have rooms that match description advertised on their website.

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star review as it’s gorgeous and comfortable, however the customer service is really lacking. We have paid for the premiere club suite for $920 per night and there is black and pink mould all over the shower. We have called guest services several times, waited hours for them to come and fix it and we have been ignored. We have called again for the second day in a row and so far, no luck. The housekeeping staff said it’s not their job, but proceeded to go into the bathroom to clean, but left it full of mould. This would have been an amazing stay, but I am now feeling sick due to engaging mould.

Great amenities and location. Room was deluxe but a few things were broken in the room that they already knew about but didn't fix. Did have a great view though. Service for a so called high level hotel was left wanting. For an international hotel they could learn a lot from other hotels in particularly overseas ones. Never went out of their way to assist or help with any requests. Requested room service twice for two pillows but they never turned up and no response. Had a major issue just requesting a vase ( how hard could it be to get a simple vase???) for flowers being delivered to the hotel even though I contacted the hotel 2 days prior and was assured all was ok with this request. A note was even made on my booking confirming this. Refused to assist until I said I would go out and buy a vase if they would at least deliver the flowers to the room in it. Why so difficult over one vase. Put a dampener on our stay sadly. Would stay again but will also checkout other hotels next time for ones with better service.

Very poor customer service. Rang up the Reservation department 3 times in a day. No follow up calls. Trying to book for a work Christmas Party at Atrium for 30 people and they kept delaying by saying they will give me a call once the group booking team is free. No calls at all. No follow ups. Very unprofessional management. Absolutely disappointed.

Amazing views. Rooms are always clean and tidy and stocked full of goodies to purchase. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Pools are always clean and well kept. Area for kids and adults only. Pool service makes it that much easier to relax in the sun and enjoy a break. Discount for government workers. Highly recommend staying, even if it’s just a once off. It’s a great experience.

The hotel itself and rooms are amazing but sadly let down but the service. Stayed for one night on a Saturday during school holidays. I expect it would be busy but in total we spend so much time waiting it just makes you feel like a nobody. A simple apology would go a long way. 45 minute wait to check in. By the pool we waited: 30 minutes for 3 warm drinks (a mocktail, a beer and a premix can). 45 minutes for food. An hour for drinks (4 premix cans in an ice bucket). Followed up on each order and never once heard 'sorry for the wait'. Their system for delivering drinks by the pool was terrible; when placing your order they would ask where you were sitting. When we were sitting we would see most waiters walk to about 6 to 8 people asking if this was their order before finding them or giving up and walking back. 20 minute wait to get into the Epicurean for breakfast (to their credit they don't try to hurry you out). Didn't have to wait to check out because we checked out early 😐

Another fantastic stay , The staff were amazing from check in to us leaving 2 days later. The room was clean and with a lovely view over the hills, bottles of bubbles on arrival and chocolates were another great touch from Trudy and the team. Buffet breakfast was also faultless ( as usual ) . I MUST SAY the pool staff were alot more organized than a few weeks ago at our last stay , I think they were understaffed possibly due to covid , however this visit the staff were on the ball and being a busy sunny day the service was kept to a relatively good pace around the pool area. We Cant wait to return. Sean

Wow wow wow!!! What an incredible way to start our honeymoon!!! Gorgeous resort, building and rooms!! All staff members were always so pleasant and helpful! We stayed in an incredible room 21st floor with a corner view! To celebrate our honeymoon my husband had organized rose petals, champagne and chocolates in our room!! It was spectacular!!! We loved all the extra touches like turn down service and the little chocolates left on our pillows! We had 5 wonderful nights here and enjoyed the restaurants nearby. The pools and jacuzzi were stunning and we even loved the gym equipment! The buffet breakfast was next level too! We would definitely stay here again and will rave and recommend to family and friends!

The rooms are lovely. All the staff are warm welcoming people. The architectural design of Crown is very unique and elegant reflecting expensive taste of the surrounding places. Showing us a panoramic view of the city. An enjoyable night for all. Come on down.

This was a wonderful experience. The restaurants were great (but expensive), the room was divine. Loads of amenities, huge bath tub, luxurious towels and a bottle of champagne. The pool area is superb, very clean and even have a couple of life guards. The only complaint was the time it took to check in. We were in the queue for nearly an hour. The breakfast buffet was the biggest and most varied I have ever seen, and I have travelled...and the service was excellent.

Title: Disappointing Check-in Experience at a Beautiful Hotel Introduction: I recently stayed at Crown Towers Perth for a special occasion, celebrating our pregnancy. While the Deluxe Villa and Crystal Club Bar services were exceptional, the check-in experience left a lasting negative impression on our stay. I would like to provide detailed feedback on our experience, with the hope that the hotel management will take the necessary steps to address these issues for future guests. Check-in Issues: 1. Lengthy process: Upon arrival, the check-in process was disorganized and time-consuming. The concierge was nowhere to be found, and none of the staff members inquired about our Crystal Club access, leaving us unsure about where to go for assistance. 2. Cold and transactional service at Crystal Club: Once we were directed to the private check-in at the Crystal Club, the service we received was far from welcoming. The staff seemed distant and focused only on completing the transaction, rather than making us feel like valued guests. 3. Unwelcoming atmosphere: The unwelcoming environment during the check-in process led my wife to feel as though she didn't belong at the hotel. This sentiment is truly disheartening, especially considering the special occasion we were there to celebrate. Positive Aspects: Despite the check-in issues, we did have some positive experiences during our stay. The Deluxe Villa was beautifully appointed and comfortable, and the service provided in the Crystal Club Bar was outstanding. These aspects of our visit were greatly appreciated and helped to somewhat alleviate the frustration caused by the check-in experience. Conclusion: While we enjoyed the Deluxe Villa and Crystal Club Bar services at Crown Towers Perth, the disappointing check-in experience significantly impacted our overall stay. I hope that the hotel management will address these concerns and take the necessary steps to improve the check-in process for future guests. By doing so, you can ensure that every aspect of a guest's stay, from arrival to departure, is truly memorable and enjoyable.

Recently stayed at Crown Towers Perth for 2(two) nights on last WA Day long weekend. Herewith what we got : - Huge room & fancy bathroom - Nice breakfast choice & professional chef will show you nicely the halal dietary food around, if you requested. - Generous condiments - Great swimming pool - Not working exhaust van in the toilet bathroom, a bit smelly then - even before we used it. - Got the level 2, which the view wasn’t really nice one 😀 Refers to the website, the normal price is $349/nights, so the price of $500-600 should get better windows view then (included breakfast). It might be different price in a long weekend season. We got a stay voucher rewarding from husband’s company anyway - couldn’t ask it more🙂 If we paid it by ourself, we might not choose those room. Overall, nice hotel, kids were crazy about the swimpools & the automatic windows sheers/curtains😄

I've never left a comment before, but I was so severely disappointed by my experience I need to vent. Last night was my partners birthday. I paid $750 for a room that was supposed to be overlooking the city. $750. For one night. In a standard room in the towers. We got a room in which we did see a bit of the city, but it was mostly a view into the room next door. We had to keep the blinds drawn all night for privacy from neighbours looking in. Checkout was 11am. But we were so disappointed we ended up bailing at first light to go home. And we had to pay $20 for parking - silly for me to think that would be a complimentary inclusion in the $750 room bill. Staff were great, no fault of theirs. But i'll never go back.

This place is fantastic. The check in was seamless. The ladies were very helpful and professional. Our room was terrific. We had the best view of Perth from the 10th floor. The decor of the rooms was beautiful and everything was spotless and today. Had no issues whatsoever. To the people who gave 1 star reviews, you need to get a life or actual pay for the experience you want. Not go el cheapo then complain you not have a 5 star room. Everyone please ignore the bad reviews. This place is fantastic!! 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is starting to look extremely tired. Rooms and hallways have multiple stains. It smells weird in hallway of disinfection mixed with aftershave. Staff are variable with friendliness and it is a shame that as a paying Hotel guest you can't dine anywhere as everywhere fully booked. As venue is quite isolated no other dining solutions are close. The city view from the Towers is beautiful. The pool area remains superb but otherwise this property is starting to look tired and does not impress. Even after several admitted problems we had on our last stay and promised compensation at next stay, not a word was said, and staff didn't even bother asking on check out, if we enjoyed our stay. The room cleanliness is sub standard with many surfaces full of dust and the chaise lounge badly stained. Shame that one of the "leading" Hotels of Perth doesn't show attention to detail and maintenanc. Crown Towers positions itself as on of the premier/high end Hotels but falls well short of expected standard.

The Crown Towers Perth gets it right every time. I have been fortunate enough to stay at the Crown Towers in Perth on 3 occasions, and each time it out does itself. - Incredible staff - Quick check-ins - Rooms immaculate and consistent - Best hotel pools I’ve ever encountered - Great mix of restaurants - Fun & relaxed atmosphere Cannot wait to stay again

Ok, good things first. Hotel is certainly lovely, facilities second to none, staff attentive and thoughtful and all food I had was delicious. The bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The room could do with a bit of a dust (esp the lights hanging from the ceiling) and there was a half opened carton of milk left in my minibar. I also found it a bit annoying that the TV was to the side of the bed so you couldn't actually watch TV in bed. Lastly, a desk light would be good as the table is excellent for working but the light, once the sun goes down, is not. The biggest grievance with my stay however was that I work long shifts and was simply exhausted. I had treated myself to a quiet weekend away from family to simply sleep and get some much needed paperwork done. For this reason I specifically requested a quiet room on a high floor. I was however given a room on the lower third, right next to the lifts and next to a young family!! So annoying toddler noise and repeated door slamming night and day, as well as the coming and goings from the lifts. I raised this at checkout and the checkout lady kindly offered me a free bottle of wine, which I however declined. I have enough wine at home. What I don't have at home and what I was after was solitude :-(

I booked Crown Towers for mine and my partners anniversary with the impression that everything would be top tier, though it was far from. As we checked in, we had a view of the car park and requested a room upgrade which was $60 per night, that was fine, we agreed to pay that. As we got to the next room, everything appeared to be great. We stayed our first night and the next morning, a piece of my jewellery dropped beside the bedside table and upon my retrieval, there was an empty condom wrapper that had been left there. To add to the list, there were stains on two of the pillows that we had just slept on. I was appalled to say the least, I felt like we had just slept in a dirty bed. On top of this, when we went to make a coffee in the morning, there were no mugs or spoons which tells me that the room hadn’t be throughly cleaned or maybe not even at all. I called guest services and spoke to a lady, in which I requested the room to be cleaned and she agreed, there was no apology or anything. I called again as I wasn’t happy with the response and a different lady answered and was incredibly apologetic, and said the duty manager will be involved and said we would be moved rooms and told me to keep my phone on me as I will expecting another call. In which I did, I got call from different lady asking me to restate my complaint again and her response was “did you notice or check any of these things when you checked in” why would I check the cleanliness of a 5 star hotel? For Crown Towers, I expected an immaculate room. I then got another call from reception regarding my complaint, we then spoke face to face, she was very apologetic and told me that this isn’t the standard for Crown Towers, and offered my partner and I breakfast free of charge and took the firsts nights room upgrade charge off as well (which was $60) she also said to send her the photos I took so she could send them to a duty manager - I asked again if it was possible to be moved she then said if I still felt uncomfortable that she would only be able to move us after 12pm as that’s when check out was, but I disagreed and we kept the same room, I requested that while we were out that the bed linen and the bathroom linen be changed and everything to be disinfected, in which it was. All though these were very nice gestures, I believe that this was incredibly disgusting to say the least that this room that cost us over $1000 wasn’t cleaned adequately before our arrival. After everything had been sorted, we decided to order room service and I asked if they could provide a bowl of strawberries with a side of chocolate dipping sauce in which the chef agreed, I misunderstood the price on the phone because when the man arrived to my room, he showed me the bill for $48 for one bowl of strawberries and one small bowl of chocolate dipping sauce!!! They weren’t even cut up! I asked why it’s that price and he said “probably because its not a menu item and the chef didn’t really want to make it, or chef complained about it so it’s just that price” if you didn’t want to prepare the item, a simple redirection back to the menu items listed would’ve sufficed. I did sign the bill and paid because that is what I wanted, but how can you charge $48 for something like that, something that wouldn’t even taken 5 minutes to put together. The hot tub filters in the pool area were full of black mould and so was the overflow on our bath and probably everywhere else if nothing is even been cleaned properly. On a positive note, the service from valet was good, breakfast and drinks at Epicuren and dinner at the Atrium were beautiful, great service from all three areas. I wish better for those who wish to stay with Crown in the future, I believe I will not return. I had been recommended Crown for their outstanding and award winning services but I was left feeling super disappointed and devastated that this will be the memory for our anniversary. Such an overrated hotel. Do I recommend? Not at all, $1300 wasted.

Spacious room and the room service was unbelievable. Everything was topped up throughout the day including bottles of water, coffee pods and other toiletries. Magnificent views and enjoyed the 4 night stay thoroughly. The breakfast buffet had so much variety and it wasn't the average buffet where the food was limited and produced in quantity over quality. Very impressed with all aspects of the hotel and would love to go back to visit.

Had an excellent stay at Crown Towers. Stayed in the premier King room and it did not disappoint. Room was beautiful along with the bathroom. All the staff were extremely helpful with any of my needs and the food was sensational. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had too.

Disappointing. Check in - what is with the delay? Either put more people on or check your systems so it is sped up. Service - lacking. Remote control for the TV was not working and there were disgusting ‘session’ stains on the Chaise by the window. We called guest services and they said they would resolve. Got back to the room after a swim….still not fixed and stains still present. No communication either way. In both rooms aircon was not working adequately. We asked them to check, they did nothing. Both rooms were quite warm for the two nights we were there. Swimming pool- rather than funding two people to ensure only Crown Towers’ guests use the pools, maybe employ one of these to ensure towels are available. We had to wait 10 minutes for an attendant behind the counter to grab the bundle of towels under the counter put them on the counter and cut the plastic holding the bundle together. Ridiculous. Check out - slow and the attendant informed us that getting receipts for our purchases by the pool ‘would take a long time sir’. Maybe improve those systems? Or give consumers the receipt on purchase? I hope they don’t claim to be 6 star, I would say 4 1/2 is more like it.

We had a great experience here recently. Have stayed here several times and every time we had such a great experience. Room service was awesome and had a good selection of food and drink available on the menu. They have offered early check-in and late check-out free of charge, including free parking. Buffet breakfast was next level. The pool was heated and had a great selection of Drinks and food are available. Lots of restaurants and dining experiences are available on the premises. Every time we were there, had the best five stars experience and felt like a holiday. Highly recommended.

Service was outstanding throughout our entire time at Crown Towers. Especially Josh who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Great food and drinks throughout the bars and restaurants at Crown Complex. Pool area was clean, well maintained and also great service. Highly recommend as a place to unwind and relax.

Amazing hotel, with fantastic service, features and bars. Pool is a lovely place to relax and beds supremely comfortable. Fantastic view of the city. Only upside/downside is location - a short walk from Burswood station otherwise taxis will be your friend if you want to get to the beach.

Really nicely designed rooms, spacious and high-end, soaking tub is nice if you get one. The pool area is great too. The only downside is if you're unlucky and get a room facing the South / South-West (I suppose about 50% of the rooms) you're going to have a view of the casino car park, rooftops, and the rather dull scenery of the surrounding suburbs, as pictured. So, request the river view and you'll be on a winner.

  • 5/5 SJN 2 years ago on Google
Customer service was absolutely exemplary from check in to check out. Their attention to detail was unmatched. Room service was prompt and the food was so good! I stayed in a Deluxe King Suite with river views and it was so quiet and relaxing. The pools are just brilliant - but made even better by the poolside service. They have day beds, lounges and cabanas for hire but they’re booked out quickly so it’s best to book those as soon as you book your room. It’s an expensive stay but worth it … the customer service is most definitely the highlight in my opinion.

Husband and I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We had very high expectations because we had heard a lot of good things about Crown Towers. Safe to say we weren't disappointed. We were greeted with a VERY long line at check in. I think we waited in line for almost 2 hours. It makes sense though, we came to stay here in December. We would definitely come again, just maybe not in the holidays... Our room was amazing and so fancy. We loved the pool aswell, it was obviously very crowded, but again, it was December. The staff were lovely and I loved that we had "fancy" chocolates in our room. We got our room on special, so I'm curious to see what the more expensive rooms look like. All in all, great experience and would definitely come again.

One the perfect Hotels in Perth according to my experience. Professional and friendly customer service, super clean rooms and specially shower cubicle and bathrooms. Spectacular views of skyline and surrounding pictures areas. Great food, reasonably priced and convenient location with reliable valet parking service.

We had a lovely one night stay. The room (810) had a beautiful view, we did take up the email offer of an upgrade to a city view room which was really reasonably priced. We booked direct- one night stay, day bed at the pool and lunch at Epicurean. On the day we were to check in we were called and offered an upgrade to a private pool cabana for no extra charge which was INCREDIBLE. The service, infinity pool and amenities were A+. We felt so lucky and it was so nice of them to offer it to us, rather than it be left empty. Our host Lea was truly fantastic and made the experience very personalised and special- thank you so much! We will absolutely return for a special occasion and can highly recommend.

Fantastic Family Vacation with Pool for the Kids, Peaceful relaxation, Great Walks & Fresh air Liked: Comfy beds, Cleanliness- House Keeping always made our beds, tidied up and restock our toiletries and tea in our rooms. Peaceful, great for walks and entertainment and pool for the family. Check-In receptionist was also well mannered and everything ran in a timely manner when we visited. Close to all the entertainment downstairs & nice area to go for a walk down the river in the mornings. I would imagine due to Perth's population there aren't enough staff in the hospitality industry here to accomodate, Disliked: There was a time where housekeeping visited 3 times when we were staying in our room by different housekeeping staff.

Room was lovely and the pool area was awesome. House keeping needs lots of work we asked for room to be made up and they took all day to come and do it so didn’t get to enjoy the room as much as we hoped. Sheets had texture on them so not the standard you would expect from this hotel. Had to wait a long time for our vehicle after check out. The view from out room was amazing.

Stayed in crown tower for one night in studio room was very comfy and the service was great. But there is no parking near crown tower we had to park where near the casino and took us about 10mins to walk to the crown tower reception with our luggage. The reception had informed us there is valet parking option, but $55 for one night.

The rooms and view is obviously incredible. Everything else- to the service at check in, to not receiving things I've paid for to the nights sleep was terrible. Will never go back especially for the hefty price tag!

We recently stayed again for a family members Birthday weekend. We had 1 room and 1 suite with a view. The views really are spectacular especially at ‘golden hour’ where you can overlook the pools and the city. As soon as we arrived our bags were collected, car taken by valet and checked in immediately to our rooms at 2:30pm. On arrival to our suite we had a bottle of bubbles and some chocolates waiting for us. We spent some time at the pool, ordered some chips and cocktails. The chips were served within 2 minutes but we waited 25 minutes for our frozen cocktails to arrive. A staff member left some nachos (from someone else’s order) on the bench and a flock of seagulls came out to start eating them. When the staff turned around they looked like they were going to remove the few nachos on top then still serve it, but they noticed us watching closely and ended up binning the nachos. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are amazing (so much so, we purchased the pillows from the gift shop). The pools are fantastic, probably the nicest pools and pool area at any hotel in WA. If you book, definitely include breakfast as it is expensive if you decide to go without pre-booking. Heaps of restaurants and bars to choose from and plenty of entertainment around with a short walk through the building into the main crown area. Overall it’s one of the best places to stay in Perth and we will be back once again.

They lost the harness covers for my new pram, and to get a hold of anyone to discuss the issue was practically impossible, ended up writing an email explaining the issue, which got no response. While there for 3 nights, we couldn't get our room cleaned even though the cleaners were on our floor and we pressed the button multiple times stating we wanted our room cleaned. It wasn't until the evening of the last night, we had to call and ask, but by the time they sent someone up, my kids were asleep so we couldn't have them clean, plus we were leaving the next morning so by then there was little point anyway. Very disappointed at what is supposed to be a five star establishment, especially as they lost something of mine, and I can't even get an apology. All that glitters is not gold!

Stayed a few months back. We have stayed MANY times and spent a lot of money here, but the service has just gone to the dogs! We checked in late after a flight 9pm so no time for kids to swim. We had a late check out subject to capacity so was denied as they were busy..far enough I guess, so.I.just asked for a pool so the kids could swim, just for the time our late check out would have been (we have been given pool passes in the past when things weren't ready etc) completely denied. My parents just stayed and had to pay $70 to hire plates for a birthday cake, they spent thousands combined for the Birthday celebrations! Its so disappointing as was once so great...I hope they listen to all the complaints they are getting because I don't know anyone who has stayed lately and hasn't had one

Nice hotel, staff service is friendly and 24/7 room service is good. The breakfast place is very nice selection and quality, a bit oily in the meats but otherwise very good Asian and Indian selection with delicious deserts. Would stay again

I had booked a Crystal Club package for myself and partner as a nice weekday getaway. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a txt message at 9am in the morning saying my room was available now and that we were welcome to check in, this was a wonderful opportunity as the weather was gorgeous and we spent the day by the pool really enjoying the facilities which we are usually not able to due to the normal 3pm check in time. The room was beautiful very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the private check in through the crystal club and also the 2 hours of drinks and canapes in the early evening in the beautiful surroundings overlooking the river and city skyline staff were very accommodating and helpful at all times. Couldn't fault anything with this divine experience.

Very disappointed with the lost and found system they have at Crown Towers. Not even an acknowledgement to say we are looking into things or if we don’t get back to you it means we haven’t found your item. I stayed at Crown Towers with my partner at the end of August for a couple nights. I bought a $250 electric toothbrush that same month and I forgot it at Crown. I thought it wasn’t a big deal as I live in Perth and I can just go pick it up the same week. NOT AT ALL. Called 3 times. Sent 2 emails. Nothing. Very disappointing with their communication. I know its there, but looks like I will have to buy a new one which sucks. Very good hotel outside of that. Food is great and rooms always 10/10, but 1/10 for communication.

Beautiful stay at the Crown Towers, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and the bath was really comfortable to soak in. Room service was quick and efficient and delicious. If I had to complain it was that we had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting area before our room was available. This is completely unacceptable as we have paid from 3pm and we expect to be in our room or enjoying the Hotel facilities which we couldn't do. If we were overseas visitors (which we weren't we would have been extremely tired). We were offered a drink in the waiting area, however no food vouchers for such a long wait and no late check out either to compensate the long wait. This was my only complaint at this Hotel, we enjoyed a lovely stay otherwise. Pools are huge, and very relaxing, our ordered were forgotten twice by pool staff, however it was very busy and was sorted out by other staff.

This is not the first time I stay at the crown towers with my family, this time in Jan 2023, I was very disappointed to arrive to the sight of my room window facing a wall. Management claimed the floor I was in had similar views in other rooms which I found later was not true. The phone was not working, the waiting time for Guest services was in excess of 10 minutes, and the matters requested from Guest Services were never provided/delivered. The pools are clean, and the variety of pools for different age groups were great options for our family. The hotel must discontinue offering the rooms with wall view.

Have been dining at Epicurean for a long time now. As a dining experience the buffet is hard to beat. Very attentive staff, good selection of food and drink. Excellent atmosphere. Highly recommended, though it goes without saying make sure your credit card is in good working order.

Loved my stay at Crown Towers. We went for hubby's 60th. The rooms are expensive but for the occasion we decided to splash out. We stayed in a studio room with magnificent views of the city. The night lights were lovely. Beautiful location and the pool being heated we got to use that too. l

Crown Tower certainly sets the bar when it’s comes to luxurious accommodation. You will no doubt enjoy your stay💯 Be sure to only use the Perth Crown Towers website to book your accommodation, i accidentally used the wrong website and ended up paying more than I should have 🤬😓 I do think desk staff could be a tad warmer but understand the level of professionalism they need to set. Emotional intelligence training could be helpful 🤷🏽‍♂️ Thanks Crown Towers👍🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The misses took me here for our anniversary. Early check-in was available and taken. The room was absolutely amazing, clean, and well presented with a view that looked out over the river and the city. Service was first class. A pillow ordered on the pillow menu arrived in minutes. Bottle of bubbly waiting in the room. People saying about the TV being to the side need to know that the TV is on a huge hinge that swings out but doesn't spoil the view of the city from your bed, which was super comfortable 😴 The breakfast at Epicurean was a feast for the eyes and stomach 😋 On whole, a fantastic experience that will live long in the memory! Oh yeah, forgot to say, I proposed to the misses laying in bed looking out at Perth city in the morning, and she said.........YES! 😎

This place is phenomenal. I “borrowed” all the little soaps, shampoo, conditioners in our room and I get a reminder twice a day when I have a shower of our time at Crown Towers. It’s been two weeks and I still have some of the stuff. I need to earn enough money so I can just move in. Thanks guys. Really nice, lovely unobtrusive staff, no dodgy silicone around the showers, everything looked brand new. Thanks for having our 10th wedding anniversary be a lovely stress free evening.

10 out 10 for Service Hotel is just spectacular. Modern, clean. Staff are amazing, turn down service with surprise chocolate on the pillow added a high end touch.

Delicious food great atmosphere in the casino. Helpful staff but doorman security had a sour countenance. Would be more enjoyable with a greeting with a smile at the entrance.

It is as good as yours expect, not an issue with anything here. If there were to be any issues though the staff are right onto it. Perfect for a staycation but not sure if you'd need more than a night here

If you want to pay top $$$ to wait in line to book in (1hr wait) slow service (requested cutlery which never showed up) and pay $31 for a sandwich from the room service menu this is your place. Beautiful hotel but definitely needs work in regards to service and guest satisfaction

We booked by phone which l know now may not have been a good thing..what we were told over the ph and what we encountered was another thing. Too be asked for a $500 bond at the desk when booking in was over the top and l let them know that our lovely lady who we booked with over the ph said $100 ..we would have been happy to do that if we had be told otherwise ...we also found there was not good enough directions to the Main Entrance we were told by 3 different people but after 3/4hr we rang through to get directions..we were also asked would we like your room high up and with a view when we booked..l said yes please a river view be nice ..we got L7 and a view of the carpark..our room was ok although it was a little ordinary...definitely needs a long mirror for dressing. My girlfriend needed a night away to distress so we decided off to the Crown Towers ..we were so happy..it was a last minute decision.. she has travel the world..she wasn't impressed from start to finish..on leaving to get our vehicle from the Valet we were given once again terrible customer service and when our car arrived we had to push our own luggage Trolley and pack our own luggage into our car. Not a happy stay for a 1st time..sorry for the long story but we were quite deflated..but l will say our breakfast was Beautiful and the service was Great.

Always a fantastic stay at Crown Towers, the staff are very friendly, the service is great. The restaurants and food are excellent. The pools and facilities are awesome, very relaxing and easy to get a drink from your lounger. It is expensive but worth it for a really nice resort style holiday or quick break

I’m just going to start out by saying I’m not one to write a bad review about anywhere but last night my partner and I stayed in the executive crystal suite for our anniversary and were extremely disappointed in the customer service. I also want to state that we saved for a substantial amount of time to be able to enjoy our anniversary and we were so looking forward too it. From the start it was a bad experience. We missed out on the afternoon tea (that we were so looking forward too after rave reviews from family who have stayed) due to being in the reception line for so long. Once we make it to the reception checking in we were highly discriminated against due to our age. They requested a $2000 room bond! The lady at reception told my partner and I that the new bond amount is due to the younger generation not respecting the rooms. Now I totally understand being hesitant if this is true but I had no correspondence in regards to the new deposit amount. I got my confirmation email up that states $200 bond per night and they still tried to contest it. Once we finally got up to the room it had not been properly cleaned. The windows were atrocious we could hardly see through them! The TV was not connected and no tablet to control lights/ curtains. This is only the second time we have stayed at crown towers and I can confidently say that I will not be going back. I will however recommend either the ritz Carlton in Elizabeth quay or the rendezvous in Scarborough the service is excellent and for a fraction of the cost!

Excellent customer service, especially Mark from the concierge desk. Premier King room was totally lux. Buffet breakfast and dinner top stars Could not fault this hotel and will return.

Probably for moneys worth, the middle hotel is better. The package we got for cheap was really good though. $425 for the crystal club.

The rooms are amazing the views are perfect and the foods even better, friendly staff when delivering food as well as on the phone for when you order room service the professionalism is 10/10, awesome atmosphere and fantastic experience overall would stay again for sure

Highly recommend the helicopter ride! Overall our stay at Crown Towers was truly great! Rooms are stunning and immaculate. The view from our room was beautiful. Staff are fantastic. Casino and bars were lots of fun. Swimming pool is epic. At $110 per head, the Epicurean buffet was nice but not worth that price. At $55, I wouldn't bother with valet parking, we waited 30 mins to collect our car. At $100, the late check-out is probably only worth it if the weather's nice and you can chill by the pool for a few hours. The check-in could use a speedier process, a 3pm check-in is pretty late as it is, we didn't get in to our room until nearly 4pm. Overall, for the average person, yes I'd definitely recommend Crown Towers, it's a great experience, but one I'd suggest you reserve for a special occasion, as it is expensive.

Stayed at Crown Towers last Sunday - I found someone else’s blood stains on our bedding. The safe, phone and tablet weren’t working. They offered me a free upgrade for my next stay but I asked to have a partial refund or gift voucher instead but because I booked through booking.com they could only offer me a refund for my valet parking. Would never stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

Had the pleasure of photographing bridal preparations at Crown Towers. It's one of my favourite locations due to the bountiful array of photo opportunities. All the grounds are very well kept, the lobby, hallways and of course the rooms are just wonderful. I'd highly recommend enquiring with them when booking a pre-wedding stayover, and if you like my photos please consider taking a look at my website Jsparrowphotography.com

Extremely luxurious stay for a birthday weekend. All the staff were pleasant & attentive, and the facilities were excellent. My only issue was when we hired a cabana by the adults only pool for the day there was a large group down the other end of the area who were quite loud and disruptive. Of course they should enjoy themselves, but they were larger than the limit of six people we were advised and management didn’t intervene. We booked this (expensive!) area as a special treat and to be away from everyone mucking around in the other pool so that was a bit of a bummer.
