I had stayed at baileys apartments previously without a problem the rooms are great the location fantastic but Staff absolutely shocking! On my last stay the girl at front desk was so rude and on check out went to check my room to release my bond and took a pathetic photo of cigarette ash on the balcony and told me wouldn’t be getting my $300 bond back m. I told her that was ridiculous I don’t even smoke it could of flown in from upstairs or anywhere. She still insisted it was mine then telling me not only do I lose my $300 bond but they won’t be taking any reservations from me again?? Management like this is what makes a business close down.. Not only was she rude she was unfair and totally unacceptable with the way she handled the matter. Will be taking this further so this sort of treatment doesn’t happen to any one else in the future!

Reception hours 9am - 4pm. Quite unbelievable especially if most check ins start from 3pm. For check in times after reception close, you need to read your email carefully for instructions. Room wise ok, but toilet was not up to standard as a 4 star hotel. For the price, it’s still considered reasonable given the fact that it’s located quite near the CBD and it comes with free parking.

Clean and comfortable large 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need, washer/dryer, kitchen, the television in the bedroom was fantastic! Free onsite parking. Stayed for a week and it was great, can get noisy on weekends, street noise and or guests in other rooms, that was the only thing that I could fault. Staff friendly enough. Walking distance to restaurants, and CAT bus. Basic gym. Bed was very comfortable. Everything is provided.

They have a manager who you can contact just down the road, but I stayed there for 2 weeks, all good easy. Generous toiletries and towels available at the gym level where you can get extra towel if needed. Roll away bed available at a charge but the mattress is super soft and hurts my back. Kitchen and equipment all good. Parking space clean but limited and need some skills to park your car especially if you return late at night where most spaces are taken. The only downside of this property - it is located near to most of the dodgy people roams. My 2 weeks stay there, 13 nights and nearly 10 nights around 11pm to 2am there's people shouting downstairs, arguing, shouting, drunk or so on. Scary for you to stand outside just to wait for your take away deliver or so. I am happy with my stay here for 2 weeks but only after dinner and before bed where crazy noises and dodgy people hang out or walk around the block. Scary and annoying for a good rest.

Excellent location in East Perth. Within walking distance to the City, many restaurants. Woolworths and parks. Room, toilets and kitchen are spotless clean All the amenities are provided. Room service twice a week Super soft towels provided. Good views from each room except single-bed Rooms number 4, 9, 14, 19, and 24. But these rooms provide open kitchen with long bench table, big sitting room and long balcony. People who do not want rooms facing the streets and prefer quieter environment should request these rooms. Two car parks are available and there is always place for your car [one space per room rented]. I like the well-equipped gym on the top floor Two treadmills, a punch bag, Smith machine and adjustable bench and more.. The most important aspect is friendly and helpful services - reception opens daily from 9am to 4pm. Booked online through Baileys Apartments website get 15% discount for non-refundable bookings - value for money 😀

On the 2nd of November 2023 I was authorised to perform photographic work for this company. The work was done and despite many invoices being sent there has been no payment made. Based on my personal experience, I would hesitate before supplying services or ask for payment up front. A Cease and Desist letter has been sent to the company.

We stayed for 3 nights at Baileys serviced apartment. Overall it was a nice experience; check in was easy and staff were friendly. Complimentary covered parking was included and the apartment was clean and well furnished. There is a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. Just 2 areas for improvement, the water pressure in the shower was very low, we were on the 5th floor so your mileage may vary. Second one was that the equipment in the gym were quite old and worn, so don't expect to get a proper workout during your stay.

Nice one bedroom apartment, clean and very quite. It has everything you need: washer/drier, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and milk frother. Free onsite parking. Walking distance to CAT buses, Woolworths and CBD.

I had recently booked to stay here for 3 weeks but left after 2 weeks. I travel a lot and hardly ever take issue with accommodation but this place is the exception. I would NOT recomend it. The fridge in the apartment wasn't working, leading to food spoiling after a day. The toilet will not stop running, all day and night there is a constant noise of running water from the bowl. It is difficult to sleep. The windows dont have curtains and the bright street lights are on all night, lighting up the apartment. The staff are not polite and seem to frustrated at having to assist with queries. The "gym" is poorly maintained. This place is not worth the cost and a far cry from the friendly other hotels in Perth. Save your money and sanity. Avoid this place.

Whats not to like, the rooms are spotless clean, the location cant get better than it. Its a nice walk to get to optus. Our family of four had amazing time. Felt home away from home. Lovely anuk at reception took good care of us, she is a gem with beautiful smile, made us feel so welcome. We cannot wait to be back

I stayed for a week and couldn’t be happier with the location. Very friendly and helpful reception which let me check in a bit earlier as I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, before check in time. I needed to drop off my luggages and be somewhere. The place is Clean with free Car park, the Italian restaurant downstairs is fabulous. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my stay.

It is a wonderful place to feel like you are at home. There is secure parking and an elevator. During Covid my partner and I were staying here on our weeks off. They have a full-size kitchen with all the utensils and a washer/dryer combo. Hot water systems are individual to each apartment which isn't great in size. Back in 2021 we were paying around $600-$800 for 8 nights, some nights through the week were only $89. Since new management, the price is almost double, and the place isn't being serviced to a high standard. The utensils in the kitchen are run down and or missing and I haven't had much luck with the washing machines. Either broken or code. When you report to front staff, they say they will get housekeeping to look at it. This is disappointing as they need a service not a flick at the switch on the wall for a temporality reset. Higher prices and lower standards.

Absolutely loved staying with Bailey's Apartments. The staff are kind and informative, the check in process was smooth and well explained. The apartment itself is great - very clean, modern and spacious. A very affordable stay that was very enjoyable! I will certainly be back to stay in the near future. Thanks :)))

Loved it. Clean, spacious, functional and fairly quiet. Very comfy bed, kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and it is close to the Cbd. The only thing was that the aircon at the gym wasn’t working and an elliptical trainer would be a bonus

Room was quite big and well appointed. Upon checkout I was accused of leaving cigarette butts on the balcony, which I did not as it is against the booking policy, and offered anything I could to clear my name. The bond was taken as a result with no evidence that it was me in the wrong. Beware.

absolutely ridiculous management and service, I booked free cancelation and found out that my wife is going into labour which was an unforeseen circumstance, tried to call them to get a refund and they said they can’t do that. Where’s their customer service? Clearly they don’t care about their customers and just want money.

Overall the space itself was nice, as well as the view. But me and my friends did run into a few hygiene issues with our specific rooms. We had found old blood spread throughout the entire apartment, on towels, beds, sheets. We Did try to complain about this issue but did not hear back from anyone for an hour. This issue did not get resolved. (we were also locked out of our hotel at this time as the door lock was broken and no one had informed us of this, picture below of both blood and Broken lock) I had also lost my ID which I obviously assumed I had mis placed it but came to find out that the young man behind the office had forgotten to hand it back to me and the next day the young lady was unable to locate it as it was left in the scanning machine. Luckily my partners parents had left after me as they were able to bring it home.
